浅析邓小平社会控制思想

人类社会的存在和发展,需要稳定的社会秩序,而稳定社会秩序的维系则有赖于社会控制.邓小平从我国社会主义初级阶段实际出发,通过长期实践逐步摸索出了一整套行之有效的社会控制思想,其内容主要包括以解放和发展生产力为控制基点;以改革开放为控制动力;以实现社会发展为最高目标;以"三步走"模式为控制策略;以实现人民利益为控制机制.在这一理论指导下,中国社会保持了平稳有序的发展.     

On the Advantage of Quantity Leadership When Outsourcing Production to a Competitive Contract Manufacturer

This study investigates a supply chain comprising an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and a contract manufacturer (CM), in which the CM acts as both upstream partner and downstream competitor to the OEM. The two parties can engage in one of three Cournot competition games: a simultaneous game, a sequential game with the OEM as the Stackelberg leader, and a sequential game with the CM as the Stackelberg leader. On the basis of these three basic games, this study investigates the two parties' Stackelberg leadership/followership decisions. When the outsourcing quantity and wholesale price are exogenously given, either party may prefer Stackelberg leadership or followership. For example, when the wholesale price or the proportion of production outsourced to the CM is lower than a threshold value, both parties prefer Stackelberg leadership and, consequently, play a simultaneous game in the consumer market. When the outsourcing quantity and wholesale price are decision variables, the competitive CM sets a wholesale price sufficiently low to allow both parties to coexist in the market, and the OEM outsources its entire production to this CM. This study also examines the impact of the supply chain parties' bargaining power on contract outcomes by considering a wholesale price that is determined via the generalized Nash bargaining scheme, finding a Stackelberg equilibrium to be sustained when the CM's degree of bargaining power is great and the non‐competitive CM's wholesale price is high.     

Simultaneous estimation and inference for multiple response variables

Multivariate data arise frequently in biomedical and health studies where multiple response variables are collected across subjects. Unlike a univariate procedure fitting each response separately, a multivariate regression model provides a unique opportunity in studying the joint evolution of various response variables. In this paper, we propose two estimation procedures that improve estimation efficiency for the regression parameter by accommodating correlations among the response variables. The proposed procedures do not require knowledge of the true correlation structure nor does it estimate the parameters associated with the correlation. Theoretical and simulation results confirm that the proposed estimators are more efficient than the one obtained from the univariate approach. We further propose simple and powerful inference procedures for a goodness-of-fit test that possess the chi-squared asymptotic properties. Extensive simulation studies suggest that the proposed tests are more powerful than the Wald test based on the univariate procedure. The proposed methods are also illustrated through the mother’s stress and children’s morbidity study.     

顶板支护新概念

锚杆支护这种支护技术已成功地应用于各类矿山、土建工程中,然而其支护机理的变化、锚杆长度、初锚力等参数的选择,在应用中仍有许多不足之处。本文通过对整个锚杆支护系统的全面分析,提出了一个顶板支护的新概念,对于改善安全生产条件、降低成本均有一定意义。     

大学生村官工作压力源调查及其与心理健康关系研究

为探讨工作压力对大学生村官心理健康水平的影响,本文采用工作压力源问卷和一般心理健康问卷,对山西省太原市521名大学生村官进行问卷调查,结果显示,男生角色冲突和躯体症状得分均明显高于女生;角色冲突和角色模糊对大学生村官的心理健康水平的躯体症状、焦虑和抑郁三个维度及总分都具有最强的预测力。因此,工作压力源能够在一定程度上预测大学生村官的心理健康水平。     

转型综改区下的山西产业结构合理化研究

在转型综改区的背景下,山西必须重新调整其产业结构。文章在论述产业结构相关理论的基础上,分析了山西产业结构的现状及原因,提出以自组织能力为山西产业结构合理化的评判基准,重新确定煤层气产业、食品工业和网络产业为主导产业。应将经济体制、经济模式、产业转型和产业划分作为山西产业结构合理化的调整重点。     

城市外来务工人员的工作和居住环境及其健康效应——以深圳为例

20世纪80年代以来,我国快速的人口流动与事实城市化对城市环境与人口健康提出了严峻的挑战。本研究通过在深圳市开展的调查,分析了城市外来务工人员的工作、生活环境特征与身心健康状况,初步检验了环境因素对外来务工人员身心健康的净效应。研究发现,相对于其他社会经济因素而言,居住环境和工作环境对外来务工人员的健康具有更为突出的影响。改善外来务工人员的工作和居住环境、倡导良好的保健行为和生活习惯,对于改善其健康状况具有重要意义。     

纪昀与康德伦理思想探略

生活在同一时代的纪昀和康德 ,各自给出了善恶的判定标准 ,一个可称之为“问心无愧”原则 ,一个可称之为“由己及人”原则 ,两人可谓“心有灵犀一点通”。本文试图从康德的《道德形而上学原理》和《实践理性批判》以及纪昀的《阅微草堂笔记》中探寻他们的伦理思想 ,以求真知
