城市高密度人口分布下的社区建设——以广州荔湾区为例

以广州荔湾区“六普”资料为根据,就人口高密度分布与社区建设的关系进行梳理与探讨。荔湾区“六普”数据显示,城区人口密度过高,成为影响社区生活的主要因素,给居民生命安全、公共生活质量与日常生活便利性带来负面效应。科学化与人性化人口密度干预是治理高密度人口问题的理性策略,如“跳出”社区视野,在城市“一盘棋”中均衡人口布局,在社区建设中,通过社区更新改造,增强人口承载能力,通过建构便利舒适人居环境,提升社区生活质量。     

Access is not enough: the impact of emotional costs and self-efficacy on the changes in African-American students’ ICT use patterns

Previous research has examined the impact of computing interventions to reduce digital inequity. However, few studies focus on factors such as inequalities to material access, Internet use patterns, and affective or emotional anxiety. This paper investigates the potential role of emotional costs and computer self-efficacy in the connection between computer use at home and students’ computer use patterns. Data for this research come from pretest and posttest surveys administered to fourth- and fifth-grade African-American students. The results reveal that students’ home computer use is a significant predictor of the change in their information and entertainment usage over the course of the intervention. Students’ emotional costs partially mediate the relationship between home computer use and information-oriented usage over the intervention period. The findings suggest that providing students access to digital devices is not enough to close the digital divide.     

再论社会工作三元（教研习）教育模式--社会工作教师承办服务的利弊

当前社会工作服务在国家政策支持和社会现实需要下得到了迅猛的发展,而社会工作教师纷纷通过成立机构来承办各项政府购买服务,此现象是利是弊?社会工作教育者理论上要做到教学、科研和实习结合(为三元模式),但发展三元模式存在着资金、师资和验证成效等的困难。本文将就此探讨社工教师承办社工服务的现状,并通过应用珠海经验,探讨如何利用机遇,推进社工教育的三元结合模式。     

2,3──二氨基吩嗪光谱特性研究及应用

研究了各种介质中不同酸度对2,3──二氨基吩嗪（DAP）的光谱特性的影响,发现非离子表面活性剂以及极性有机溶剂对其荧光具有强烈的增敏作用,荧光量子产率大大提高,而且强极性有机溶剂在无水环境下,对其荧光增敏比非离子表面活性剂更强。建立了有机介质和非离子表面活性剂介质荧光增敏的测定方法,并对各种介质增敏机理进行了讨论。     

Analytical representation of probabilities under the IAC condition

This paper extends the work of Gehrlein and Fishburn (1976) and Gehrlein (1982) by providing a general theorem relating to the analytical representation of the probability of an event in a given space of profiles. It applies to any event characterized by a set of linear inequalities regardless of whether the coefficients defining the inequalities are integer or fractional coefficients. An algorithm for the probability calculation is also suggested. This suggested methodology is used to provide a complete characterization of the vulnerability properties of the four scoring rules studied in Lepelley and Mbih (1994) to manipulation by coalitions in a 3-alternative n-agent society. Education Assistance to Africa: We Can Do More and Better

Based on the problems of Global Education Assistance to Africa (GEAA), and combined with China’s rationale and practice of Education Assistance to Africa, this paper proposes a vision and assumption to improve the GEAA, that is, using the assistance rationale of ‘Africa-based’, ‘equal-relationship’, and ‘mutual-benefits’, through ‘multi-stakeholders cooperation’, ‘multi-modes operation’, and ‘multi-goals achievement’ to build one ‘harmonious world’.

大力实施“一建三改”沼气工程推进大庆市社会主义新农村建设

解决好“三农”问题,推进社会主义新农村建设,全面建设小康社会是全党工作的重中之重。沼气工程正成为农业增效、农民增收的重要渠道之一。沼气的应用能有效缓解农村生活用能与环境保护之间的矛盾,实现国家要生态、农民要致富的目标。本文客观分析了大庆市实施农村沼气工程的可行性,指出要以沼气建设为纽带推动农村富民工程,提高资源有效利用率, 减少污染排放,建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会,实现产气、积肥同步,养殖、种植并举,农民增收、农业增效、农村城镇化的目标。本文建议在大庆市农村实施“一建三改”(建一座沼气池,改厨、改厕、改圈)为主要内容的沼气工程,推进大庆市社会主义新农村建设步伐。
