The Motive and Construction of Management System of Corporate Social Responsibility —Taking Xizi United Holding Company as an Example

After analyzing Xizi United Holding Company’s corporate social responsibility practice (CSR) which published the first report about private CSR in China, the paper proposed two conclusions. The first one is that the only endogenous motive for a corporate to take social responsibility into action continuously comes from its responsibility based on its strategic position view of responsibility considering the cost and benefit. The second one is that to manage CSR is not an individual and extra activity, but an activity related with other management functions. The most important thing is to perfect system security from the perspective of stakeholders.

在最近促进落后地区经济开发区建设的实践中,出现了以对口援建为依托,以发达地区的资源和经验为援助内容,引导、扶持其发展的政策倾向.以广东等省市对口援助喀什国家级特殊经济开发区为例,分析了对口援助与落后地区经济开发区建设之间的内在逻辑联系,并由此得出结论:对口援助是落后地区建立、发展经济开发区的重要推动力和不可超越的阶段,广东等省市在喀什的经验值得借鉴和推广.
