随着近几年我国航空业的迅猛发展,各大航空公司都在不断扩张自身规模,增加任务量,同时各公司又必须在保障安全的前提下进行飞行生产活动,这就使得飞行员的调度工作更为重要。本文在传统的飞行员调度模型基础上充分考虑安全的因素提出基于飞行品质数据的飞行员调度模型。通过考察调度过程中飞行员前期飞行品质表现情况,对飞行品质数据进行分类,设定搭配规则限制某些飞行品质分类级别较低的飞行员组成机组,实现提高排班安全性的目的。文中提出了根据飞行员工龄和千次率的分类方法,并运用列生成算法求解以周为单位的调度模型,这对于我国航空公司"安全第一,保障生产"的要求有着一定的借鉴意义。 相似文献

本文在基于飞行频率、拥挤成本和互补型航空联盟的基础上系统分析了中枢轮辐网络机场拥挤问题。研究表明:航空公司的利润最大化使得航班飞行频率存在过度供给,飞机大小也是次优的,这进一步恶化了中枢机场的机场拥挤;航班飞行频率与航空公司的拥挤成本系数、旅行计划延迟效用系数正相关,与飞机每次起降的固定成本负相关;互补型航空联盟使得联盟体利润增加,航空联盟对连接市场乘客有利,对本地市场乘客不利,航空联盟还可以内化伙伴间拥挤,航班飞行频率得以优化,机场拥挤得以缓解。 相似文献

本文研究的问题来源于航空公司运行控制中心的签派部门,签派员在放行航班时,既要保证航班的正点起飞,又要调节放行航班的工作劳动强度保证放行的质量,使航班在安全状态下运行。这里放行航班的工作劳动强度为单位时间内的工作时间,峰值负荷即劳动强度最大值。峰值负荷过高则工作紧张,进而推断该放行席位的任务分配不合理。文中将问题描述为任务有优先序的单机排序问题,每个任务都有一个到达时间(release time)、截止期限(deadline)和处理时间(procession time),处理时间因任务的不同而不同,目标是在绝对不准延误完成任务前提下,使单位时间的峰值负荷最小。在使单位时间峰值负荷最小的目标下,本文提出了一个有效算法,并证明该算法下的任务安排是最优安排。 相似文献

本文将内生能源效率进步机制引入到综合评估模型E3METL中,并将其区域化构建了中国能源—经济—环境系统综合模型,从宏观层面揭示中国未来减排量分担结构的变化,着重分析不同排放约束情景下各排放驱动因素的减排贡献的动态演变特征.研究发现:碳强度和能源强度是对碳排放产生显著负向影响的因素,而人均收入和人口因素则正向促进排放的增长.排放控制初期,能效改进是最大的减排力量来源,其次是人均收入代表的经济因素;而在排放控制的中后期,无碳能源对传统含碳能源的大规模替代将成为碳减排最大的贡献途径.这意味着政府和企业应当充分重视减排力量结构的时期特征和变化规律,前者应根据减排贡献主体的变化调整其宏观政策扶持导向和力度,逐步推动产业转型;后者则需对减排技术发展和研发投入方向进行适时调整,继而更加成本有效地完成碳减排任务. 相似文献

Old‐age limits are imposed in some occupations in an effort to ensure public safety. In aviation, the “Age 60 Rule” limits permissible flight operations conducted by pilots aged 60 and over. Using a retrospective cohort design, we assessed this rule's validity by comparing age‐related change rates of cardiometabolic incapacitation risk markers in European helicopter emergency medical service (HEMS) pilots near age 60 with those in younger pilots. Specifically, individual clinical, laboratory, and electrocardiogram (ECG)‐based risk markers and an overall cardiovascular event risk score were determined from aeromedical examination records of 66 German, Austrian, Polish, and Czech HEMS pilots (average follow‐up 8.52 years). Risk marker change rates were assessed using linear mixed models and generalized additive models. Body mass index increases over time were slower in pilots near age 60 compared to younger pilots, and fasting glucose levels increased only in the latter. Whereas the lipid profile remained unchanged in the latter, it improved in the former. An ECG‐based arrhythmia risk marker increased in younger pilots, which persisted in the older pilots. Six‐month risk of a fatal cardiovascular event (in or out of cockpit) was estimated between 0% and 0.3%. Between 41% and 95% of risk marker variability was due to unexplained time‐stable between‐person differences. To conclude, the cardiometabolic risk marker profile of HEMS pilots appears to improve over time in pilots near age 60, compared to younger pilots. Given large stable interindividual differences, we recommend individualized risk assessment of HEMS pilots near age 60 instead of general grounding. 相似文献

基于领导力的视角并围绕中国机长刘传健的典型案例,通过收集新闻媒体报道,以及对刘传健本人深度访谈、对管理人员访谈和对专业人员访谈共4类案例研究数据,采用经典扎根理论对转录后近29万字的案例资料进行编码,构建了危机领导力的概念和结构,最终提出了危机领导力六力(FLIGHT)模型,以此探索危机应对与管理的有效模式。研究结果发现,危机领导力包含6个维度:预警力、担当力、信念力、驾驭力、凝聚力和成长力。最后,将该模型同已有的危机管理模型进行了比较和分析,并讨论了研究结果的理论意义以及对危机中组织管理的实践启示。 相似文献

ABSTRACT: Using newly collected firm-level data, this paper analyzes the effect of mergers on the earnings and employment of pilots, flight attendants, and mechanics in the US airline industry between 1971 and 1990. The results show that mergers had a significant and largely negative impact on flight attendants’earnings but have a limited impact on mechanics’and none on pilots’earnings. Mergers have no significant direct impact on employment for pilots or mechanics but affected flight attendants’employment negatively. The indirect impact of reduced activity following mergers did lead to an overall negative impact on employment for pilots and significantly increased the magnitude of the effect for flight attendants. 相似文献

This article describes an exploratory investigation of the risk perceptions of experts and novices in relation to helicopter operations, under conditions where the participants are matched on various characteristics previously found to affect perceptions, such as demographic, gender, and background factors. The study reports considerable evidence of perceptual differences between the two participant groups (i.e., expert pilots and candidate pilots). We find that the experts' perceptions of relative risks are more veridical, in terms of their higher correlation with the true relative frequencies. A significant positive correlation between the flight hours and the contextual risk-taking tendency is also shown, leading the experienced pilots' choices toward risky alternatives in scenarios--a potential result of their overconfidence based on superior task performance. Possible explanations are offered for the findings and potential avenues for future research are identified. 相似文献

Today, innovation is no longer viewed as taking place within a single firm – but opening up the innovation process is still not a simple task. In open innovation, the mechanisms of incorporating external resources into the development process need to be carefully managed. This paper suggests a dual technology roadmap (TRM) that considers both internal and external firms. First, we introduce the concept of a dual TRM that considers partner resources as well as internal resources. Second, we suggest the structure of a dual TRM that uses dual planning objects.
