敦煌民间词之文人词化过程

中唐以后,除了民间广为流行的长短句外,还出现了文人亲自创作的长短句。文人的长短句到底起源于哪里?假定文人的词是受民间词的影响而产生的,那么什么原因使文人对长短句保持持续不变的关心,并给予了词的地位?民间词的内容和风格是以怎样的方式传达到文人那里?解决了这些问题可以帮助我们更好地理解民间词文人化过程中文人词的形成原因,同时可以对定论词的性质提供参照。     

Joint impact of multiple observations on a subset of variables in multiple linear regression

In multiple linear regression analysis, each observation affects the fitted regression equation differently and has varying influences on the regression coefficients of the different variables. Chatterjee & Hadi (1988) have proposed some measures such as DSSE_ij (Impact on Residual Sum of Squares of simultaneously omitting the ith observation and the jth variable), F_j (Partial F-test for the jth variable) and F_j(i) (Partial F-test for the jth variable omitting the ith observation) to show the joint impact and the interrelationship that exists among a variable and an observation. In this paper we have proposed more extended form of those measures DSSE_IJ, F_J and F_J(I) to deal with the interrelationships that exist among the multiple observations and a subset of variables by monitoring the effects of the simultaneous omission of multiple variables and multiple observations.     

How can David orchestrate resources to enhance firm performance? A dynamic approach to coping with resource constraints

Given that the possession of abundant resources does not always guarantee superior firm performance, this study proposes a dynamic approach to enhancing firm value. Building on the resource orchestration thesis, we investigate how firms facing resource constraints enhance their capabilities over time by orchestrating resources and how this resource orchestration can play a role in improving firm performance. Using the dynamic perspective, this study identifies four resource orchestration modes, which are specified based on how a given firm dynamically allocates its resources to technology (enacted by R&D activities) and marketing (enacted by advertising activities). Accordingly, we claim that firms with resource constraints can enhance their performance by escalating or altering their resources over time. To test our hypotheses, we used a sample of 4078 small and medium-sized enterprises in manufacturing industries between 1984 and 2018. We found that focus escalation for technology positively affects firm performance, captured by Tobin's q, and that focus alternation toward either technology or market is positively related to firm performance. Finally, we discuss the theoretical and practical implications of our findings.     

数字政府建设背景下政府回应能力研究

我国始终坚持以人民为中心的发展理念,决定了政府必须不断提升回应能力的价值选择。在加强数字政府建设背景下,如何从系统性视角审视政府回应定位、以整体性思维提升政府回应能力,值得关注。文章基于政治系统论,将政府回应全过程视为一个“输入—输出”系统,并结合数字政府建设背景,探索提出了以诉求信息的整合能力为基础、以公共价值的研判能力为支撑,以循证选择的决策能力为核心、以全程响应的督办能力为保障的政府回应能力体系。在此基础上,以成都市为例,应用该“输入—输出”系统对政府回应现状与问题开展分析,结果显示成都市当前政府回应存在信息整合能力仍有不足、研判专业能力仍待提升、决策转化过程存在封闭性、全程响应能力仍需强化四方面问题,并提出针对性改进建议。     

党的群众路线历史演进与经验启示:乡村治理的视角

乡村治理是富于群众性的实践场域,也是考察党的群众路线的重要切口。建党以来,中国共产党始终将群众路线贯彻至引领乡村治理变迁的历史谱系中。一方面,历经探索形成、曲折发展、制度重塑及调适完善四个历史阶段,群众路线的乡土实践已日臻成熟,凝结为深厚党群关系的关键政治资源;另一方面,通过保证内在结构的均衡配置、注重基层党组织的建设水平以及切合社会保存的底蕴特征,群众路线的历史演进也积累了宝贵经验,成为党稳固执政根基的重要路径。在全面建设社会主义现代化强国的新征程上,群众路线仍需因循时代任务与治理环境的变动而灵活调整,切实融入推进国家治理现代化的基础工程中。     

Neutralizing marginally deviant behavior: Bingo players and superstition

Bingo is one of the most popular and most accepted forms of gambling in the United States today. Yet, despite its popularity, many bingo players are not completely comfortable with the moral rightness of their actions. This participant observation and interview study spanning a 5 year period shows how bingo players use superstitious strategies, such as feelings, hunches and psi, attitudes, and luck to neutralize their marginally deviant behaviors.

企业战略联盟风险防范体系的架构研究

在对企业战略联盟存在的风险及规避措施进行理论透析的基础上,给出了企业战略联盟伙伴选择机制的权值排序模型。提出了企业战略联盟的3种风险防范整合架构,并论述了三者之间的相关关系。最后通过实例对企业战略联盟伙伴选择机制的权值排序模型和风险防范整合体系进行了验证。
