嘉绒藏族村落社会的宗教文化——以大渡河上游的沈村为例

藏区的宗教文化既独特,又多元。在嘉绒藏族的村落社会中呈现出两种传统宗教,二者并不排斥,村民都接受和认同。从人类学的角度分析,两种宗教同时存在是一种大小传统的关系,它们互为补充,在互动中共存。通过村落社会的微观场景来观察村民的信仰文化,有助于对嘉绒藏族底层社会宗教文化的理解。     

Positive False Discovery Rate Estimate in Step-Wise Variable Selection

Selecting predictors to optimize the outcome prediction is an important statistical method. However, it usually ignores the false positives in the selected predictors. In this article, we advocate a conventional stepwise forward variable selection method based on the predicted residual sum of squares, and develop a positive false discovery rate (pFDR) estimate for the selected predictor subset, and a local pFDR estimate to prioritize the selected predictors. This pFDR estimate takes account of the existence of non null predictors, and is proved to be asymptotically conservative. In addition, we propose two views of a variable selection process: an overall and an individual test. An interesting feature of the overall test is that its power of selecting non null predictors increases with the proportion of non null predictors among all candidate predictors. Data analysis is illustrated with an example, in which genetic and clinical predictors were selected to predict the cholesterol level change after four months of tamoxifen treatment, and pFDR was estimated. Our method's performance is evaluated through statistical simulations.

EPCBC密码算法的FPGA优化实现研究

针对资源约束的智能卡加密需要小面积实现的问题,对EPCBC加密算法从硬件上实现面积优化进行了如下研究:1)相同运算只实现一次,主程序调用32次完成加密;2)对S盒变换和密钥变换使用同一寄存器,从而节省寄存器数量;3)把密文轮操作和密钥更新放在一个模块中。通过FPGA优化结果表明,EPCBC密码算法实现面积大幅度减小,优化率达到56%,同时加密运算性能也没有降低,从而为开发受资源约束的智能卡密码硬件提供可行方案。     

川滇黔交界区域苗、彝、回族际通婚现状调查研究

历史上川滇黔交界区域苗、彝、回、汉等民族之间不通婚的情况在方志中有所记载，现当代的一些调查资料也反映出这一事实。新中国成立以来，随着族际交往日益频繁，当地各民族之间逐渐开始通婚，尤其是改革开放以后，族际通婚现象日益普遍，数量比例呈增长趋势，通婚半径也不断扩大。当地苗族、彝族、回族的族际通婚对象以汉族为主，且存在着民族、地区、性别等差异。从“族内婚”到大规模的“族际婚”，民族政策、外部环境、文化趋同等客观因素发挥了重要作用，而民族心理这一主观因素则起着决定性的作用。     

Extended pairwise local alignment of wild card DNA/RNA sequences using dynamic programming

Optimal string alignment is used to discover evolutionary relationships or mutations in DNA/RNA or protein sequences. Errors, missing parts or uncertainty in such a sequence can be covered with wild cards, so-called wild bases. This makes an alignment possible even when the data are corrupted or incomplete. The extended pairwise local alignment of wild card DNA/RNA sequences requires additional calculations in the dynamic programming algorithm and necessitates a subsequent best- and worst-case analysis for the wild card positions. In this paper, we propose an algorithm which solves the problem of input data wild cards, offers a highly flexible set of parameters and displays a detailed alignment output and a compact representation of the mutated positions of the alignment. 中国协商民主的新进展及对西方经验的超越——北京市朝阳区协商民主实践之分析

国内外进行的诸多协商民主试验在很多方面都取得了非常好的效果,但协商民意测验、公民陪审团、专题小组、大规模的协商大会等西方协商民主实践的主要形式并未超出西方政治学界对协商民主理论的质疑。而发生于中国北京市朝阳区的党政群协商共治体系则在一些关键性问题上回应了学界对协商民主理论和方法的批评与质疑,从某种意义上说,朝阳区的经验展示出了对西方经验的超越,这些超越伴随着中国协商民主的制度化努力与体系性建构。朝阳区的党政群协商共治体系并非组织社会学所谓的在合法性机制作用下对西方协商民主实践形式的模仿,实现其所谓的组织趋同化,而是在中国的党政体制下,受到历史制度主义式的路径依赖机制的作用,将协商机制嵌入党政治理体系之中。这种嵌入并不是走到原有的路径之中,而是在新制度元素嵌入的情况下产生的一条新路径,一种可以称为“治理驱动的民主化”路径。     

Non-parametric estimation of the long-range dependence exponent for Gaussian processes

We consider a class of long-range-dependent Gaussian processes defined in a semiparametric framework. We propose a new estimator of the long-range dependence parameter, based on the integration of the periodogram in two windows. We show that it is asymptotically Gaussian and calculate the rate of convergence. We optimise parameters defining the window function for the minimum mean-square-error criterion. In a Monte-Carlo study, we compare the proposed estimator with previously studied estimators.
