高校中层管理者的素质要求及知识构架思考

创新是现代大学可持续发展的不竭动力。大学管理人员的素质决定着高校的未来。提高大学管理人员的素质,尤其是中层管理人员的素质刻不容缓。高校中层管理者应充分领悟学校的办学理念和高校精神,增强责任感和使命感;坚持终身学习,掌握必要的管理知识,提高管理能力和管理技巧,具有团队精神,善于与人沟通,提高协调和沟通能力,在实践中勇于开拓创新。     

试述高校基建如何推行监理制度

随着我国教育事业的发展 ,高校管理体制的改革和国家建设体制改革的深入 ,高校基本建设管理体制和运行机制表现出明显的不适应 ,高校后勤改革社会化和国家推行社会监理已为高校基本建设管理体制改革明确了方向 ,即推行社会监理制度。     

人文素质教育所涉及的若干理论问题辨析——兼论素质与文化素质教育

“素质”对应着根本的、稳定的、普遍的行为方式、作用方式。素质教育的实质是养成某种根本的、稳定的、普遍的行为方式。“文化”、“文明”的核心意义是“有所讲究” ,主要是讲究行为规范、行为方式。文化素质教育就是养成讲究相应的行为规范的能力与习惯。狭义的“人文”就是讲究做人、讲究人之为人的规范。人文素质教育就是使受教育者惯于并善于讲究相应的超越性思考。上述教育所涉及的价值判断、价值取向大体上都可以从“自身的完善程度” ,“相应角色的要求” ,以及“所可能产生的影响”三个角度来考虑。     

The Relation Between Popularity and Aggressive,Destructive, and Norm‐Breaking Behaviors: Moderating Effects of Athletic Abilities,Physical Attractiveness,and Prosociality

The aim of this study was to examine the relations between popularity and different types of aggressive, destructive, and norm‐breaking behaviors in a large cross‐sectional sample of adolescents (N=3,312, M age=13.60). We were interested in the extent to which the relations of these behaviors with popularity were moderated by positive features (i.e., athletic abilities, physical attractiveness, and prosociality). From a goal‐framing perspective, it was argued that positive features evoke positive affect, which in turn enhances the positive impact of aggressive, destructive, and norm‐breaking behaviors on popularity. The results supported our notion that these latter behaviors are especially related to popularity in adolescents who also exhibit positive features.     

Improving variance function estimation in semiparametric longitudinal data analysis

We propose an efficient and robust method for variance function estimation in semiparametric longitudinal data analysis. The method utilizes a local log‐linear approximation for the variance function and adopts a generalized estimating equation approach to account for within subject correlations. We show theoretically and empirically that our method outperforms estimators using working independence that ignores the correlations. 新出金文与鄂国史地问题考辨

随州安居镇羊子山和南阳夏响铺两地鄂国墓葬的发掘,出土了一批与鄂侯相关的青铜器铭文,证明了西周早中期鄂国的都邑当在安居羊子山一带.由此上溯商代末年,鄂都亦应在此,而非通常所说的河南沁阳.西周夷王时,楚君熊渠所伐之鄂非安居羊子山鄂国都邑,亦非南阳西鄂,而是当时鄂国的别邑,即后世所称的东鄂(今湖北鄂州市).周厉王早期,鄂侯驭方联合淮夷、东夷发动大规模反叛战争,几经曲折和反复,最后王师伐灭鄂国,少量鄂遗民被迁往河南南阳一带,新封鄂侯以续其祀,夏响铺鄂侯墓地即其遗存.此支鄂国遗民,清华简《系年》称为“小鄂”,后世亦称“西鄂”.鄂国作为西周中央王朝的藩属异姓诸侯,由臣服效忠到发动反叛而被诛灭,反映了当时统一贵族国家的结构形式已无法适应时代需要,将被未来历史发展所淘汰.     

基于SDRAM的视频数据存储系统设计

文章提出了一种分辨率为800×480的LCD视频图像数据处理的方法.介绍了SDRAM结构特点和工作过程,分析了SDRAM的控制器设计方法以及LCD显示器与SDRAM之间的时序配合,并进行了在线逻辑分析和相应硬件电路的显示实验,证明了SDRAM控制器工作的可行性以及显示时序设计的正确性.     

探索与发现——服务型政府理想模型的建立及其实现路径探悉

目前,建设服务型政府已成为我国政府改革重要议题.然而,服务型政府的建设并不等于相关的政府部门设立一个服务大厅,摆几台电脑,坐几个工作人员就完成了服务型政府的建设.结合我国实际国情,只有将服务型政府的模型归结到关注民生的政府、高效的政府、廉洁的政府的落脚点上,通过提高公务人员的公共服务精神,转移政府职能重心,建立电子政府,完善现有法律制度体系等路径,才能成功建设服务型政府.     

钟树梁散文创作研究

钟树梁先生散文创作数量繁多,成果丰硕。其散文创作,讴歌了新中国成立以来成都发生的天翻地覆的变化,为城市的新气象而欢欣鼓舞,灌注了对新生活的热爱,对新事物的关注,使其理性的思辨带着生命的体温,做到了主观真挚与客观真实的较好统一。作者将其丰富的古典文学知识融于散文之中,时而引经据典,时而吟诗填词,信手拈来,适得其体,尤其是散文集中那些发自肺腑的抒情散文、悼念文章,读来感人至深。     

The generalized two-sided power distribution

The generalized standard two-sided power (GTSP) distribution was mentioned only in passing by Kotz and van Dorp Beyond Beta, Other Continuous Families of Distributions with Bounded Support and Applications, World Scientific Press, Singapore, 2004. In this paper, we shall further investigate this three-parameter distribution by presenting some novel properties and use its more general form to contrast the chronology of developments of various authors on the two-parameter TSP distribution since its initial introduction. GTSP distributions allow for J-shaped forms of its pdf, whereas TSP distributions are limited to U-shaped and unimodal forms. Hence, GTSP distributions possess the same three distributional shapes as the classical beta distributions. A novel method and algorithm for the indirect elicitation of the two-power parameters of the GTSP distribution is developed. We present a Project Evaluation Review Technique example that utilizes this algorithm and demonstrates the benefit of separate powers for the two branches of activity GTSP distributions for project completion time uncertainty estimation.
