辛亥革命推翻了清王朝的统治,结束了延续两千多年的封建专制制度,极大地推动了中国教育近代化的步伐.民国初年,在蔡元培和他的同事们领导下所进行的教育改革确立了新的教育宗旨,制订颁布了<壬子.癸丑学制>,力图清除封建主义的影响,改变价值取向的单一.这一切不仅在指导思想和学校制度层面为中国教育近代化奠定了一个新的基础,而且在实践层面有力地促进了普通教育和实业教育的发展,使清末以来各级各类教育发展极不平衡的局面得到较大改变,初步形成了严格意义上的近代教育体制.     

从创业环境与守业对策透析我国民营科技企业

民营科技企业内外部存在的问题制约了它的进一步发展 ,但我国经济发展进入以结构优化升级和提高国际竞争力为核心的产业调整新阶段 ,这又为民营科技企业创业和守业提供了机遇。最后讨论了促进民营科技企业守业和发展的对策措施 :营造平等的竞争发展环境、完善金融财政的扶持措施、重新设计产权制度、选择正确的技术创新政策、加强对人才的合理使用和培育等     

论保证高职教育质量的途径与对策

高职的教育质量问题为人们所关注。目前 ,在高职教育中存在着一些不利于提高教育质量的问题 ,本文分析了这些问题 ,并提出了相应的对策。     

The Texaco racial discrimination case and shareholder wealth

We analyze the wealth ejfects of the Texaco racial discrimination lawsuit both on the shareholders of Texaco and its major U.S. competitors. Employing a comprehensive data set which included every case docket entry and every Wall Street Journal article on the case as an experimental stimulus, our findings suggest that the overall cost of the case to Texaco shareholders exceeded $500 million, that Texaco's tribulations had little, if any, impact on the share prices of its major competitors, and that Wall Street Journal coverage of the case was highly correlated with significant changes in Texaco stock prices. This last finding provides significant support for Hite 's suppostion that newspaper editors “key ” on ex post stock price changes in selecting the events to be covered in the next day's edition. 建国50多年来中国外交的基本特征论析

建国50多年来,中国共产党三代领导集体在中国外交政策和策略等方面,表现了相当的一致性。在这些方面,后一代领导集体与前一代领导集体之间有着承继关系。当然,后一代领导集体也有新的重大的发展。其实,这种一致性衬托了当代中国外交的基本特征,或者说,形成了当代中国外交的传统。文章基于对50多年来中国外交的分析,归纳出中国外交的四个基本特征,这就是外交原则和政策的一贯性、外交目标的双重性、外交形式的多样性以及外交对象的层次性。     

基于主动网的SYN攻击防御

针对目前传统网防御TCP同步泛滥攻击的服务器主机、路由器过滤、防火墙方法的局限性,利用主动网的动态特性,提出一种基于主动网的同步泛滥防御机制,并通过仿真实验将它与传统网环境下的防火墙防御进行了性能比较和分析,结果表明主动网技术为同步泛滥攻击提供了良好的防御性能。

“陌生化”作为一种语言技巧已成为古今中外的通例。近年来，越来越多的广告创作者使用知法破法”的语言“陌生化”技巧，有意识地采用打破一般语法构词规则的方法，使广告词更富有感染力，更加引人注意。对此，不能简单地用＂文理不通＂来力。以批评。“陌生化”方法的产生有其客观的依据，但对其应用有一定的限定。
