Revisiting the Disengagement Theory with Differentials in the Determinants of Life Satisfaction

This study proposes that differentials in the determinants of life satisfaction can be used to test if the elderly have a new equilibrium. One's global life satisfaction is taken as an indicator for one's inner world and for the elderly, global life satisfaction is assumed to be not influenced by life domains which indicate drastic social changes, because they are supposed to be disengaged from social activities. On the other hand, global life satisfaction for other adults is affected by life domains indicating social changes, because they are still tightly involved with social activities. The differentials in the determinants of global life satisfaction thus indicate that the elderly have a new equilibrium.A national survey on Taiwanese living conditions conducted by the Ministry of Interior, the Republic of China, in 1998 is used to test the above hypotheses. The analytical results show that the elderly have perceived drastic social changes. Moreover, they do have an equilibrium that is different from the other two age groups.     

Does the Completeness of a Household-Based Convoy Matter in Intergenerational Support Exchanges?

Based on the closeness of kinship relationships, a 4-layer household-based convoy is proposed for the study of intergenerational support exchanges. It first separates co-residing family members from non-coresiding family members with whom they have frequent contact and places them in the innermost and next-innermost circles of an individual’s convoy structure, respectively. Relatives and friends with whom there is frequent contact are then added as the third and outer-most circles. In principle, it is ideal to have a full four layers. However, in reality, most people miss one or more layers during the different stages of the life cycle. A probability sample with 1979 cases is used to investigate the effect of convoy incompleteness on intergenerational support exchanges. The research findings show that missing any one layer and missing both the third and fourth layers do not result in a significantly negative effect on the mean types of support exchanged. When individual types of support are examined one by one, the convoy structure works similarly but selectively. It works best for types of support involving more labor costs, less for those involving financial support, and least for those involving advice. In addition, it is noted that a multiple exchange strategy is used in intergenerational support exchanges.     

大股东控制下的资本投资与利益攫取研究

基于资本投资形成控制权收益的理论阐释,结合我国上市公司大股东攫取控制权收益的自利动机和市场风险分析,本文以2001-2005年沪深两市A股市场发生了非流通股交易的公司作为考察对象,从固定资产投资和股权投资两个方面对大股东的控制权收益攫取进行了实证研究,并进行了稳健性检验.研究发现,大股东不仅通过资本投资形成了控制权收益,而且资本投资规模越高,增加等量资本投资所攫取的控制权收益越低;尽管通过股权投资攫取控制权收益的隐秘性较高、成本较低,但由于增加了控制链的代理层级,控制性股东的收益占有程度也较低;大股东的自利性资本投资行为不仅挤占了中小投资者的共享利益,而且形成了从增加资本投资、形成更高控制权收益到损害企业价值的传导机制.根据经验结论,本文提出了相应的政策建议.

基于有限元虚拟仿真技术的焊接实训教学的研究与探索

因为焊接技术在工业生产中有着举足轻重的作用,并且对技术人员要求极其严格,因此焊接实训的重要性不言而喻.与职业技术院校相比,一些本科类高校存在教学周期短、教学设备不足的问题.而基于有限元虚拟仿真技术进行的焊接实训教学,则在一定程度上提高了学生的学习兴趣,改善了教学质量,并可以避免因操作不熟练而导致的安全问题.     

共同富裕目标下河北高校人才培养助力乡村振兴的路径研究

共同富裕为乡村振兴提出了新要求,随着乡村振兴的全面推进,对人才的需求也在逐步增加。靠政府人才引进、项目培养和企业培养人才,也只能解决一时之需,从长远来看,高校应成为乡村振兴人才的重要输出地。针对高校现有人才培养体系难以适应新形势变化、对构建乡村振兴人才培养体系不够重视、传统的人才培养模式陈旧,实践性不强、高校农学学科优势和专业特色有所削弱的诸多问题,文章提出：高校应树牢扎根基层、服务乡村的核心理念与意识;在优化学科专业布局做文章,对接乡村产业链;构建应用技能型人才培养模式;实现政校企深度融合,多平台协同育人。     

Examining Taiwan’s Paradox of Family Decline with a Household-based Convoy

Taiwan’s paradox of family decline is examined with a household-based convoy, which allows us to explore the paradox from two perspectives, namely, the modified extended family and the household-based convoy. The modified extended family refers to the reunion of spatially separated families covering two generations. The household-based convoy is an extension of the modified extended family that includes relatives and friends with whom there is frequent contact. A probability sample survey with 1,979 cases completed is used to answer two questions: (1) Has there been a change in Taiwan’s family function because of structural change? (2) Is the family’s function being replaced by relatives and friends with whom there is frequent contact? The results of this study show that the coverage of the modified extended family is as high as 81%, indicating a high coherence among spatially separated households covering two generations. The proportions of the respondents who have provided five types of support including sick care, household chores, advice, regular allowances, and irregular allowances to non-coresiding parents are mostly around 40%. Moreover, the members of a modified extended family do have independent functions in relation to most types of support. These findings all lend evidence to refute the view that the family is declining in Taiwan.     

数字政府背景下的网络问政:热点议程、国内外比较与趋向判断

网络问政是新时代政民互动的一次新探索,是政府问计于民、问需于民、问政于民的新形式,为公民行使权利、参与政治生活提供了新渠道。文章运用知识图谱工具CiteSpace,对Web of Science数据库中的544篇论文和CNKI中的1 029篇关于网络问政研究的论文进行计量分析,梳理国内外网络问政研究的发文情况,通过关键词共现和聚类对比分析网络问政的研究热点和发展趋势。国内外网络问政研究均梳理了三大热点主题,其中主体和媒介研究是二者共同关注的热点,其演化阶段略有不同,但对未来网络问政研究前沿趋势的预测和判断是一致的。基于文献计量分析,为未来学界进一步研究提供参考;结合时事分析,从政府、公民和技术层面为推进网络问政发展、数字政府建设提供了可行性建议。
