Authors of Articles in Social Work Journals

This article presents the results of an empirically based research study that addresses two objectives: to examine the affiliations of authors of articles published in social work journals, and to determine if there is an increase in each category of affiliation over time; and to examine if there is an increase in the number of multiple authorships of articles in journals over time. The findings support the contention that university and college professors publish more than practitioners and they also account for the increasing amount of literature published. Additionally, 17% of all articles were co-authored with only a slight increase in co-authorship over time.

沈贵珤《正蒙解》及其佚文

与明清两代相比,《正蒙》元代注本较少。元代注本大致有沈贵珤《正蒙解》、郑原善《补正蒙解》、朱隐老《正蒙书说》等,均已佚。据贝琼《潇峰祠堂记》记载,沈贵珤《正蒙解》原仅14篇,缺《王稀》《乐器》《乾称》诸篇。郑原善补足其缺,经胡炳文为之作序刊行。今据《新刊性理大全书》等古籍,辑出沈贵珤撰、郑原善补《正蒙解》佚文12条。经初步研究,朱熹三传弟子沈贵珤之《正蒙解》虽多宗朱熹,但间有特见,有一定的学术价值。     

最密切联系原则立法条文的设计与论证

最密切联系原则作为法律适用的指导原则,已为越来越多的国家所接受,我国在涉外民商事案件上也一直采用该原则。本文从条文设计的角度,通过分析最密切联系的理论与实践,具体提出了最密切联系原则在我国法律适用法中的地位与操作设想。
