本文基于浙江省2006-2008届本科毕业生就业质量及就业能力状况的抽样调查数据,运用最优尺度回归分析就业能力对就业质量的影响,给出了大学毕业生就业能力对综合就业质量影响的最优尺度回归方程,并进一步探讨了就业能力对就业满意度、人职匹配度、职业发展前景及薪金水平各自的影响情况,最后,对分析结果进行了相应的思考。  相似文献

全国取缔7200多户“黑职介”据劳动和社会保障部消息,我国于今年2月1日起开展清理整顿劳动力市场秩序专项行动,共立案查处职业介绍违法案件1.9万多件,取缔非法职介7200多户,责令退赔求职者求职费用1300万元。除了严厉打击非法职介外,专项行动还开放了一批公共职介机构,推荐了一批诚信的民办职介机构,为农民工举办招聘洽谈会4500多场,提供适合农民工的岗位400多万个,使110万农民工享受到免费职介服务。  相似文献

This paper examines employment in the construction trades by race and skill level across 162 large U.S. metropolitan areas. The results reveal significant negative wage and positive scale effects on construction employment, especially for minorities and laborers, and thus imply that repeal of the Davis-Bacon Act, which requires “prevailing wages ” to be paid on federally funded construction projects, would yield substantial efficiency and equity gains. Conservative estimates suggest that Davis-Bacon repeal would increase construction employment by at least 36,000, including jobs for 27,000 minorities and 10,000 laborers. 本文以武汉市为样本空间,通过文献资料法、实地考察法、访谈调查法、问卷调查法、比较分析法和政府取样等方法对武汉市残疾人的生存现状进行调研。通过数学统计方法对调查结果分析发现,残疾人的就业状况和教育水平、年龄、职业技能培训、就业途径、社会态度等有重要的相关性,据此分析提出了保障残疾人就业的几点建议。  相似文献

As treatments and therapies develop and improve, enhancing life expectancy, Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) has been described by some as a long term chronic condition rather than an acute life threatening illness. As this change occurs, new issues become relevant for the person living with HIV, employment being one of these. In light of this, the Positive Employment Service was developed and implemented to explore and address some of the issues related to employment for people living with HIV. The original concept for the service was primarily focused on vocational rehabilitation; however, it soon became clear that there was a need for a prevocational service facilitating transition and adjustment to productivity roles. The service was developed using approaches from Vocational and Occupational Therapy Models of Practice. This article discusses the challenges of developing and implementing this service and explores the unique perspective that occupational therapy brings to a position of this kind.  相似文献

Using data from nine state regional research project on at-home income generation, the relationships of three satisfaction variables to demographic and work situation variables of 899 household managers in households with home-based employment are investigated. The satisfaction variables include quality of life, family income, and control over everyday life. The majority of households are satisfied with their quality of life and control over life although only moderately satisfied with income. One variable is related to the three satisfaction variables, the wage earner's control over the amount of work done in a day.This paper reports results from the Cooperative Regional Research Project, NE-167, entitled, At-Home Income Generation: Impact on Management, Productivity and Stability in Rural and Urban Families, partially supported by Cooperative States Research Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the Experiment Stations at the University of Hawaii, Iowa State University, Lincoln University (Missouri), Michigan State University, Cornell University (New York), The Ohio State University, The Pennsylvania State University, Utah State University, and the University of Vermont. This article was accepted in 1992 under the editorship of Charles B. Hennon.Her research interests include evaluation of teaching/learning, program evaluation, and entrepreneurship. Employment for people with learning difficulties is considered key to their social inclusion. This contradicts the perceived un-employability of people with learning difficulties that has been part of their social identities throughout their history hitherto. The national rate of employment for people with learning difficulties remains extremely low and has barely changed in the 20?years between 1990 and 2010. This paper investigates links between learning disabilities and employment, drawing on interview-based research. It analyses the quality of experience of the minority in employment to consider whether employment can serve the inclusive purpose expected of it.  相似文献
