Bargaining and cooperation in strategic form games with suspended realizations of threats

The Hart-and-Mas-Colell bargaining model (Hart and Mas-Colell in J Eur Econ Assoc 8:7–33, 2010), which is based on strategic form games, is a very promising model possessing many beautiful features. Nevertheless, it is not flawless: threats used in this model may behave quite counter-intuitive, and the expected payoffs may not be consistent with the min-max solution in two-person-zero-sum games. If we postpone realizations of all threats to the end of the game, the two problems can be solved simultaneously. This is exactly the 2(a) model suggested by Hart and Mas-Colell in the last section of their paper. I prove that the new model can guarantee the existence of an SP equilibrium in the two player case. For the three-or-more-player case, unfortunately, it is shown through a counter-example that SP equilibrium may not exist.

通过对阜阳汉简《诗经》的整治及抄写情形的研究,可以推断阜阳汉简《诗经》当为抄写本,其篇次也很可能与今传本有异;结合阜阳汉简《诗经》及其他涉《诗》材料,可以断定汉初有完整的《诗》本存世,其时应当并不存在一种在字形上具有定本意义的《诗经》文本;从字形上看,汉代《诗经》流传呈现出一种民间与官方、分化与统一并行的双轨制状态.

值《中华人民共和国旅游法》颁布之际,作者针对旅游法课程教学改革提出了若干见解。作者认为旅游法课程教学应专注旅游法规部分,建议摈弃政策部分的教学内容;依据颁布的《中华人民共和国旅游法》及时更新课程内容;实行“总＋分”的教学框架;结合旅游行业的运作模式组织教学内容;秉持行业熟知与消费维权的教学目标;实施“专题＋案例”的讲授方式。

土地财政从表象看是一个财政问题,但通过从土地相关制度变迁的角度来切入分析表明:土地相关的制度供给与制度目标的矛盾是土地财政产生的内在原因.土地财政为工业化、城市化的推进提供了财政支持,有一定积极意义.但它的核心问题在于耕地资源流失、城市化质量低、地方政府角色错位及收入不可持续并蕴含了极大的财政金融风险.土地财政转型是一个长期的过程,需要以土地制度的改革为首,以相关的财税政策为匹配,使地方政府以可持续的“以地生财”机制促进经济社会发展.     

Changes of Electoral Politics under the Growing Wealth Gap in East Asia since the Global Financial Crisis: South Korea and China’s Taiwan in Comparison

Abstract

The economic recession caused by the global financial crisis of 2008 affected political change across the world in different ways. Economic and social problems turned into political crises in North Africa. In Europe and America, dissatisfaction over such problems caused social unrest but did not imperil the political order. In East Asia, where competitive party politics have just emerged, the financial crisis sparked a correlative political and economic reaction model involving economic recession—growing wealth gap—public policy transition in electoral politics. Major electoral campaigns over the past five years in China’s Taiwan, the Republic of Korea and other economies in East Asia indicate that prioritizing economic growth and equitable distribution are emerging to be common core issues in different parties’ electoral competition despite remnant historical questions and highly politicized issues. The new electoral politics based on public policy competition has gained greater space for development against the background of an economic recession and a growing wealth gap, and is exerting a profound influence on the political and economic development process in East Asia.

Newsvendor Pricing Problem in a Two‐Sided Market

We study the pricing problem of a “platform” intermediary to jointly determine the selling price of the platforms (hardware) sold to consumers and the royalty charged to content developers for content (software), when the demands for content and for platforms are interdependent. Our model elucidates the impact of supply chain replenishment costs and demand uncertainty on the strategic issues of platform pricing in a two‐sided market.     

基于关键信息的非常规突发事件预警模型研究

本文以"基于关键信息的非常规突发事件预警模型研究"为题,以关键信息为出发点,考虑到非常规突发事件发展演化路径的非线性、信息的不完整性、无规律性以及指标设计难以量化等特点,通过文献的梳理与实际调研,设计出科学的预警指标体系,并综合运用基于DEMATEL的多层次模糊综合评价法与态势分析法,提出针对突发事件的定性定量的综合型预警模型,对非常规突发事件进行预警具有一定的指导意义。
