同乡网络的分化、排斥与整合——以曲士文暴动为视角

晚清山东发生以曲士文为首的抗捐运动,围绕朝廷和山东地方当局对此采取武力镇压的措施,处于社会中上层的旅京鲁籍人员迅速响应,表现出两种不同的处理态度:一种为同情和支持这场运动,为反对朝廷和地方的镇压而积极行动,并得到其他省份鲁籍同乡的支持,展现出前所未有的、强大的凝聚力,使得山东同乡网络更富有韧性和张力;一种为鼓动朝廷和山东地方当局,力主对这场民变剿办。由此,旅京山东人因为部分同乡的言行根本异于共同立场而导致同乡网络发生分化、排斥。这种凝聚与分化、排斥并行的格局,使得同乡网络处于动态的整合过程之中。     

A Conditional Approach for Regression Analysis of Longitudinal Data with Informative Observation Time and Non-negligible Observation Duration

Recently, there has been a great interest in the analysis of longitudinal data in which the observation process is related to the longitudinal process. In literature, the observation process was commonly regarded as a recurrent event process. Sometimes some observation duration may occur and this process is referred to as a recurrent episode process. The medical cost related to hospitalization is an example. We propose a conditional modeling approach that takes into account both informative observation process and observation duration. We conducted simulation studies to assess the performance of the method and applied it to a dataset of medical costs.

相对于贪污、受贿等传统型腐败犯罪, 挪用公款罪不是常态性罪名, 而是针对社 会转型刑法应对的成果。该罪的立法、司法过程中存在着诸多纠结, 这使得判例参考 的价值凸显。最高人民法院十分重视对该罪判例的公布, 这为现实裁决提供了指导和 参考作用。最近10年所公布挪用公款罪判例折射出司法的重心是: 注重主体身份的实 质公务性、从形式合理性理解“归个人使用”、慎重解释“公款”的内涵。判例公布 在有利于同案同判的同时, 也成为促进理论与实践的助推器。

Compared with the traditional offenses of embezzlement, bribe-taking and so on, the misappropriation of public funds is not a routine charge but a result of the response of criminal law to social transition. The fact that a number of difficulties have arisen in legislative and judicial procedures relating to this offense makes the value of case reference material significant. The Supreme People’s Court of China attaches great importance to the publication of cases of misappropriation of public funds, which offer guidance and reference for real-life adjudication. Cases publicized in the last decade reflect a judicial emphasis—they focus on the official nature of the duties performed by the subject, on understanding “for individual use” from the viewpoint of formal rationality and on a cautious interpretation of the connotations of “public funds.” Publicizing such cases facilitates reaching the same verdict in similar cases and at the same time acts as a catalyst for the advancement of theory and practice.     

论郑珍对程恩泽的继承与超越

郑珍在治学方面继承了程恩泽重训诂、重"礼"、重史地之学的倾向,并在程恩泽汉宋兼采的基础上明确提出融合汉宋的治学方法。在诗学主张方面,郑珍不仅继承了程恩泽重学问以及推尊韩愈、黄庭坚的倾向,而且强调养气、化古,强调诗品与人品合一,深化了程恩泽的宋诗学主张。程恩泽的诗学主张影响虽深远,但自身创作成就不高,而郑珍的诗作以"真性情"为本,融多家之长,终成一家面目,是对程恩泽的极大超越。     

理论文本转型与文论核心概念的意涵迁移——关于当代文学理论演变方式的反思

新世纪以来当代文学理论发展进入一个活跃的概念反思和体系重建时期.文学理论文本在建国后经历了前苏联文论、本土传统文论与西方现代文论的碰撞、融会,理论文本的转型在不同历史阶段存在不同的范型构建,文学理论的核心概念阐释在不同时期、不同著者那里呈现选择上的差异."文学是什么?""政治的意义何在?"对于这些马克思主义文学理论必须直面的理论话题,解答的过程和结语本身构成理论文本的思想文化背景;文论核心概念的意涵迁移,显示着当代文学理论自身的历史性演变进程.     

Testing non-nested log-linear models with pseudo estimator

As the number of random variables for the categorical data increases, the possible number of log-linear models which can be fitted to the data increases rapidly, so that various model selection methods are developed. However, we often found that some models chosen by different selection criteria do not coincide. In this paper, we propose a comparison method to test the final models which are non-nested. The statistic of Cox (1961, 1962) is applied to log-linear models for testing non-nested models, and the Kullback-Leibler measure of closeness (Pesaran 1987) is explored. In log-linear models, pseudo estimators for the expectation and the variance of Cox's statistic are not only derived but also shown to be consistent estimators.     

"新教改"与公共教育资源配置:问题与对策

由教育资源配置不当导致的教育不公平已经成为制约社会经济发展的亟待解决的问题之一.教育资源配置失当的根源在于转型期效率和管理至上的教育行政化、官僚化的管理体制."新教改"的当务之急,是切实转变政府职能,废除教育领域的行政化、官僚化,赋予各级学校办学的自主权；同时还要改革公共财政对教育的投入机制,在高等教育与基础教育领域实行分层分类的办学模式,不断优化教育资源配置.其具体措施包括：名牌学校主要采取自主招考、自主收费等市场化的方式筹资办学,鼓励和促进民间办学；而国家财政则重点投向一般性大中小学、边远贫困地区的学校.至于高等职业教育,则可以采行政府、市场与社会多元投资,以培养适应社会经济发展需要的实用型专业人才.     

控股股东掏空动机与多元化的盈余波动效应

多元化经营是公司关注的重大发展问题,因此,多元化经营的动机及其经济后果也成为学者们研究的重点话题。本文从我国上市公司的多元化经营与盈余波动性之间的关系入手对这一问题进行研究,具体分析了公司多元化经营的程度对盈余波动性的影响及控股股东的掏空动机对多元化盈余波动效应的作用。研究发现,我国上市公司的多元化经营显著降低了公司的盈余波动性,多元化程度越高,盈余的波动性越低;但由控股股东代理问题而形成的掏空动机损害了多元化的盈余波动效应。本文的研究为多元化的经济后果增添了新的文献,同时也为上市公司监管提供了参考依据。     

既有铁路钢桁梁桥运营性能的检测与评价

阐述既有铁路桥梁评价的内容和标准，针对评价标准提出了相应的检测方法。在朔黄铁路64 m栓焊下承式钢桁梁双线铁路桥的应用实践证明，该评价标准和检测方法对既有铁路钢桁梁桥运营性能的评价是合理的。     

A class of mean residual life regression models with censored survival data

When describing a failure time distribution, the mean residual life is sometimes preferred to the survival or hazard rate. Regression analysis making use of the mean residual life function has recently drawn a great deal of attention. In this paper, a class of mean residual life regression models are proposed for censored data, and estimation procedures and a goodness-of-fit test are developed. Both asymptotic and finite sample properties of the proposed estimators are established, and the proposed methods are applied to a cancer data set from a clinic trial.
