农民工市民化是推进新型城镇化建设,践行"以人为本"的必由之路。四川省作为人口大省、农民工大省,推进农民工市民化,加快新型城镇化建设的任务艰巨。本文基于2015年四川省进城务工人员调查报告,分析了影响四川省农民工市民化的推动因素和阻碍因素,提出应切实推进农民工市民化福利保障工作、维护进城落户农民工土地承包权、宅基地使用权、集体收益分配权、构建多元化农民工市民化成本分担机制、提高农民工就业技能,拓宽就业空间、加强农民工劳动权益保障等路径推动四川省农民工市民化。  相似文献

中间选民定理是新政府经济学的重要理论,它有效解决了集体选择的悖论,也适用于农民工市民化进程的政策分析。本文采用因子分析法对代表农民工市民化偏好的市民化意愿进行了实证分析,发现农民工未来归属倾向和自我身份判断发生了背离,并在此基础上,将农民工划分为5个亚群体,发现中间不定者具有中间选民特征。在对中间不定者诉求分析的基础上,提出国家应加强农民工职业培训、构建农民工社会保障体系、加大农业改革和促进农民工子女教育改革等措施。  相似文献

本文以杭州市问卷调查数据为基础,采用Logistic模型分析农民工市民化意愿的影响因素。研究结果表明:户籍状况、是否举家迁移这两个因素对农民工市民化意愿的影响程度最为显著;文化程度、婚姻状况、子女人数、留城时间次之;年龄对农民工市民化有低度影响;性别、职业技能、配偶(男女朋友)所在地、子女随迁、职业类型、住房情况、收入水平、消费水平对农民工市民化无显著性影响。  相似文献

Embraced by their ethnicity and gender many migrant women have negotiated their own spaces in the host country. Yet, much of the literature on migrant women focuses on those who are struggling to make ends meet with low levels of education and how this defines the construction of the Other. We contribute to the limited scholarship in management research on professional migrant women by illustrating how transnational processes play out in the lived experience of professional migrant Indian women in New Zealand, and how they invoke agency in decentring Otherness. This qualitative study foregrounds the navigation of asymmetrical power relations and the strategic deployment of ethnicity, education and caste affiliation, when confronted with processes of exclusion in the labour market. We argue for the need to highlight narratives of professional migrant women which reflect the agency and articulation of their voices, thus reworking notions of the Other in transnational space.  相似文献

Academic migrant company founders have not been in the focus of entrepreneurship research in Germany so far. The Project “StartMiUp—support for academic entrepreneurs with migration background” is dealing with this target group in the context of the German IQ-Network. In an empiric study the project investigates the specific challenges in starting up business and the support requirements of academic migrant founders. The study includes the perspective of start-up consultants and entrepreneurs from the target group. A fish consumption health advisory has existed for New York Lake Ontario sport-caught fish since 1978. Our study objectives were to evaluate the effectiveness of the advisory for reaching potential target audiences and to identify appropriate advisory content, style, and dissemination methods using a risk communication planning model as an evaluation framework. We used a combination of mail surveys and personal interviews with three target audiences (opinion leaders among recreational anglers and charter boat operators, migrant farm workers, and low-income individuals) and two communicator groups (fishery experts and health care experts). The New York Lake Ontario advisory appeared to be successful in reaching and encouraging risk-mitigating fish consumption behavior in recreational angler opinion leaders and low-income individuals but not in migrant farm workers. The advisory may not be reaching two sensitive subpopulations, women of childbearing age and children. Communicators and target audiences differed in their assessments of important information to include in an advisory. The health advisory could be improved with additional information such as risk-reducing cooking and cleaning methods and by diversifying the dissemination methods to reach the variety of audiences who potentially consume Lake Ontario fish.  相似文献

This paper investigates the gender and ethnic wage differentials for female migrants in Italy by applying the Oaxaca–Blinder decomposition, with and without Heckman correction, to account for self‐selection into the labour market. The gender wage gap is nearly 15 per cent, more than 60 per cent of which is unexplained by observable differences. The ethnic wage gap is much larger (39 per cent), but endowments explain 53 per cent of the gap. We also estimate the double‐negative effect of being both female and a migrant. A female migrant earns 42 per cent less than an Italian male; the unexplained component is estimated to be 53–65 per cent. Results are robust to different specifications.  相似文献

Davenport (1993a) has pointed out that the diffusion of innovation approach as a behavioral process change has been limited to the study of how new information technology can be successfully adopted, rather than “how innovation can improve organizational performance.” This article extends Davenport's challenge to bridge this research gap by applying the diffusion of innovation approach to study accounting and control systems as an administrative process innovation approach to improve business performance. Neighbourhood planning (NP) as enabled by the 2011 Localism Act in England has precipitated a considerable literature discussing its potential, limitations and likely shortcomings referenced against government rhetoric and the reporting of initial experiences of the process. This paper provides an overview of the current literature on neighbourhood planning and sets out how it has been received and practised across England drawing on empirical evidence. The extent of take-up and the experience of those involved in the first five years of neighbourhood planning is used to consider how community-led planning may be designed and used following operational principles of inclusivity, capacity-building and adding value.  相似文献

Transformational leadership has been widely researched and is associated with followers' performance, attitudes, and subjective well-being at the individual level. Less research has focused on transformational leadership as a group phenomenon. In a survey study (425 followers and 56 leaders), we examined how group-level and differentiated transformational leadership shape followers' perceptions of their working conditions and individual subjective well-being. There was stronger evidence that differentiated transformational leadership's relationships with indicators of well-being was mediated by perceptions of working conditions, in that 10 out of 20 tests for mediation using differentiated transformational leadership were significant, compared to just three out of 20 for group-level transformational leadership. The results suggest that transformational leadership needs to be studied as a group phenomenon considering how group-level perceptions may impact on followers' well-being and that leaders need to realize that there is an “I” in groups and addition to a “we” in groups.  相似文献

Approaching change, we cannot really know who we will be when we come out the other side. We can envision, plan, and sed goals, and these exercises will make a difference in how the process turns out, but we can never know exactly. When we have come through a profound change, we will have difficulty remembering how we could ever have been anything else. In the midst of profound change, we cannot see with certainty how it will turn out. We are "in the mush." Every change creates a need for learning. This change-induced learning has four phases: (1) Unconscious incompetence, (2) conscious incompetence, (3) conscious competence, and (4) unconscious competence. Health care--not just the industry, but the whole way in which we manage our health, our birth and death, our wellness and comfort--is at or approaching not just one strategic inflection point, but several at once. Physician executives need to guess correctly about this strategic inflection point, and position themselves and their organizations to take advantage of it.  相似文献

The use of probabilistic approaches in exposure assessments of contaminants migrating from food packages is of increasing interest but the lack of concentration or migration data is often referred as a limitation. Data accounting for the variability and uncertainty that can be expected in migration, for example, due to heterogeneity in the packaging system, variation of the temperature along the distribution chain, and different time of consumption of each individual package, are required for probabilistic analysis. The objective of this work was to characterize quantitatively the uncertainty and variability in estimates of migration. A Monte Carlo simulation was applied to a typical solution of the Fick's law with given variability in the input parameters. The analysis was performed based on experimental data of a model system (migration of Irgafos 168 from polyethylene into isooctane) and illustrates how important sources of variability and uncertainty can be identified in order to refine analyses. For long migration times and controlled conditions of temperature the affinity of the migrant to the food can be the major factor determining the variability in the migration values (more than 70% of variance). In situations where both the time of consumption and temperature can vary, these factors can be responsible, respectively, for more than 60% and 20% of the variance in the migration estimates. The approach presented can be used with databases from consumption surveys to yield a true probabilistic estimate of exposure.  相似文献
