非统计专业统计学教育刍议

针对非统计专业统计学教育目前存在的问题,阐述了提高对统计学重要性的认识是保证统计教学效果的前提;统计学教学环节的改革是提高教学效果的重要保证;统计教师的业务素质是提高统计教学效果的关键。     

农村合作医疗制度绩效的比较研究

从覆盖丰、公平性、可及性、人口健康、医疗卫生费用五个指标考察不同历史时期的农村合作医疗制度绩效,可以发现:正在实施的新型农村合作医疗制度的绩效虽尚未完全显现,但部分主要指标较高;计划经济时期的农村合作医疗制度缋效次之;而转轨时期的农村合作医疗制度绩效最低.导致不同时期农村合作医疗制度绩效差异的主要原因是政府与农民的不同行为方式.今后要进一步提高新型农村合作医疗制度的绩效,应该着力引导医疗卫生费源向农村配置;完善农村三级医疗卫生服务体系;规范政府财政投入机制;做好城乡一体化的医疗保障制度的有效衔接.     

Charisma and organizational change: A multilevel study of perceived charisma,commitment to change,and team performance

What makes people perceive a leader as charismatic, and how do team leaders obtain performance outcomes from their followers? We examine leaders in times of organizational change and investigate the mechanisms through which leaders' change-promoting behaviors are associated with team performance. In a multilevel mediation model, we propose that the indirect relationship between change-promoting behaviors and team performance is sequentially transmitted through followers' perceptions of charisma and followers' commitment to change. A study of 33 leaders and 142 followers provides empirical support for the model, using multilevel structural equation modeling to analyze top-down relationships between leaders and followers and bottom-up relationships between followers and team outcomes. Results suggest that team leaders are perceived as more charismatic when they engage in change-promoting behaviors. These behaviors facilitate team performance through individual followers' perceived charisma and commitment to change.     

我国花卉产品出口的现状及发展对策

随着我国花卉业的发展,近年来花卉产品出口呈稳步上升的趋势,但与国际花卉出口大国相比,还存在着较大差距。本文在分析我国花卉产品出口现状的基础上,探讨花卉产品出口中存在的问题及其原因,比较并借鉴其他国家花卉产业出口的成功模式,提出了增强我国花卉产品出口能力的具体策略。     

语用因素语法化研究

非真实条件句,本质上都是表示说话人的一种认知推测,即根据假定的与事实相反或可能相反的条件,推测出一个实际上不存在或可能不存在的结果。这种推测意义在较古英语中完全是一个依附语境的语用因素,而现代英语则通过转喻模式,使这一语用因素找到一个词汇—形态—句法的统一体,从而实现了自身的语法化。     

A regional end use energy demand model

This paper describes a long-term energy demand forecasting model for Northern Ireland. The model is of the ‘what-if’ type for testing possible futures described by the model user and is based on a detailed activity analysis approach. The demand subsystem of the Northern Ireland energy system is divided into seven sectors and the demand for four end use categories for fuels considered. The structure of each of the seven sectors is modelled and future fuel demands calculated based on the driving functions of population and social and economic activity. For a given input scenario the model calculates the dockside oil equivalent primary fuel in tonnes for each year for 30 years.     

基于分枝维数算法的西安市旅游通达性研究

运用分枝维数对西安市的旅游交通网络结构的整体性能进行计算,结果表明西安市的旅游交通网络分维D=1.506,比北京、武汉、上海、郑州、重庆的交通网络分维值都低,说明西安市旅游交通网通达性低,路网分布不均衡.与中国一些枢纽城市和主要旅游城市的交通路网状况相比,西安还有很大差距,在西部城市中也不居于优势地位,主要体现在东部和西部路网密度较大,结构复杂,南部和北部线路稀疏,结构简单;城市中心交通发展相对完善,腹地网络发育水平比周边低,整体结构较差.还需进一步增强交通路网的网络密集程度,提高路网连通性.
