“以客户资产为中心”建立的是一种新的思维方式和能力,要求基金管理人从客户的角度出发审慎地看待基金产品管理。这就要求基金管理人重视对客户满意度等非财务指标的研究,加强对驱动因素的定量和定性分析和研究,并把客户流失率作为一项重要的考核指标,将管理客户流失作为不断提高服务质量和价值的一个手段。因此,需要对基金管理人受托义务的原则和适用标准提出更高的要求。

集体记忆与民族认同——以新疆青河县哈萨克族克烈部分支阿巴克克烈部落为例

基于集体记忆所形成的共同祖先观念是强化民族认同的重要因素之一,它象征着族群社会结构的永久连续性。通过共同祖先意识把民族不同支派成员连接在一起,促使成员对本民族产生归属感和凝聚感,并借此不断强化民族认同,使其社会得以延续。本文以新疆青河县哈萨克族阿巴克克烈部落成员的集体记忆为例,结合相关文史资料,从共同祖先追溯、氏族部落社会组织传承记忆等视角探讨了哈萨克族基于集体记忆的社会延续与民族认同之关系。     

章太炎“新四书”的建构及其晚年的国学观

章太炎晚年提出以《孝经》《大学》《儒行》《丧服》组成“新四书”,作为“十三经”之总持、国学之统宗。“新四书”体系的建构,意味着打破程朱理学的“四书”体系,回归于原始儒学,并对阳明心学有部分认同。之所以反对程朱的“四书”,是因为《中庸》《论语》《孟子》三书包含了“性天”之类“超人格”言论,与西学影响下现代哲学、史学、科学相近,而与原始儒学的“修己治人之道”有所不符,故而必须被取代。章太炎作为20世纪文化保守主义和国粹派的代表,他的新“四书”体系及其晚年的国学观,对于当下重新思考儒学或国学的承继仍有其参考意义。     

Gambling Among Prison Inmates: Patterns and Implications

There is an absence of research on gambling among prison inmates during their incarceration. Little is known about how prisoners organize gambling activities or the potential risks they face from gambling. Similarly, no empirical attention has been given to how correctional institutions respond to inmate gambling. This study employed interviews with 55 male prisoners and self-administered surveys with 159 correctional officers and staff, at two medium security prisons in Ohio. Data were gathered on prevalence and patterns of inmate gambling, perceived hazards of gambling, and perceived institutional responses to prisoner gambling. Findings suggest that inmate gambling is common and constitutes an important feature of the underground economy of prisons, yet little is done to deter or prevent this activity. Suggestions are made for more effective institutional responses.     

Impact of physical activity on activity of daily living in moderate to severe dementia: a critical review

The objectives of this study were to describe the different modalities of physical activity programs designed for moderate to severe dementia and to identify their impact on functional independence in activities of daily living (ADL). A critical review of randomized controlled trials related to the impact of physical activity programs in moderately to severely demented persons on ADL performance and meta-analysis of the identified studies were performed. Among the 303 identified articles, five responded to the selection criteria. Four out of the five studies demonstrated limited methodological quality. In one high-quality study, physical activity programs significantly delayed deterioration of ADL performance. The program components and ADL assessment tools vary widely across studies. Although the proposed treatments have not proven their efficiency in improving the ADL status of the patients, they were able to limit the decline in ADL functioning. Future research is warranted in order to identify clinically relevant modalities for physical activity programs for people with moderate to severe dementia.
