统计过程控制是提高产品质量,降低产品成本非常有效的一种工具,它主要利用控制图监控生产过程,尽量使其处于受控状态.然而,导致产品质量异常的因素多数与设备有关.因此设备维护管理与统计过程控制存在着紧密的联系,也是生产管理中不可或缺的一种工具.然而这两种工具一般都被独立地进行应用或研究,这大大地降低了它们的效能.本文综合的考虑这两种工具,提出了一个具体的统计过程控制与设备维护管理的集成模式,并通过更新回报过程以及费用模型分析了该集成模式的经济效益. 相似文献

The neurotoxic effects of chemical agents are often investigated in controlled studies on rodents, with binary and continuous multiple endpoints routinely collected. One goal is to conduct quantitative risk assessment to determine safe dose levels. Yu and Catalano (2005) describe a method for quantitative risk assessment for bivariate continuous outcomes by extending a univariate method of percentile regression. The model is likelihood based and allows for separate dose‐response models for each outcome while accounting for the bivariate correlation. The approach to benchmark dose (BMD) estimation is analogous to that for quantal data without having to specify arbitrary cutoff values. In this article, we evaluate the behavior of the BMD relative to background rates, sample size, level of bivariate correlation, dose‐response trend, and distributional assumptions. Using simulations, we explore the effects of these factors on the resulting BMD and BMDL distributions. In addition, we illustrate our method with data from a neurotoxicity study of parathion exposure in rats. 相似文献

In recent years, European pharmaceutical regulators have increasingly committed to heightening access to raw safety‐related data as part of a wave of transparency initiatives (e.g., providing public Internet‐mediated access to clinical trials data). Yet, the regulators—who are under significant pressure—have not yet benefited from a systematic review of this new policy. In seeking to inject much needed evidence, this article explores the effects of new transparency policies designed to promote meaningful communication of risks and benefits to patients. Results of a cross‐national European survey with respondents from Great Britain, the Netherlands, Spain, France, Germany, and Sweden (N = 5,648) shed light on how patients and the public are likely to react to the regulators’ new transparency policies. The findings demonstrate clear national variations in how European citizens are likely to react and emphasize the need to develop evidence‐based, reasoned transparency policies that integrate benefit‐risk communication. The authors conclude by providing six specific recommendations, informed by the study, that seek to improve the European transparency model both within the medical field and across health, safety, and environmental policy domains. 相似文献

Public–private partnerships are merely defined as an institutionalized cooperation between the public administration and private companies, but may take very different settings. This paper uses the case of partnerships in the plant breeding sector to study the institutional evolution of such linkages. It is shown how corporatist exclusivity can enter such partnerships, as their setting can have different purposes and be used to transfer subsidies from the public to companies or professional associations through low prices for resources transferred to the sector. The inefficiencies connected with such rents and possible alternatives are outlined and conclusions are drawn for the institutional theory of organizations. 相似文献

While behavior change projects and component analyses have been critical to the development of behavioral technology, behaviorists working in human service institutions have not focused enough attention on the "packaging" and systematic application of a technology for institutional change. In the present study, a package of organizational behavior management procedures was systematically introduced in a human service setting. The goal of intervention was to promote and maintain institutional change sufficient to support the wide scale implementation and maintenance of state-of-the-art behavioral procedures for program management and service delivery. The specific procedures utilized in the study included the following: (1) planning; (2) establishing functional organizational structure; (3) recruiting, orienting, and training management and direct service personnel; (4) contracting for staff performance; (5) scheduling, supervising, and evaluating personnel; (6) obtaining and managing financial resources; (7) evaluating program operation; (8) ensuring legal safety; and (9) disseminating results. Sixteen dependent variables, chosen to illustrate the quantity and quality of institutional change, were measured for the three years prior to, and five years following, intervention. Data from these measures indicated that intervention resulted in a positive change in virtually every aspect of program operation and that change resulting from the study was durable over time. Within the limitations imposed by case study design, these results were interpreted to suggest that institutional change is possible and that the technology required to effect such change is currently available. 相似文献
