清代三山五园地区的买卖街

清朝时期,清帝陆续在三山五园地区修建皇家园林,到乾隆时期发展到了鼎盛阶段。为了满足帝后和皇室人员的好奇心、游赏玩乐需要,以及王公大臣的生活需要;同时,也为下层随侍人员提供了必要的物质补充和精神慰藉,清帝在三山五园中设立民间市肆——买卖街。从园林艺术角度看,买卖街的设立也是园林造景的需要。买卖街的建筑风格,既有仿照江南苏州市肆格局的苏州街,又有典型的北方市肆风格的买卖街,集中体现了当时北方文化与南方文化相互融合的皇家园林风格。      

境内外人民币汇率影响研究——基于香港离岸市场双重功能分析的视角

利用2014年8月1日-2015年4月17日的人民币即期汇率和香港离岸汇率数据,基于VAR模型,研究了香港离岸市场对境内外人民币汇率影响的方向及其经济后果.研究发现,在样本期间内,人民币离岸汇率贬值而在岸即期汇率却在升值;离岸汇率波动幅度显著大于在岸即期汇率.汇率的影响方向为离岸市场向在岸市场传递.研究结论对于评估离岸市场对人民币汇率的影响,防范人民币国际化对境内经济冲击风险以及加强离岸市场监管具有重要启示.     

Collective versus Individual Effects in Survival Analysis of Multiple Failures

In survival analysis, we sometimes encounter data with multiple censored outcomes. Under certain scenarios, partial or even all covariates have ‘similar’ relative risks on the multiple outcomes in the Cox regression analysis. The similarity in covariate effects can be quantified using the proportionality of regression coefficients. Identifying the proportionality structure, or equivalently whether covariates have individual or collective effects, may have important scientific implications. In addition, it can lead to a smaller set of unknown parameters, which in turn results in more accurate estimation. In this article, we develop a novel approach for identifying the proportionality structure. Simulation shows the satisfactory performance of the proposed approach and its advantage over estimation under no assumed structure. We analyse three datasets to demonstrate the practical application of the proposed approach.     

土地股份合作社内部能形成利益联结机制吗？

土地股份合作社在促进资本与农地结合,实现小农户与现代农业衔接上具有独特优势。通过对普通社员与核心社员在土地股份合作社不同发展阶段的可选策略的讨论,分析合作社不同发展阶段利益联结机制的特征,并对黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市克山县仁发合作社的利益联结机制进行案例研究后提出:土地股份合作社坚持“退社自由”原则有利于保护普通社员的基本权益,但不利于在合作社内部形成“风险共担”机制,要在保证普通社员基本权益的同时建立“利益共享、风险共担”的利益联结机制,应该充分利用计提公积金这一手段,不允许社员退社时退回公积金或许是有利于土地股份合作社内部形成“风险共担”机制的一个可尝试的方法。     

我国中西部机场特征分析及其竞争力评价研究

首先对我国中西部机场的现状及其在未来发展建设中的优势进行了深入分析,并在此基础上提出了机场竞争力评价指标体系。其次,采用层次分析法和熵值法的组合赋权方法确定评价指标权重,并采用可拓学中的物元模型建立了机场竞争力评价模型,提出了一套科学合理、切实可行的机场竞争力评价方法。最后,以内蒙古机场集团7家机场为例进行了实证研究。     

中国新诗发生与现代媒体

现代性存在于历史的时空里并且作为一个历史的过程演进着。文学的现代性研究差不多已成为时髦而老调的话题,其缺失之一在于研究的空泛无着。中国文学由古典型态转化为现代型态,或者说中国文学现代文体的发生,原本是多种合力共同作用的结果。文体的现代性是文学现代性重要的可感存在。媒体,作为一个较为具体的视窗,由此可观览中国现代文体发生的图景。中国现代文体的发生不仅提供了物化的条件,而且由于媒体生态关联性的影响,使得基于媒体的文体在形态与精神等方面,生成了异于过往的诸多质性。媒体对于中国现代文体发生的意义颇多。通过媒体这一视角,解析诗歌、散文、小说、戏剧四种文体,无疑是研究中国文学现代转型的具体路径和方法。     

霍华德政府时期澳大利亚移民人口结构变化及其社会影响——多元文化主义的视角

作为一个拥有悠久移民历史的国家,移民问题贯穿在澳大利亚历史上的每一个篇章中,而霍华德政府时期的移民人口结构则奠定了当代澳大利亚移民人口结构的基本形态,因此研究霍华德政府时期的移民人口结构更有助于认识当代澳大利亚社会。本文从回顾澳大利亚的移民历史着手,分别从移民的类别与年龄、来源国、性别结构、地区分布、受教育水平与英语水平这五方面来研究霍华德政府时期移民人口结构的特点,探寻移民人口结构变化对澳大利亚社会产生的诸多影响。     

The changing landscape of public service delivery systems for disabled people in China: a Shanghai case study

This article will consider the current development of an emerging contract culture for the delivery of social services and its impact on disabled people in China. The discussion is based on an original qualitative study in Shanghai. The past 30 years have seen dramatic changes in China, which in parts have led to improvements in the lives of disabled people. The China Disabled Persons’ Federation (CDPF) became a key player in delivering these changes with the government. However, the CDPF is being criticized by disabled people for being too bureaucratic and not being effective enough in its delivery of services. One of its responses is to work with newly emerging not-for-profit organizations (NPOs) of and for disabled people. The CDPF has now begun to contract the delivery of some services to such NPOs. It is hoped that this may improve their effectiveness but the development of a contract culture in the delivery of services for disabled people may also be seen to pose a threat.     

Risk and diversification of nonprofit revenue portfolios: Applying modern portfolio theory to nonprofit revenue management

This study uses modern portfolio theory (MPT) to estimate the risk of nonprofit revenue portfolios and examines to what degree the revenue concentration measure based on Herfindahl–Hirschman Index is associated with the portfolio risk measure based on MPT. The findings suggest that nonprofits with greater revenue concentration have lower revenue portfolio risk in the whole sample analysis. However, it is plausible that this result is dominated by organizations reliant on commercial income, which comprise over half of the sample. In fact, when examined separately, the relationship varies by an organization's primary funding structure. While higher revenue concentration is positively associated with portfolio risk for organizations relying on donations or those without a consistent primary funding source, it appears to associate with a lower portfolio risk for commercial organizations and those relying on government grants. This study reflects on the concept of diversification derived from portfolio theory and calls attention to a more nuanced approach to nonprofit revenue strategy.
