粉煤灰在废水处理中的应用

介绍了粉煤灰的结构及物理化学特性，处理废水的机理，综述了国内外利用粉煤灰处理各种废水的最新研究成果。目前利用粉煤灰处理废水主要应用于城市污水、印染废水、造纸废水、制药废水、电废水、重金属废水及含酚、含氟废水的处理。同时介绍了几种粉煤灰改性的方法及应用前景。     

“风险投资无风险”的反思——论我国风险投资组织模式再造

近两年,风险投资如雨后春笋般在全国各地建立起来.但由于这些风险投资公司几乎都是由行业部门和地方政府组建的,民营风险投资公司微乎其微,其风险投资活动也不很活跃.相反,来自IDG、高盛这类公司的海外风险投资军团却在中国风险资本市场异常活跃,但因受到种种限制,海外军团在我国的风险投资总额不到3亿美元.本文从风险投资组织模式选择的角度,分析了我国主要风险投资公司存在的问题.并且通过国际比较和借鉴,探讨了适合我国国情的组织模式再造问题.

Choosing between Cox proportional hazards and logistic models for interval- censored data via bootstrap

This work develops a new methodology in order to discriminate models for interval- censored data based on bootstrap residual simulation by observing the deviance difference from one model in relation to another, according to Hinde (1992). Generally, this sort of data can generate a large number of tied observations and, in this case, survival time can be regarded as discrete. Therefore, the Cox proportional hazards model for grouped data (Prentice & Gloeckler, 1978) and the logistic model (Lawless, 1982) can be fitted by means of generalized linear models. Whitehead (1989) considered censoring to be an indicative variable with a binomial distribution and fitted the Cox proportional hazards model using complementary log-log as a link function. In addition, a logistic model can be fitted using logit as a link function. The proposed methodology arises as an alternative to the score tests developed by Colosimo et al. (2000), where such models can be obtained for discrete binary data as particular cases from the Aranda-Ordaz distribution asymmetric family. These tests are thus developed with a basis on link functions to generate such a fit. The example that motivates this study was the dataset from an experiment carried out on a flax cultivar planted on four substrata susceptible to the pathogen Fusarium oxysoprum . The response variable, which is the time until blighting, was observed in intervals during 52 days. The results were compared with the model fit and the AIC values.

新型农村合作医疗的调查与思考——以湖北省宜都市为例

新型农村合作医疗制度是新时期解决农民看病难,看不起病,因病致贫的状况,促进我国和谐社会的构建和新农村建设的一项重要社会保障制度。通过对新型农村合作医疗试点县市湖北省宜都市的调查发现,宜都市新农合制度得到了较好的实施,成效显著,部分解决了农民看不起病,因病致贫的问题。但也存在一些不足,还需要在实践中不断完善与创新。

The importance of ergonomics in the design conceptual process: Daciano da Costa - a case study on practicing and teaching

This paper, which stems from a developing research project, aims to disseminate among the international scientific community the thought of Daciano da Costa (1930-2005) given the importance he conferred to Ergonomics, throughout his teaching career and his professional practice as a reference figure in the Design of the twentieth century in Portugal. We focus on the important role played by Ergonomics within the conceptual Design process, through the case study Daciano da Costa.What Daciano brought to the practice and teaching was a modernization of processes, a new perspective on the emerging themes of design, like ergonomics. Daciano believed that designing was providing a service. This task was understood as the building of a relationship with users. One of his distinguished features was the particular attention he paid to the unique aspects of the scale of proximity: the scale of the hand, of the immediate gesture, of the body. As a professor he insisted not so much on the end product, but rather on the recognition of the research process and how it was conducted. When designing, developing and supervising the exercises he set, ergonomic factors were one of his main concerns.
