赛博空间语境下社会主义核心价值观的培育和践行

赛博空间是随着数字技术的发展而出现的信息空间，也是一个重要的文化阵地。要推进赛博空间语境下社会主义核心价值观的培育和践行，应约束赛博空间传播使其遵从维护国家利益与公共利益、诚信传播、尊重他人的原则，并以强制约束和积极引导相结合的方式，促进其发挥构建和谐社会、和谐文化的功能。     

Neurodevelopmental biology associated with childhood sexual abuse

Child maltreatment appears to be the single most preventable cause of mental illness and behavioral dysfunction in the United States. Few published studies examine the developmental and the psychobiological consequences of sexual abuse. There are multiple mechanisms through which sexual abuse can cause post-traumatic stress disorder, activate biological stress response systems, and contribute to adverse brain development. This article will critically review the psychiatric problems associated with maltreatment and the emerging biologic stress system research with a special emphasis on what is known about victimization by sexual abuse.     

Secondary issues and party politics: an application to environmental policy

This article develops a political economy model to assess the interplay between party formation and an environmental policy dimension viewed as secondary to the redistributive dimension. We define being a secondary issue in terms of the intensity of preferences over this issue rather than in terms of the proportion of voters who care for the environment. Equilibrium policies are the outcome of an electoral competition game between endogenous parties. We obtain the following results: (i) The Pigouvian tax never emerges in an equilibrium; (ii) The equilibrium environmental tax is larger when there is a minority of green voters; (iii) Stable green parties exist only if there is a minority of green voters and income polarization is large enough relative to the saliency of the environmental issue. We also study the redistributive policies advocated by green parties.

大学生生态文明素养培育是大学生全面发展的内在需求,是高校思想政治教育的使命.目前大学生生态文明素养存在着目标体系尚未建立、全方位、全过程育人格局尚未形成、生态文明素养培育队伍尚未组成等问题.从"三全育人"视角出发,构建生态文明素养培育目标体系引领的、"主渠道+主阵地+全过程"一体化育人的、以生态文明素养培育队伍建设为保障的大学生生态文明素养培育模式,是对大学生生态文明素养培育的有益探索.     

普通高校体育舞蹈课运用莫斯顿互惠分组模式教学实验研究

通过在普通高校体育课中应用莫斯顿互惠分组模式教学,并且进行了为期一个学期的实验研究。结果表明：莫斯顿互惠分组教学模式有利于开发学生潜力,促进学生更好的掌握运动技能;有利于增强学生学习的积极性,提高学习质量;有利于培养学生的协作精神和观察分析问题的能力。因此,运用莫斯顿互惠分组模式教学对实现普通高校体育课的教学目标有着显著效果,对于实现素质教育有着重要意义。     

国际法庭在跨界水资源争端解决中的作用——以盖巴斯科夫-拉基玛洛项目案为例

随着水资源的日益短缺,跨界水资源纠纷越来越多,国际法庭必将更多地参与其中。评析国际法院在解决斯洛伐克和匈牙利之间盖巴斯科夫-拉基玛洛项目案中的作用,可以发现国际法庭有时不能正确认识和区分法学追求正义之理想同法律应当寻求消除实在争端之间的关系。因此,水道国在解决跨界水资源争端时,需要就是否适合选择国际法庭作为争端解决方式,以及如何选择适用于解决争端的法律作出谨慎而明智的选择。     

复杂技术创新组织的有效性:基于不确定性视角

复杂技术创新是发展中国家进行产业结构升级的一个重要努力方向,也是我国实施自主创新战略的重要方面。高度不确定性是复杂技术创新的主要特征,如何从创新模式及组织形式等方面减少创新过程的不确定性,成为复杂技术创新管理的关键所在。复杂技术创新过程中需要多种知识和技能并且需要创造新知识,创新主体对知识资源的获取成为复杂技术创新不确定性的主要来源。自组织网络能够有效降低这种不确定性,从而促进复杂技术创新。     

On the performances of Nash equilibria in isolation games

We study the performances of Nash equilibria in isolation games, a class of competitive location games recently introduced in Zhao et al. (Proc. of the 19th International Symposium on Algorithms and Computation (ISAAC), pp. 148–159, 2008). For all the cases in which the existence of Nash equilibria has been shown, we give tight or asymptotically tight bounds on the prices of anarchy and stability under the two classical social functions mostly investigated in the scientific literature, namely, the minimum utility per player and the sum of the players’ utilities. Moreover, we prove that the convergence to Nash equilibria is not guaranteed in some of the not yet analyzed cases.
