辩证唯物主义认为,一切事物的发展都是质和量的统一。量变到一定程度才能发生质变,质变需要有一个量变的长期积累过程。中国的现代化建设也是如此,我们的奋斗目标是要把贫穷落后的中国建设成为一个伟大的现代化强国,这个过程是一个漫长的量变过程,它需要一个相对稳定的国际国内环境。稳定是经济发展的需要,是我国现代化建设量的积累所必需的过程。稳定是改革开放的需要,是我国现代化建设所必备的外部环境。     

Based on BSC (Balance Scorecard) to Make Performance Appraisal of College Teachers

Problem of performance appraisal for college teachers is a core problem to promote teacher qualities and improve college development. Based on the specificity of college teacher, to make operable performance appraisal system can stimulate motivation of teachers, strengthen teacher staff construction and make significance to college development. This paper brings Balanced Scorecard to performance appraisal system of college teachers, following the principles of equality and practicability, to make comprehensive performance appraisal of college teachers.

《一个国家的诞生》的拍摄虽以美国内战和国家重建作为题材和背景，但该片展示的并非是美国内战和重建的真实历史，而是其制作时期美国社会状况和文化氛围的真实反映。     

Patterns of Reactive and Proactive Aggression in Young Adolescents in Singapore

The authors investigated the patterns of reactive and proactive aggression exhibited by young male (N = 604) and female (N = 544) adolescents in Singapore. Self‐report measures of reactive and proactive aggression, behavioral and emotional adjustment, parenting styles, and delinquency were administered to students aged 13–14. Using cluster analysis, three distinct patterns of aggression emerged: a low aggressive group, a combined aggressive group with high reactive and proactive aggression, and a reactively aggressive group with low proactive and high reactive aggression. The two aggressive groups showed similar disturbances in adjustment and delinquency, but the combined group showed the greatest disruptions. Findings indicate cross‐cultural stability of patterns of aggression as well as the usefulness of the reactive/proactive distinction in early identification of individuals with adjustment problems.     

20世纪60年代初期毛泽东对恢复思想路线的努力

1957年下半年以来，党的指导思想、认识和行为程度不同地背离了实事求是的思想路线。对此，毛泽东提出了要从实际出发想问题、大兴调查研究、人的正确思想靠社会实践检验的思想，并身体力行深入实际调查研究，在七千人大会上还带头自我批评，为使党的各项事业恢复到实事求是的轨道作了巨大的努力。这种努力使得在文革前十年党虽有过曲折、犯过错误，但成绩是主要的。这种努力也为十一届三中全会后能顺利全面恢复实事求是的思想路线奠定了基础。     

媒介事件透视与电视角色解读——《媒介事件》述论

媒介事件作为一个特定概念,首先由美国学者丹尼尔·戴扬与伊莱休·卡茨在其1992年出版的《媒介事件:历史的现场直播》中提出.他们认为,电视和直播是媒介事件发生的基础,通过电视进行直播才能提供最大范围观众的邀请式观看;电视天然地扮演中立和公平的角色;媒介事件可以达成类同于宗教式的社会氛围,即媒介事件的萨满教化.对《媒介事件》梳理可以发现,从"媒介事件"的原始概念出发,媒介事件的内涵和外延过窄,大量的重大新闻事件不能被定义为媒介事件,而电视作为媒介事件的介质,天然的中立无法令人信服,这削弱了此概念的说服力.     

新加坡学校教育市场化的政策与实践

1997年，新加坡政府在“思考型学校，学习型国家”理念的指导下，推出了促进学校多样性、自主性和创新性的教育政策。本文第一部分回顾了1997年以来推出的教育政策，强调了这一系列改革如何体现出新加坡教育系统中营销导向的突出特点。第二部分论述如何通过“专长项目计划”这一全国性举措来实现教育的市场化。笔者认为，学校应该首先明确家长和学生的需求，然后再按照能力的不同开发“产品”。     

Harmonic mean approach to unbalanced mixed effects models under heteroscedastic variances

In this paper we consider unbalanced mixed models (Scheffe's model) under heteroscedastic variances. By using the harmonic mean approach, It is shown that the problems appear to be anologous to those problems from balanced mixed models under homoscedastic variance. Thus, by using harmonic mean approach, statistical inferences about fixed effects and variance components are derived by using those from balanced models under homoscedastic variance. Laguerre polynomial expansion is used Lo approximate sampling distributions of relevant statistics.
