艾滋病人口学和流行病学

鲍思顿教授是美国得克萨斯(奥斯丁)大学社会科学系教授、人口研究中心研究员。今年七月三日.鲍思顿教授应吉林大学人口研究所邀请,在吉林大学就艾滋病人口学和流行病学做了一次长篇演讲。为使广大读者了解这方面的知识和美国社会学界对这个问题的研究情况,我们将这次演讲的录音整理稿摘要登载,希望对大家有所帮助和启示。     

艾滋病流行对人口与社会经济的影响

艾滋病已逐渐成为当前迫切需要解决的全球性问题。艾滋病的扩散不仅影响着整个国家的社会和经济发展,而且对个人、家庭和社区均产生严重的后果。艾滋病对社会劳动力资源、人口预期寿命、社会稳定、卫生和社会体系和政府部门的工作都带来了威胁,并侵蚀经济和社会的发展成果,这表明艾滋病是一个涉及发展和人类安全的问题,必须予以高度重视。

中国老年艾滋病的流行状况分析

艾滋病在中国的迅速流行已是不争的事实,但是人们普遍认为“艾滋病是年轻人的病”。调查资料显示,50岁及以上的老年艾滋病病毒感染者报告人数已达到全国感染者的1/10,并呈快速增长趋势。老年感染人群的主要感染渠道以既往有偿献血感染为主。老年艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者和艾滋病(AIDS)病人增多无论对家庭还是对社会均产生严重的后果,在艾滋病预防和控制战役中,老年是一个不可忽略的人群,应引起高度重视。

中国艾滋病综合防治示范区模式分析

如果仅仅从艾滋病防治的工作职责上看，中国“艾滋病综合防治示范区”是合乎艾滋病防治需求的合理模式。但是，一旦从机构设置上看，却不难发现它依然是政府已有工作模式的重复，只是在职责分配上强调了多部门的合作与协调。由于这些部门原来都有各自的运作模式，因此艾滋病预防任务作为附加的工作，很难被纳入各部门的工作框架，从而导致流于政令形式的合作。正是由于该模式没有摆脱传统的政府行政工作框架，没有充分考虑艾滋病病毒／艾滋病社会预防行动的可操作性和实效性，因此，其缺陷是明显的：     

吸毒人群对艾滋病防治的接纳现状与影响因素

近年来我国已经把吸毒人群作为艾滋病防治的重要干预对象之一,然而现状不容乐观,吸毒人群传播艾滋病的风险远未得到有效控制。探讨影响吸毒人群对艾滋病防治措施的认同和接纳的因素,以便为完善艾滋病防治措施提供新的思路。研究表明,吸毒人群的认知水平、社会支持、政策保障、人生态度等因素对其接纳艾滋病防治措施有影响。只有将吸毒人群视为弱势群体予以增权和关爱,以"合作"的社会政策导向和"平等"的社会工作价值介入,从其需求入手开展务实多样的防治措施,才有可能真正改变吸毒人群的观念与行为,从而获得艾滋病防治的良效。     

实现资源整合建立防治艾滋病的综合模式

将生殖健康/计划生育服务和艾滋病防治相结合是《国际人口与发展会议行动纲领》确定的原则,也是被大量事实证明的具有很好的投入产出的最佳实践。《国际人口与发展会议行动纲领》指出:“在发达国家和发展中国家艾滋病都是一个重大问题。各国政府应评估艾滋病感染和艾滋病对人口和发展的影响,应通过一种多部门协调机制来控制艾滋病并充分注意其社会经济影响。”世界银行认为,“将艾滋病     

流动人口行为特征及其空间过程与HIV/AIDS扩散

流动人口的行为特征及其空间过程是HIV/AIDS扩散的重要因素之一,其行为特征的高危性和流动性使流动人口成为HIV/AIDS的易感人群,在其流动的空间过程中与不同类型人口的相互接触,当发生与HIV/AIDS人群的高危行为时,一方面容易使自己感染HIV;另一方面,流动人口成为HIV携带者后与其他人发生高危行为则会成为HIV的传染源之一,其结果是导致了HIV/AIDS在感染者数量和感染空间上的扩散。因而,针对流动人口高危行为特征及其空间过程提出防控HIV/AIDS扩散的对策是可行的。     

Priorities in Global Assistance for Health,AIDS, and Population

This article makes three points regarding international assistance in health, AIDS, and population. First, despite growing attention in the development policy dialogue, the share of health (broadly considered) in total assistance is actually declining, not increasing, if assistance for the HIV/AIDS crisis is taken out of the picture. Second, interventions financed by international health assistance do not closely correspond to the burden of disease as conventionally calculated. HIV/AIDS receives a share of assistance in excess of its contribution to the global burden of disease, and reasons for this are adduced. Third, despite the emphasis on aligning international assistance to country priorities, a comparison of how health is treated in poverty‐reduction strategies and the nature of health assistance reveals no clear relationship between the two. This suggests that there may be room for improvement in the process of preparing such strategies, the allocation of health assistance, or both.     

Four Causes for Rapid Spread of AIDS in Shenzhen

According to Xinhua Net,since 2010,the second run of Yunnan HIV/AIDS Prevention and Care Project has reached the targeted people with massive work on AIDS Prevention.Publicity to the floating population is very effective.
