基于BIM 的绿色建筑协同设计流程研究

绿色建筑是我国经济社会可持续发展、建筑行业实现产业转型的必由之路。绿色建筑的品质受多种因素影响,但绿色建筑的方案和设计方法是影响品质的关键。笔者针对我国现阶段绿色建筑设计过程中存在的现实问题,基于BIM的协同原理,对绿色建筑的设计流程进行系统分析,提出了基于BIM的绿色建筑协同设计流程优化方案,以期为提高我国绿色建筑设计水平提供理论依据与借鉴。

浅议我国廉租住房准入与退出机制

自1998年国务院下发《关于进一步深化城镇住房制度改革、加快住房建设的通知》并提出廉租住房政策以来,廉租住房建设成为我国解决低收入家庭住房问题的重要手段之一。为了使有限的廉租住房资源能够合理配置、持续利用,建立科学、完善的准入与退出机制十分必要。

Ergonomic risk assessment of nasogastric tube placement and implications for design and training

The placement of nasogastric (NG) tubes is known to be prone to error and may lead to serious issues for patient safety and wellbeing. In some instances these have been catastrophic and resulted in the death of the patient. This study sought to explore the potential risks associated with this procedure through the use of systematic prospective risk assessment. The research team used the Prospective Hazard Analysis (PHA) toolkit developed by Ward et al (2010) . The study has shown a wide number of risks that cover equipment design, work organisation, and training issues. The link between equipment design and training provides an important example of the need for a systematic approach to reducing errors and improving resilience in this aspect of healthcare.     

Expectation changes and team characteristics in a participatory design process

A human factors specialist researched the expectations of a culturally and professionally diverse team throughout a year long participatory design process of a large processing facility. For a deeper understanding of high-level team expectations and characteristics, the specialist collected data and information through in-situ ethnography and traditional case study methods, personal interviews, and a questionnaire that included a likert scale rating for expectation levels. Results found that expectation levels rated extremely satisfied for individual team members and the overall team itself before and during the participatory process. In contrast, expectations for upper management from the team were satisfied before the participatory process, but changed to uncertain, to unsatisfied, to extremely unsatisfied during the process. Additionally, the participatory design team exhibited high-level team characteristics to include honesty, competence, commitment, communication, creativity, and clear expectations.     

The motor-learning process of older adults in eccentric bicycle ergometer training

This study describes the motor-learning process of older individuals during the course of a training intervention on a motor-driven eccentric bicycle ergometer. Seventeen women and 16 men (64 ± 6 yr) took part in a 10-wk training program. Uniformity of force production and consistency of timing were used to describe their motor performance. The results suggested that participants improved the coefficient of variation of peak force during the intervention (measured at the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, and the 18th training sessions). They reached a fairly constant level of motor performance around the 12th training session (5 wk). Age and sex affected improvements in the early phases of the learning process to an extent, but the differences diminished by the end of the intervention. These results suggest that the force control of continuous eccentric muscle contractions improves as a result of training in older adults.     

21世纪中国城市化进程与城市人才培养的战略研究

由天津城市建设学院课题组承担的《21世纪中国城市化进程与城市人才培养的战略研究》软科学课题已于2002年11月12日通过专家评审,评审委员会由中国城市经济学会的知名专家饶会林、郭鸿懋、刘玉麟、王明浩、冯更新、张人广、李树琮等人组成。专家们一致认为,该课题的研究成果填补了我国高等教育在该领域的空白,达到了国际先进水平。天津城市建设学院副院长王建廷教授为课题负责人,张集、王钟钦和陈静为主要研究人员。现将课题主要内容刊发,以飨广大读者。     

The start up as a phase of architectural design process

Alterations made in the architectural design can be considered as a continuous process, from its conception to the moment a built environment is already in use. This article focuses on the "moving phase", which is the initial moment of the environment occupation and the start-up of services. It aims to show that the continuity of ergonomics interventions during the "moving phase" or start up may reveal the built environment inadequacies; clearly showing needs not met by the design and allowing making instant decisions to solve non-foreseen problems. The results have revealed some lessons experienced by users during a critical stage not usually included in the design process.     

Foster and adoptive parent training: A process and outcome investigation of the preservice PRIDE program

This study investigated the widely-used but under-researched program for training resource parents (i.e., foster, adoptive, or kinship parents) known as preservice PRIDE (Parent Resources for Information, Development and Education). The sample consisted of 174 participants in Ontario, Canada. Examination of the process of training showed that the participants were highly satisfied with the training and rated it as being of high quality. The participants experienced a large pretest-posttest mean gain (d = 1.17, p < 0.001) on the total score of the primary outcome measure, knowledge of the PRIDE competencies taught by the program. Training quality was a positive and statistically significantly predictor of both gains in knowledge of the PRIDE competencies and satisfaction with training. The results were discussed in terms of their implications for research and practice.     

Using process evaluation to determine effectiveness of participatory ergonomics training interventions in construction

The construction industry continues to experience high rates of musculoskeletal injuries despite the widespread promotion of ergonomic solutions. Participatory ergonomics (PE) has been suggested as one approach to engage workers and employers for reducing physical exposures from work tasks but a systematic review of participatory ergonomics programs showed inconclusive results.. A process evaluation is used to monitor and document the implementation of a program and can aid in understanding the relationship between the program elements and the program outcomes. The purpose of this project is to describe a proposed process evaluation for use in a participatory ergonomic training program in construction workers and to evaluate its utility in a demonstration project among floor layers.
