浅析全球化时代的国际主义

在全球化的背景下,国际主义已成为国际关系中一个值得重新思考的问题,只有在对国际主义的历史作用进行全面反思,充分认识国际形势的新发展以及全球主义、人道主义等西方思想造成的挑战的基础上,把政治声援的强大道义性、不附加任何条件的无私性和注重增强受援方自立能力的实效性等国际主义精神实质与当前的国际实际结合起来,才能充分发挥国际主义在国际关系中的重要作用。

Effect of Inventory Information Discrepancy in a Drop‐Shipping Supply Chain

This article investigates the impact of information discrepancy between a drop‐shipper and an online retailer on the drop‐shipping supply chain performance. The inventory information misalignment between them contributes to the failure of order fulfillment and demand satisfaction, and hence the associated penalties are incurred. In this article, we first analyze the penalties of ignoring such information discrepancy on both the drop‐shipper and the online retailer. We then assess the impact of information discrepancy on both parties when the drop‐shipper understands the existence of the information discrepancy but is not able to eliminate the errors. The numerical experiments indicate that both parties can have significant amount of the percentage cost reductions if the information discrepancy can be eliminated, and the potential savings are substantial especially when the errors have large variability. Furthermore, we observe that the online retailer is more vulnerable to information discrepancy than the drop‐shipper, and the drop‐shipper is likely to suffer from the online retailer's underestimation of the physical inventory level more than the problem of its overestimation. Moreover, even if eliminating errors is not possible, both parties could still benefit from taking the possibility of errors into consideration in decision making.     

Modal non‐linear regression in the presence of Laplace measurement error

In this paper, we propose a robust estimation procedure for a class of non‐linear regression models when the covariates are contaminated with Laplace measurement error, aiming at constructing an estimation procedure for the regression parameters which are less affected by the possible outliers, and heavy‐tailed underlying distribution, as well as reducing the bias introduced by the measurement error. Starting with the modal regression procedure developed for the measurement error‐free case, a non‐trivial modification is made so that the modified version can effectively correct the potential bias caused by measurement error. Large sample properties of the proposed estimate, such as the convergence rate and the asymptotic normality, are thoroughly investigated. A simulation study and real data application are conducted to illustrate the satisfying finite sample performance of the proposed estimation procedure.

阐述了人性堕落的表现和危害:争夺名利、难得之货是人性堕落最明显的表现,不知足是人性疯狂的反映,求强求壮走向灭亡,强求人、伤害人是人性的缺失,心浮气躁是人性的病态,追求享乐贻害终身,有始无终常败事,好大喜功必无功,暴政、苛政是人性之恶发展的巅峰.分析了人性堕落的根本原因:背离大道,抛弃了清静无为、无私无欲的基本原则.提出了返归人性本初的基本途径:清静无为,修道、悟道、守道,见素抱朴等.论证了老子对人性批判的意义.     

基于单片机的无线遥控小车研究与实现

本文介绍了一种由STC12C5A60S2单片机控制的无线遥控小车,采用控传和图传独立设计的思想,即数据收发模块进行控制和温度数据的传输,图传模块负责作业环境的图像传输.控传部分以STC12C5A60S2单片机为核心,利用NRF24L01+模块数据收发,L298N电机驱动两路直流电机,使小车完成相应动作;DS18B20负责检测温度,由小车收发模块发射,LCD1602液晶模块显示.系统采用模块化设计,结构紧凑,便于优化,且可靠性能高.     

社会控制理论视野下的青少年犯罪预防研究

近年来,随着经济社会的发展,城乡结构的变化,尤其是城市流动人口的膨胀,农村留守儿童的增加,信息传播渠道的多样化和各种思潮的泛滥,极大地影响着青少年思想的成长和行为表达方式的变化,多种因素作用下,我国青少年犯罪呈现新一轮的高发态势,也呈现出一些新的特点。通过对当下青少年犯罪现象、成因和特点的剖析,做好预防青少年犯罪工作是解决问题的关键,为此:应该重视亲职教育,充分发挥家庭教育的功能;尊重和关爱学生,发挥学校教育的中坚力量;多方协作,营造健康良好的社会环境。     

A Rejection Principle for Sequential Tests of Multiple Hypotheses Controlling Familywise Error Rates

We present a unifying approach to multiple testing procedures for sequential (or streaming) data by giving sufficient conditions for a sequential multiple testing procedure to control the familywise error rate (FWER). Together, we call these conditions a ‘rejection principle for sequential tests’, which we then apply to some existing sequential multiple testing procedures to give simplified understanding of their FWER control. Next, the principle is applied to derive two new sequential multiple testing procedures with provable FWER control, one for testing hypotheses in order and another for closed testing. Examples of these new procedures are given by applying them to a chromosome aberration data set and finding the maximum safe dose of a treatment.     

我国资格刑研究及立法建议

资格刑是刑罚种类之一,完善资格刑立法及其适用对于健全刑法体系,预防和惩治犯罪具有巨大的意义。本文通过对我国现行资格刑立法的分析和与外国资格刑立法的比较,提出完善我国资格刑立法的建议。

以现代性历史元叙事作为切入口,可以发现建国后17年经典化批评的历史观具有自反性的宿命以及自身无法突破的悖论.这种尴尬、悖谬的悲剧性历史决定了以现代性、"一体化"、"不断革命"论为特征的文学批评必然走向崩溃的命运.
