宅基地使用权流转模式构建——以城乡结合部农村地区为例

宅基地使用权流转势在必行,城乡结合部农村地区更为典型。考察实践中宅基地使用现状及存在的问题,并进行立法方面的分析;宅基地使用权改革应坚持公平与效率并重的价值取向;论述建立宅基地使用权流转制度的合理性和前提条件;提出并阐述宅基地使用权流转的具体模式。     

《民族学刊》2014~2018年影响因子比较分析——基于《中国学术期刊影响因子年报（人文社会科学）》数据

《民族学刊》于2010年6月创刊,相继入选“复印报刊资料重要转载来源期刊”“北大核心期刊”“人文社科核心期刊”和“CSSCI来源期刊”,表明了《民族学刊》在学界和期刊界的学术影响,其期刊的影响因子值得研究和探讨。本文基于《中国学术期刊影响因子年报（人文社会科学）》公布的影响因子、各类计量指标和人文社科类影响因子、被引频次及可被引文献量等数据,对《民族学刊》的相应数据与C95民族学类期刊在期刊影响力指数、影响因子均值及量效指数均值、各类计量指标均值和人文社科类影响因子、被引频次及可被引文献量均值等方面进行统计对比,分析《民族学刊》2014~2018年五年间的影响因子数据在民族学类期刊位置及其学术影响。     

Survival and integration: Kachin social networks and refugee management regimes in Kuala Lumpur and Los Angeles

How do refugees establish social networks and mobilise social capital in different contexts throughout a multi-stage migration process? Migrant social network literature explains how migrants accumulate social capital and mobilise resources in and between origin and destination but provides limited answers regarding how these processes unfold during refugee migrations involving protracted stays in intermediate locations and direct interaction with state agents. Drawing from ethnographic fieldwork with Kachin refugees in Kuala Lumpur and Los Angeles, I address these gaps by comparing refugee social networks in two sites of a migration process. Distinguishing between networks of survival and networks of integration, I argue that differences in their form and functions stem from their interactions with local refugee management regimes, which are shaped by broader state regulatory contexts. In both locations, these networks and regimes feed off each other to manage the refugee migration process, with key roles played by hybrid institutions rooted in grassroots adaptation efforts yet linked to formal resettlement mechanisms. Considering the refugee migration process as a whole, I show that Kachin refugees demonstrate their possession of social capital gained during the informal social process of migration to advance through institutionalised political processes of resettlement in each context.     

从文化语境顺应看外来词翻译中汉语字词的选择

以当代汉语中出现的常用英源外来词为对象,探讨了文化语境顺应在外来词翻译中对汉语字词选择的作用,研究发现外来词翻译的成功与否很大程度上取决于其是否顺应中国文化语境,其中中华民族文化心理、思维方式以及汉字文化意义双层因素对外来词翻译中汉字词的选择有着重要的作用。     

试从课堂提问探究大学英语课堂中的“平等交际”

调查分析苏州某一院校的两位英语教师的课堂提问模式,从提问的类型、提问后的等候时间、反馈形式以及回答问题的方式总结归纳了两位教师的课堂提问情况,提出了大学英语课堂中四种有利于师生“平等交际”的途径。     

辽宁医学院人才外流的原因及对策

了解影响人才外流的主要因素,为学校人才管理提供科学依据。方法：采取整群抽样的方法,抽取辽宁医学院1987～2008年外流人员65名,2004～2008年引进的具有全日制本科起点硕士以上学历人员和符合此条件的基础学院120名教师;采用自行设计的原始资料回顾调查表和人才流动原因调查问卷的方式,对外流人员基本状况及影响人才流动的原因进行调查。结果：辽宁医学院人才流动特点为职称高、学历高、年龄低;影响人才流动的主要因素是福利待遇、科研环境、工作环境。结论：要改变人才外流状况,学校需采取有效措施,制定相关政策为人才发展提供良好的科研和工作环境。     

对我国两个著名的数理逻辑系统的评析——为建构我国的数理辩证逻辑系统献言

从"数理辩证逻辑的对象问题"、"数理辩证逻辑与经典数理逻辑的关系问题"、"数理辩证逻辑的常项问题"三个方面来评析,赵总宽教授的<数理辩证逻辑导论>一书建构的逻辑系统更宜称为非经典逻辑中的扩展逻辑.以桂起权教授等著的<次协调逻辑与人工智能>一书为样本,对次(弗)协调逻辑系统进行评析的结果表明,该系统的根本缺陷在于混淆了"逻辑矛盾"、"谈判矛盾"、"辩证矛盾"三个不同的概念,从而对不矛盾律、司脱克规则的否定也是不当的.     

A transnational networked public sphere of air pollution: analysis of a Twitter network of PM2.5 from the risk society perspective

ABSTRACT

Drawing on digitaltrace data, publicly accessible government documents, and journalistic reports, this research integrates Beck’s risk society theory with digital media theories to examine the mediated process of risk definition and assessment of PM2.5 (particulate matters with a diameter less than 2.5 micrometers) in a networked public sphere. Network and content analysis of a PM2.5 Twitter network shows that political and professional elite remained the most powerful producers of risk definition. Established media played a key role, yet faced challenges from a variety of actors who disseminated and filtered information. Laypersons, while peripheral, actively interacted with elite and established media. The blurring geographic boundary in the PM2.5 Twitter network revealed an emerging transnational public sphere, which, however, was segregated by language. This research advances a layered understanding of the contingent, paradoxical media impact for social changes in a risk society.
