西部贫困地区妇女教育和培训问题的思考

妇女是创造人类文明和推动社会进步的伟大力量,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的无可替代的重要力量。妇女是家庭的基础成员,其素质的高低不仅影响子女和家庭的整体素质,而且直接决定妇女的社会地位。但是,由于多种原因,当前广大妇女特别是贫困地区妇女受教育和培训的权利没有很好落实,或者在很大程度上被剥夺。教育不公平已成为社会不公的重要方面。     

加大农民工就业培训力度

全总日前启动全国工会“千万农民工援助行动”，就开展就业培训、自主创业培训、基础素质培训等方面作出安排。

The enrollment rate of girls who are primary school age is now 99.58 percent in China, or 0.08 percent higher than the rate of same-age boys. Of children who are junior high school age, the enrollment of girls is about 95 percent, or virtually equal to the rate of same-age boys.     

邵阳市妇女就业现状与对策分析

一、基本情况 邵阳市地处湘中偏西南,目前,全市从业人员453．41万人,其中女性就业人员为204．04万人,占全部就业人员的44．99％;农村劳动力转移就业130．15万余人,其中妇女58．89万人,占全部转移就业人数的45．25％。     

对经济欠发达地区特色就业培训模式的思考

湖北省随州市就业训练中心积极探索适应随州经济发展要求的培训模式,形成了以学员为主体、项目教学为手段、生产性实训为载体的灵活多样特色就业培训。笔者结合随州市的实际,对进一步开展就业培训进行探讨分析,以促进就业训练中心公共服务职能的实现。

“两癌筛查”造福广大农村妇女 Women make special contributions to social progress and human development, as they give birth to and raise their children. Therefore, it is vital that their health be protected properly. In 2009, the All-China Women＇s Federation （ACWF） and China＇s ministries of Health and Finance implemented the cancer- screening project. Under the project, rural Chinese women can receive free screening for cervical and breast cancer （the ＂two cancers＂）. Tile project＇s aims are to raise awareness about the importance of healthcare and to detect the ＂two cancers＂ early so afflicted women can receive timely medical treatment.

The Sixth Housekeeping-skills Competition was held in Pudong New District, Shanghai, on December 23, 2009. Preparations for the event began more than five months earlier. Of the nearly 1,000 participants, 36 entered the final.

社区就业对妇女能力建设有着积极的促进作用,在为女性提供更多的就业岗位的同时,大大提高了女性的社会地位、促进了妇女的全面发展,但由于当前社区就业的不完善。在一定程度上又阻碍了妇女能力的进一步提高,对此．应该采取各种有效的措施完善社区就业。促进妇女能力建设。

Song Xiuyan, Vice- President and First Member of the Secretariat of the All- China Women＇s Federation （ACWF）, visited earthquakestricken Yushu, a Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in northwestern China＇s Qinghai Province, on May 27.

The All-China Women＇s Federation （ACWF） and the National Bureau of Statistics on September 26 launched tile Third Survey on Chinese Women＇s Sccial Status. The survey was launched in Beijing. The 120 people who attended the news con ference to launch the survey included experts, liaison officers and heads of provincial-level women＇s federations. They discussed the planning for the survey, the design of the questionnaire and quality
control issues.

妇女是推动文化强国建设不可或缺的重要力量,妇女发展与文化强国建设联系紧密,两者相辅相成、相互促进、辩证统一.文化强国的工作应该重视妇女发展的重要作用,通过全面建设妇女权益法律法规政策,发挥妇女在家庭文化中的作用,促进妇女学习工作,构建妇女发展建设的长效机制.本文探索了妇女发展的重要作用,分析了影响妇女发展的主要障碍,总结了妇女发展促进文化强国的基本途径,提出了妇女发展促进文化强国的政策措施,为我国文化强国工作提供了建设性的建议.
