论技术异化的二重性影响

技术是满足人不断增长的需要的手段和方法,属生产力范畴,是促进经济发展的第一生产力.然而,随着科学技术的发展,技术本身成为控制社会和人类的一种异己力量,这种现象叫技术异化.技术异化在现实生活中有很多表现方式,本文从技术的自然属性和社会属性来探讨技术异化的根源.     

基于复杂适应系统的作战理论哲学反思

传统的作战理论与方法已经不能适应像现代信息化战争系统这类充满“活”的个体和变化因素的复杂系统，需要进行理论创新。而复杂适应系统理论是当代系统科学的一个新发展。有望成为创新作战理论的突破口。本文在分析比较作战系统的基础上，认为作战系统实质是复杂的适应系统，作战系统内的作战双方都力图以增强自身的适应性和复杂性，削弱对方的适应性和复杂性取得作战的胜利。     

Refugee Children in Wales: Coping and Adaptation in the Face of Adversity

This article aims to makes a contribution to redressing a methodological and theoretical imbalance in existing research on refugee and asylum‐seeking children. It draws on two qualitative studies from Wales with children and young people. The samples include unaccompanied minors and children living with families as well as both children who are supported in the asylum system and those who have been granted refugee status. The focus on ecological post‐migratory stressors and coping processes that young people identify as being integral to their well‐being and, once granted status, to how they adapt to settlement includes a selective study of some of the sources of resilience referred to in the children's talk. Recognising the interplay between individual and environment leads to a discussion of both personal attributes and collective cultural identities.

广义对角占优矩阵判定条件的改进

给出广义对角占优矩阵的判定条件,改进和包含了文献[1～3]的主要结果,从而也推广了Shivakumar的结果。作为应用,得到了判定非奇M矩阵和几种迭代法新的收敛准则。     

Deconvolution with supersmooth distributions

Nonparametric deconvolution problems require one to recover an unknown density when the data are contaminated with errors. Optimal global rates of convergence are found under the weighted L_p-loss (1 ≤ p ≤ ∞). It appears that the optimal rates of convergence are extremely low for supersmooth error distributions. To resolve this difficulty, we examine how high the noise level can be for deconvolution to be feasible, and for the deconvolution estimate to be as good as the ordinary density estimate. It is shown that if the noise level is not too high, nonparametric Gaussian deconvolution can still be practical. Several simulation studies are also presented.

The Establishment and Application of a Labor Quality Index: The Case of Taiwan’s Manufacturing Industry

The labor quality index (LQI) not only serves as an important reference for monitoring the progress of the sustainable development of a country, but it can also serve as an important parameter for economic analysis. To compile such an index for Taiwan, we conducted two large-scale surveys of 1000 major enterprises and 844 union leaders, respectively, to determine the appropriate weights for each key factor. We also searched for all the relevant statistics that were used to calculate the weighted sum of the 25 sub-indexes, in order to compile a LQI for Taiwan’s manufacturing industries covering the period from 1990-2000. Our calculations show that this LQI rose from 80.2 in 1990 to 117.5 in 2000, which reflected an impressive 37.3% increase in just one decade. This rate of growth has, however, been slowing down since 1997. Our results indicate that the LQI provides a valuable indicator for monitoring the enhancement of labor quality in this society.     

Applying Image Norms Across Super's Career Development Stages

D. E. Super's (1957) theory of career development has long been of interest to careers researchers (M. Savickas, 1994; S. C. Whiston & B. K. Brecheisen, 2002). Its insightful illustration of career stages has made it widely applied by careers practitioners. Image norms may influence the career decisions and developmental tasks inherent in each stage. An image norm is the belief that individuals must present or possess a certain image, consistent with occupational, organizational, or industry standards, in order to achieve career success. Understanding the effects of image norms across D. E. Super's (1957) career stages has important implications for individuals, organizations, and career counseling professionals.     

满族文化资源与发展研究（笔谈）——满族崛起所体现的民族国家发展意义与当代满族文化研究方略

地域文化资源优势与时代社会经济文化发展需求,都决定和期待着全面而深入地进行满族文化研究,并使之与当代经济发展密切结合。尽管此前学界在满族文化研究方面已做出可贵的努力,并积累了丰厚的成果,但从与时俱进的学术要求看,既往的满族文化研究,还大都侧重于建筑阐释、民俗描述、文物保护、文献整理,以及文学史与文学现象研究,而将满族文化与当代社会发展紧密联系、深层次地开掘满族文化政治经济、思想文化、军事外交、文化旅游等方面的价值,并使之为当今社会经济、文化旅游发展提供理论规律、文化支持等方面的研究,尤其是直接为东北老工业基地振兴服务的实用性研究尚极少见。在此学术背景下,本期推出满族文化资源与发展研究笔谈,以期抛砖引玉。本组笔谈特邀辽宁省民族研究所所长张佳生研究员为审稿人。
