本研究以061基地企业青年为样本主体,对企业共青团组织服务青年成长成才工作进行研究。通过结合企业与青年共振的四方面需求:传播党团思想主张、服务企业中心工作、服务青年成长成才、健全青年社会担当,选取了传统"青"字号品牌载体,结合青年特点,新增青年讲堂、青年爱心志愿服务团队、青年风采大赛等实验载体;在排除基层团委既有工作基础影响因素的前提下,对青年成长成才工作进行了研究与实验。成果显示:共青团组织服务青年成长成才工作扎实有效,可增强青年成长成才工作吸引力、凝聚力,能进一步整合现有资源,更有效率、更有效果、更系统地推动共青团组织服务青年成长成才工作。  相似文献

In the area of planning, the literature has been almost entirely concerned with planning in the business (i.e. profit) setting. Some literature does exist on planning in the nonprofit sector, but it usually deals with tactical planning of the short-term character. This is specially true in the area of libraries and many librarians have developed and do administer large, complex organization— where conprehensive, long range planning is almost completely untreated in the literature.The current paper discusses the various steps in the strategic planning process, and relates them to a situation in which comprehensive long range plans for a new health sciences library have been developed, and to a considerable degree, implemented. In this framework, the steps of developing purpose and objecives, forecasting and policy formulation, developing and choosing growth strategy, determining resource requirements and provions, developing an organizational structure, and control system utilization are discussed both in the general framework of comprehensive planning, and with respect to actual experience in the development of a health sciences library. The roles of tactical planning and the implementation of plans are also treated.  相似文献

For most leaders, their first exposure to formal leader development training occurs in adolescence, through school, extra-curricular activities, or youth leader development programs. As with many adolescent experiences, the processes and challenges of leader development are different for girls than they are for boys. With increasing calls to address gender inequity worldwide, adolescent girls' leader development has become an important cross-disciplinary research topic. Though the literature on developing adolescent girls has grown substantially, it is fragmented across disciplines, with a lack of integration and theoretical framing hindering our advancement in knowledge. Therefore, there is a critical need for a comprehensive review article to guide scholars to build an integrated knowledge of how leader development occurs for adolescent girls. We searched for literature relevant to leader and leadership development designed for adolescent girls and reviewed a total of 108 academic papers (2000–2019). We identify and critique five themes in this literature that hold important implications for the leader development of adolescent girls. To advance knowledge, we offer social cognitive theory as a theoretical frame to understand adolescent girls' leader development and provide guidance on future research. Finally, we offer insights on how the processes and practices of adolescent girls' leader development could inform adult leader development.  相似文献

This article summarizes views on environmental risk education for youth and identifies some challenges to advancing environmental risk education. It is argued that education--in particular, formal (in-school, structured) education--can play an important role in helping to create an environmental risk-literate society. Recommendations focus on developing a framework of environmental risk education goals and objectives, evaluating environmental risk education efforts, and learning more about how to help youth make informed environmental risk decisions and to prepare them to participate in environmental risk management. It is hoped that this article will encourage greater involvement of risk professionals in environmental risk education efforts and related research.  相似文献

Africa’s developing economies remain in critical need for leadership. This paper asserts that Africa’s new growth opportunities rest with leadership that could champion organizational performance, innovativeness, and good ethics among others. A review of extant literature on leadership development programmes (LDPs) was done to examine possible initiatives that leadership developers can use to influence leadership practices in Africa. This paper proposes that in Africa, LDPs can be used to inculcate authentic leadership practices and enhance networking and acquisition of innovative skills among others. Furthermore, LDPs could target the youth considering them as an investment into tomorrow’s leadership talent pool. The paper suggests that Africa’s niche for the global highway rests in contextualization of LDPs from other regions to Africa’s unique environment.  相似文献

Communities across the globe are focusing on the needs of young people and their families in an effort to create child- and youth-friendly cities. In an attempt to become more child and youth friendly, over 40 communities in the United States have developed youth master plans (YMPs), as of 2009; however, our understanding of these plans is limited. To broaden this understanding, this research employed a multiple-methods approach, including an online questionnaire, plan analysis and semi-structured interviews with key community informants. Findings show that YMPs often focus on collaboration among community entities and youth participation, yet include only general normative statements regarding the physical environment. Furthermore, urban planners do not typically take the lead in development of YMPs, and, in some cases, are not involved at all. To inform and improve future YMPs, this paper recommends greater focus on the physical environment, particularly in relation to safety, access to nature and sustainable transportation.  相似文献

The time span of the growth, the ‘quality’ of any growth and the extent of managerial commitment to ‘growth business’ are identified as important factors that should influence decisions on corporate development. Using annual data on 80 countries for 1980–2007 and a new indicator of product market regulation, this paper studies the effects of product market regulation on labor market performance among the total population as well as among two important groups of labor market outsiders: women and youth. It finds that stricter regulation is likely to both increase the unemployment rate and decrease the employment rate. The magnitude of the estimated effects is substantial. There are above‐average effects on both groups of outsiders, with the effects being particularly strong on youth. The results are robust to variations in specification.  相似文献

高校科研平台评价与预测分析是促进科研工作健康高效发展的重要载体,但数据指标繁冗、逻辑关系复杂、影响因素众多等大大加剧了科研平台运行评价和预测难度。本文从大数据角度出发探索一种基于GCA-DEA-MSVC方法的高校科研平台评价预测方法。首先利用GCA方法从科研平台运行数据库中挖掘、提取出与评价结果密切相关的关键特征指标并进行分类构建特征指标库,然后利用DEA方法对特征指标库数据进行融合,提升数据质量构建相对效率指标库;最后,将特征指标库与相对效率指标库再次融合,基于改进的MSVC方法构建了高效的科研平台运行状态评价分类预测模型,并利用教育部重点实验室评价数据开展了实验研究,验证了所提方法的有效性。  相似文献
