中国高速公路产业发展中管理体制探析

改革开放以来.各地高速公路管理部门根据自己的实际情况,采取了不同的运营管理体制,取得了较好的效果,对高速公路起步阶段的发展起到了至关重要的促进和保障作用.本文就当前我国高速公路的运营管理体制的运行模式进行分析,找出适合我国高速公路发展的运行模式     

团队认知多样性:和团队沟通对团队创造力的影响研究

目的/意义在科技创新的时代背景下,科技创业逐渐成为创业活动的主流。科技型创业团队相比于一般团队而言处于更加多变和复杂的环境之中,其团队异质性会对创新绩效产生何种影响仍有待检验。设计/方法基于高层管理团队理论,以192个科技型创业团队为数据来源,检验科技型创业团队异质性对其创新绩效的影响。结论/发现研究发现：科技型创业团队的性别异质性、年龄异质性、产业异质性、职能异质性对创新绩效有显著正向影响;团队规模正向调节了性别异质性、年龄异质性对创新绩效的积极作用;团队沟通正向调节了产业经验、职能异质性对创新绩效的积极作用。研究丰富了科技型创业团队的相关研究,具有一定理论和实践意义。     

Gender differences in inappropriate use of urinary catheters among hospitalized older patients

This study investigated the incidence, rationales, and associated factors of inappropriate urinary catheter use among hospitalized older patients by gender. A longitudinal study of 321 patients with urinary catheter was conducted. Demographic factors, present health factors, urinary catheter factors, and indications of catheter use were collected. A total of 53.7% of urinary catheter-days were inappropriate. For both men and women, there was no significant difference in the incidence and common rationales of inappropriate use. Women, however, have another associated factor with inappropriate use. More tailored alternatives are needed for women to increase comfort to avoid inappropriate catheter use.

Born Without a Silver Spoon: Race,Wealth, and Unintended Childbearing

The United States has a surprisingly high rate of unintended fertility, particularly among women of color. Although studies have examined socioeconomic correlates of unintended fertility, the role of economic resources remains unclear. Wealth may provide an important context for whether a birth was intended or unintended. Moreover, staggering racial wealth disparities may contribute to racial/ethnic patterns of unintended childbearing. This study examines the linkages between wealth and unintended first births, drawing on data from the NLSY79 (N?=?1508). Results suggest that net wealth is negatively related to the probability of having an unintended first birth, controlling for a host of sociodemographic characteristics. We also use decomposition analysis to quantify wealth’s contribution to racial/ethnic disparities in unintended childbearing. Second only to marital status, differences in net wealth account for 9–17% of racial/ethnic disparities in unintended childbearing. Our results suggest that wealth is a significant and heretofore overlooked correlate of unintended childbearing.     

Language Acculturation,Acculturation‐Related Stress,and Marital Quality in Chinese American Couples

The current study examines the longitudinal indirect pathways linking language acculturation to marital quality. Three waves of data were collected from 416 Chinese American couples for 8 years (M_age.wave1 = 48 for husbands, 44 for wives). Actor–partner interdependence model analyses revealed that for both husbands and wives, lower levels of language acculturation were associated with higher levels of stress over being stereotyped as a perpetual foreigner. Individuals' foreigner stress, in turn, was directly related to greater levels of their own and their partners' marital warmth, suggesting that foreigner stress may have some positive relational effects. However, individuals' foreigner stress also was associated with increases in their own depressive symptoms, which predicted higher levels of marital hostility in the partner. Overall, these results underscore the complexity of how language acculturation and foreigner stress relate to marital quality and the importance of considering the interdependence of the marital system.

《离骚》关于人物语言描写的文学物象组合

从文学物象考察,《离骚》第33-45章属于以大段人物心理描写为主的诗歌文本类型,该类型是在传统“赋”与“比兴”基础上脱胎换骨产生的,是对传统诗歌“比兴”加“赋”的文本类型的重大突破。该类型也是中国古代诗歌文本类型之一。     

论典型人物及其塑造

典型人物的塑造是文学创作领域内的一个重要课题,也是理论研究的重要对象。通过对词源的追溯,我们不难发现“典型”这一概念从开始就寓有某种普遍力量。典型人物的塑造要结合社会历史环境、展开性格的内部矛盾、通过感性形象展示意蕴。典型与类型这两个概念在核心意义上是有极大差别的。在新的社会文化语境中,变态人物、变脸人物、变形人物是典型人物塑造的重要方式。

马克思主义哲学课程,知识深奥,思维抽象,道理难懂不好学。针对这一客观现实,笔者就哲学课从章节起始阶段入手,对运用复习、提问、寓言、故事和比喻等一些生动直观的教学方法进行了有益的尝试和探讨,收到了很好的教育教学效果。
