建立知识创新联盟是我国企业(尤其中小企业)快速提升自主创新能力的重要途径。而知识创新联盟合作伙伴选择的正确与否直接决定了联盟的持续创新能力。根据知识创新联盟的合作需要,分析了知识创新联盟合作伙伴选择需考虑的因素,并将其归结为多属性群决策问题。利用多属性群决策方法——VIKOR法对知识创新联盟合作伙伴进行选择,通过调节效用权重v来反映决策者的态度,并对VIKOR、TOPSIS和SAW方法进行了比较分析。  相似文献

This study examines the costs associated with alliance partner search and selection as well as their antecedents. Based on transaction cost economics and the network perspective on inter-organizational relationships, the findings drawing on survey-based data from a sample of 83 firms in the German telecommunications industry reveal that partner search and selection costs are closely connected but differentially affected by task- and company-related factors. When firms must make alliance-specific investments, search and selection costs increase. A firm’s number of current alliances decreases search and selection costs, whereas neither alliance scope nor firm performance significantly affect them. Additional analyses show that alliance-specific investments especially increase search costs but do not affect selection costs, whereas a firm’s performance decreases search costs but does not reduce selection costs.  相似文献

This study examines the impact of switching costs on vendor selection and contract efficiency in the outsourcing of knowledge‐intensive business services (KIBS). We show that under most plausible scenarios in KIBS outsourcing, there is an intrinsic tension between vendor selection and contract efficiency: in the process in which the winning vendor's bid constitutes the terms of the contract between client and vendor (e.g., competitive bidding), there is good selection but contract inefficiency (positive information rent paid by the client). If, by contrast, the client establishes the contract terms, then its performance yields contract efficiency but poor selection. We also highlight the implications of performance metrics for contract design in KIBS outsourcing.  相似文献

This paper identifies partner selection criteria in a sample of UK international joint ventures with Western European, US and Japanese partners. Rankings of selection criteria are derived for the sample using a typology that distinguishes between task-related and partner-related selection criteria. The most important task-related criteria are found to be access to knowledge of local market, access to distribution channels, access to links with major buyers and access to knowledge of local culture. The most important partner-related selection criteria are trust between the top management teams, relatedness of partner's business and reputation. A parsimonious set of selection criteria for the sample is provided by means of factor analysis. Hypotheses are tested on the relationship between the relative importance of selection criteria and a number of characteristics of the sample—partner nationality, industry of the joint ventures, joint-venture purpose, geographical location of the venture, initial approach for joint-venture formation and relative partner size. The greatest variation in the relative importance of selection criteria occurs with the geographic location of the joint venture.  相似文献

在分析项目施工组织评价与选择相关理论研究现状及对施工组织进行分类的基础上,首先利用过程方法,提出了基于PDCA循环原理的项目施工战略合作伙伴评价与选择模型,形成了战略合作伙伴资格审查、综合能力分阶段评价与选择程序;其次,在采用类目网格技术进行引导性调查、深层次发掘和指标修正的基础上,运用相关度评价法确定出了资格审查合格的项目施工战略合作伙伴综合能力评价指标体系;然后,采用F-AHP方法,设计出了项目施工战略合作伙伴综合能力分阶段综合评价方案;最后,探讨了基于价值工程原理的综合能力评价结果与投标报价结果相结合的项目施工战略合作伙伴选择方案,并结合某油气田地面工程建设项目实际进行了应用研究。  相似文献

品牌联合是新创企业克服其成长劣势的有效策略之一。为提高新创企业选择品牌联合伙伴的成功率,基于复杂适应系统理论构建了新创企业品牌联合企业主体行为活动的基本模型和主体之间、主体与环境之间的交互模型;研究了外部竞争环境、合伙企业的企业类型、品牌资产、关系承诺和联合匹配性等特征对联合形成的影响。结果表明:在外部环境动态变化时,越来越多的新创企业会选择品牌联合策略,而其选择成熟企业还是新创企业作为联合伙伴,并不受外部环境变化的影响。在品牌联合系统中,作为核心的新创企业选择合伙企业时,其自身特征并不影响其是否采取联合策略;不管核心企业自身特征如何,均优先选择成熟企业作为联合伙伴;同时,合伙企业的关系承诺对联合伙伴选择的影响最显著,品牌资产次之,而联合匹配性影响不显著。候选企业在回应核心企业的联合请求时,其接受/拒绝联合的决策主要取决于核心企业对其评价的结果,其次是核心企业的品牌资产。研究结果对新创企业的管理实践具有重要的参考价值。  相似文献

There have been significant technological changes in the telecommunication industry during the last two decades. Owing to those technological advances, many advanced application services have been introduced. Thus the proper selection and the efficient use of the telecommunication service among various alternatives at hand is key for ensuring the whole business competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to analyze the telecommunication service selection strategy of companies in the viewpoint of technology selection strategy. This study explores the factors to be considered by business customers when choosing the telecommunication service, identifies strategic dimensions in formulating telecommunication service selection strategy, and classifies companies into strategic groups by the each company's relative importance of strategic dimensions in selecting a telecommunication service. The object of an economic model for the quality selection problem is to select the best parameter value for an input quality characteristic (X) so that the quality loss incurred on an output quality characteristic (Y) is minimized. The relation function between Y and X is assumed to be known throughout the article. In the work of Taguchi's experimentations, the selection of best parameter values is solved by two-step optimization when Y is adjustable. In the article, it is further extended to the case where Y is non-adjustable. An economic quality selection model with a general relation function is proposed based on a Taylor-series method for both adjustable and non-adjustable cases. A special case of a quality selection model with a quadratic relation function is also studied. A circuit example provided by Taguchi is presented to illustrate the use of this model.  相似文献

Firms are more productive, on average, in larger cities. Two main explanations have been offered: firm selection (larger cities toughen competition, allowing only the most productive to survive) and agglomeration economies (larger cities promote interactions that increase productivity), possibly reinforced by localized natural advantage. To distinguish between them, we nest a generalized version of a tractable firm selection model and a standard model of agglomeration. Stronger selection in larger cities left‐truncates the productivity distribution, whereas stronger agglomeration right‐shifts and dilates the distribution. Using this prediction, French establishment‐level data, and a new quantile approach, we show that firm selection cannot explain spatial productivity differences. This result holds across sectors, city size thresholds, establishment samples, and area definitions.  相似文献

Partner selection is a fundamental issue in supply chain management as it contributes significantly to overall supply chain performance. However, such decision-making is problematic due to the need to consider both tangible and intangible factors, which cause vagueness, ambiguity and complexity. This paper proposes a new fuzzy intelligent approach for partner selection in agile supply chains by using fuzzy set theory in combination with radial basis function artificial neural network. Using these two approaches in combination enables the model to classify potential partners in the qualification phase of partner selection efficiently and effectively using very large amounts of both qualitative and quantitative data. The paper includes a worked empirical application of the model with data from 84 representative companies within the Chinese electrical components and equipment industry, to demonstrate its suitability for helping organisational decision-makers in partner selection.  相似文献

We study selection rules: voting procedures used by committees to choose whether to place an issue on their agenda. At the selection stage of the model, committee members are uncertain about their final preferences. They only have some private information about these preferences. We show that voters become more conservative when the selection rule itself becomes more conservative. The decision rule has the opposite effect. We compare these voting procedures to the designation of an agenda setter among the committee and to a utilitarian social planner with all the ex interim private information.  相似文献

如何提升应聘者的公平感、降低拒聘带来的负面溢出效应是招聘实践中亟待解决的问题。基于甄选过程采取纵向研究设计,以416名应届毕业生求职者为样本,分别在应聘前、应聘后结果知晓前和结果知晓后3个时点收集数据,运用层次回归分析方法,考察落选者报复意愿的预测变量、甄选程序公平感的来源及其中介效应。研究结果表明,工作吸引力和雇佣期望对应聘者的甄选程序公平感有显著的正向预测作用,消极情感的预测作用不显著;工作吸引力、甄选程序公平对落选者的报复意愿有显著的负向预测作用,雇佣期望和消极情感对报复意愿有正向预测作用;甄选程序公平的中介效应不显著;良好的工作设计和合理公平的招聘过程有助于降低招聘的负面溢出效应。  相似文献

We propose a method to correct for sample selection in quantile regression models. Selection is modeled via the cumulative distribution function, or copula, of the percentile error in the outcome equation and the error in the participation decision. Copula parameters are estimated by minimizing a method‐of‐moments criterion. Given these parameter estimates, the percentile levels of the outcome are readjusted to correct for selection, and quantile parameters are estimated by minimizing a rotated “check” function. We apply the method to correct wage percentiles for selection into employment, using data for the UK for the period 1978–2000. We also extend the method to account for the presence of equilibrium effects when performing counterfactual exercises.  相似文献

本文研究随机需求下产品生命周期不同阶段的部分柔性技术选择与生产能力规划问题。部分柔性技术是相对于完全柔性技术而言的,一种生产技术的柔性程度定义为能生产一产品类中产品个数多少的能力。不同柔性强度的生产技术,其投资成本和运行成本不同。本文首先建立了以计划期上总成本最小为目标的技术选择和生产能力规划模型,然后根据产品在其生命周期不同阶段的特点与市场需求的特点,应用所建立的模型进行仿真并总结产品导入期和成熟期技术选择的特点。  相似文献

Partner selection is crucial to green supply chain management as the focal firm is responsible for the environmental performance of the whole supply chain. The construction of appropriate selection criteria is an essential, but often neglected pre-requisite in the partner selection process. This paper proposes a three-stage model that combines Dempster–Shafer belief acceptability theory and particle swarm optimisation technique for the first time in this application. This enables optimisation of both effectiveness, in its consideration of the inter-dependence of a broad range of quantitative and qualitative selection criteria, and efficiency in its use of scarce resources during the criteria construction process to be achieved simultaneously. This also enables both operational and strategic attributes that can be selected at different levels of hierarchy criteria in different decision-making environments. The practical efficacy of the model is demonstrated by an application in Company ABC, a large Chinese electronic equipment and instrument manufacturer.  相似文献

This paper proposes a perfectly competitive model of a market with adverse selection. Prices are determined by zero‐profit conditions, and the set of traded contracts is determined by free entry. Crucially for applications, contract characteristics are endogenously determined, consumers may have multiple dimensions of private information, and an equilibrium always exists. Equilibrium corresponds to the limit of a differentiated products Bertrand game. We apply the model to establish theoretical results on the equilibrium effects of mandates. Mandates can increase efficiency but have unintended consequences. With adverse selection, an insurance mandate reduces the price of low‐coverage policies, which necessarily has indirect effects such as increasing adverse selection on the intensive margin and causing some consumers to purchase less coverage.  相似文献

This paper presents a literature review on Third-Party Logistics (3PL) selection decision in terms of criteria and methods. Based on the analysis of 67 articles published within 1994–2013 period, this review reveals that 3PL selection is empirical in nature and is related to a region/country, industrial sector, and logistics activities outsourced. In terms of 3PL selection criteria, 11 key criteria are identified; each one is defined by a set of attributes. Cost is the most widely adopted criterion, followed by relationship, services, and quality. In terms of methods for 3PL evaluation, they can be categorized in 5 groups, namely: MCDM techniques, statistical approaches, artificial intelligence, mathematical programming, and hybrid methods.  相似文献

标准投资组合选择理论假设投资者准确地知道与资产收益率相关的各种参数(例如均值和方差),忽视了参数不确定性引致的估计风险给投资决策带来的影响.本文研究引入参数不确定和学习时的连续时间动态投资组合选择问题,使用鞅方法求导出了具有CRRA型效用函数的投资者的最优投资策略的显式表达式.在此基础上,我们结合中国证券市场中的实际数据深入分析了参数不确定性以及投资者初始信念对最优投资策略的影响.  相似文献
