创新理念的中国管理C模式解读

"创新"发展理念的践行与中国传统文化密切相关。中国古典哲学从儒、墨、道、法、兵、易、禅等学说为创新提供了"仁义"的价值内核、创新主体自由发展的驱动力、"德性管理、实践理性"的方法论、尚贤尚同的组织原则、"权变、逆向、谋算、质疑、直觉、发散、非线性"等创新思维、"博学、审问、慎思、明辨、笃行"的创新过程管理、"知行合一"的创新实践机制,"超越"的本质精神,以"整体性""导向性""动态性"的文化管理体系推动创新的生生不息。进一步整合西方创新理论与管理工具,则构建了中国管理C模式的创新管理系统模型。阴阳变易法则推动创新元素的融合转化与裂变,形成开放式、协同式的"有机组织",推动全面创新及自主创新。中国管理C模式实现了创新管理的价值性、工具性、实践性的统一,为大众创新提供了管理哲学视角的理论基础与方法论。     

Load-Oriented Order Release (LOOR) revisited: bringing it back to the state of the art

In the workload control literature, the Load-Oriented Order Release (LOOR) approach has been neglected since its robustness was questioned at the end of the 1990s. This paper revisits LOOR and evaluates whether its performance can be improved in two ways. First, an intermediate pull release mechanism is added to avoid starvation between periodic release events. This mechanism was recently shown to be effective at improving the performance of a state-of-the-art release method known as LUMS COR. Second, an integer linear programming model is used to manage the trade-off between the timing and load balancing functions of order release. The two refinements are assessed using simulations of different shop configurations, which allow us to evaluate robustness. Results demonstrate that the refinements contribute to improving the performance of LOOR such that it can even outperform LUMS COR. Perhaps counter-intuitively, putting more emphasis on load balancing than on the urgency of individual orders is shown to lead to a lower percentage of tardy orders. Overall, the improvements mean that concerns about LOOR’s robustness are no longer valid – it now appears suitable for a wide range of shops found in practice.     

“能指狂欢”中的女性问题——以“网络红人”的情爱与审美为例

在意义增值和意义消失同时进行也即所谓的"能指的狂欢"时代,人们对女性主义的发展给予了更多的乐观。文章以"网络红人"现象为突破口,提出"能指的狂欢"并不能带来女性更多的解放,甚至会倒退,网络时代的女性拥有了更多的自由,但并不能改变男性主掌的"话语权"。而任由自恋、价值虚无和性开放泛滥也不会给女性带来尊严与价值,而是离女性主义者最初的理想更加遥远。

阐述了高职高专院校加强音乐教育的紧迫性和必要性,探讨了高职高专音乐教育的内容、音乐教育存在的问题及音乐教育实践的途径和措施。     

Affiliation networks with an increasing degree sequence

Affiliation network is one kind of two-mode social network with two different sets of nodes (namely, a set of actors and a set of social events) and edges representing the affiliation of the actors with the social events. Although a number of statistical models are proposed to analyze affiliation networks, the asymptotic behaviors of the estimator are still unknown or have not been properly explored. In this article, we study an affiliation model with the degree sequence as the exclusively natural sufficient statistic in the exponential family distributions. We establish the uniform consistency and asymptotic normality of the maximum likelihood estimator when the numbers of actors and events both go to infinity. Simulation studies and a real data example demonstrate our theoretical results.

关于全面实施免费婚前健康检查的研究

建立并实施科学有效的婚前健康检查制度, 有利于控制不孕不育、有关传染病的蔓延、出生缺陷等不良情况的发生。然而, 目前我国婚前健康检查情况并不理想。为此, 文章提出了全面实施免费婚检制度的建议, 并对实施这一制度的意义和可行性进行了分析。最后文章提出了全面实施免费婚前健康检查的四点建议。     

The Paradox of Integration: Work-Integration Social Enterprises (WISE) and Productivist Welfare Regime in Hong Kong

After the Asian Financial Crisis, the government of Hong Kong embraced the model of work-integration social enterprise (WISE) to sustain its facilitative and productivist welfare regime. Using the WISE of Pro-Love for marginalized women as a case study, the article examines the meaning of employment and social disadvantage in the organization. The ethnographic data reveal that while the WISE encourages women to participate in the paid labor market, it constructs employment in the social enterprise as part-time jobs for supplementary family income, restricts the extension of social networks for the female workers, and reinforces the cultural stereotypes of marginalized women. The study reflects on the mechanisms of the project of WISE in the welfare contexts of Hong Kong, and argues that programs targeted at labor participation cannot be automatically translated into reduction of exclusion in other domains. Long-term planning, policy coordination, and social advocacy are necessary to achieve social integration.
