生鲜产品供应链最优化决策综述与拓展建议

生鲜产品具有强时效、低残值、高随机的特点。为综合了解生鲜产品企业的优化决策及其供应链的契约协调,采用文献归纳法,综述生鲜产品的易逝性刻画方法、生鲜企业的优化决策模型、以及渠道契约协调机制,并分析进一步可以拓展的研究方向。拓展建议有三点,一是将市场或消费者因素纳入变质率函数;二是寻找全链保鲜投入和终端货架服务与成本效益的均衡点:三是设计兼具收益共享和成本分担功能的契约机制。     

交通基础设施对城镇建设用地效益的影响——基于京津冀城市群的空间杜宾模型分析CSSCI

交通基础设施对区域产业和经济发展有重要影响,同时也可能带来跨区域的影响,即对经济增长的影响存在溢出效应。本文以京津冀城市群为研究对象,以交通基础设施和城镇建设用地效益为主要研究变量,在理论分析的基础上,利用空间杜宾模型对两者的影响关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明:(1)交通基础设施对城镇建设用地效益的影响随交通基础设施的发展水平而变化,呈现“倒U型”的变化关系;(2)交通基础设施对城镇建设用地效益的影响存在显著的空间溢出效应;(3)京津冀城市群交通基础设施的溢出效应在城市群的不同发展阶段和不同发展水平的城市中存在异质性,2014年以前表现为正向的溢出效应,而2014年后表现为负向的溢出效应,同时,北京和天津溢出效应的影响较大,而河北的溢出效应较小。     

举证、证明、提证辨

刑事诉讼证明论中,涉及举证、证明、提证等概念。由于对这些概念的理解不同,难以取得较一致的认识。举证,重点在举,提出、拿出;证明是证实、查明,侧重于结论;提证是收集、调取及审查核对．司法机关、当事人及其他诉讼参与人在不同诉讼环节上,在这些不同的方面职权、职责、权利、义务是不同的．简言之,可用“谁主张,谁举证”,“谁结论,谁证明”,“谁审查,谁提证”的公式来概括。明确这些概念及其区别,对于深入研究刑事诉讼证明论是必要的,对完善我国刑事诉讼结构也是有益的。     

用XPS和AES研究MoS_4~(2-)在钢铁表面的配位化学反应

本文研究MoS_4~(2-)在钢铁表面发生配位化学反应所形成的具有装饰效果的多种彩色Mo-S-Fe表面簇合物膜。FI-IR、F-IR、FT-Raman、XPS和AES分析表明,簇合物膜由Fe、Mo、S、O元素组成,在膜表面铁以Fe(Ⅲ)、钼以Mo(Ⅵ)状态存在,而在膜内层以Fe(Ⅱ)、Mo(Ⅳ)和Mo(Ⅵ)共存,S和O都呈-2介,膜表面含少量 4、 6价硫。从AES深度分布曲线的组成恒定区求得了各组元素的相对原子百分浓度和膜层厚度,反应时间越长,膜越厚,膜为多分层子结构。加热后膜层所含元素种类及价态不变,但其元素分布有所改变。     

Going to Pieces: Paul Monette and the Fragments of the Tribe

Author of the highly acclaimed Borrowed Time: An AIDS Memoir (1988) and winner of the 1992 National Book Award for his autobiography Becoming a Man: Half a Life Story, Paul Monette died of complications from AIDS in Los Angeles on February 12, 1995. His most recent work, Last Watch of the Night: Essays Too Personal and Otherwise (1994), is his third volume in a trilogy of autobiographical writing on growing up gay, coming-out, and living with AIDS. A graduate of Phillips Academy and Yale University, Monette received a number of awards for his writing and his work as an outspoken voice in the battle against AIDS, including the National Book Award, three Lambda Literary awards, the PEN Center West Freedom to Write Award, and three honorary doctorate degrees, from Wesleyan University, the City University of New York, and the State University of New York at Oswego. A memorial service was held for Monette on Sunday, February 19, 1995, at the Directors Guild of America on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles. Paul Monette was 49.

文章针对企业知识管理状况的综合评价问题,根据当前知识管理研究的焦点对反映企业知识管理状况的指标进行了分类,形成了一个系统化的知识管理综合评价指标体系,在此基础上建立了企业知识管理的模糊综合评价模型,并利用模型对中国石油集团某测井公司的知识管理进行了定量分析与综合评价.     

Sensitivity of the Optimum to Perturbations of the Profit or Weight of an Item in the Binary Knapsack Problem

In the binary single constraint Knapsack Problem, denoted KP, we are given a knapsack of fixed capacity c and a set of n items. Each item j, j = 1,...,n, has an associated size or weight w_j and a profit p_j. The goal is to determine whether or not item j, j = 1,...,n, should be included in the knapsack. The objective is to maximize the total profit without exceeding the capacity c of the knapsack. In this paper, we study the sensitivity of the optimum of the KP to perturbations of either the profit or the weight of an item. We give approximate and exact interval limits for both cases (profit and weight) and propose several polynomial time algorithms able to reach these interval limits. The performance of the proposed algorithms are evaluated on a large number of problem instances.
