安土重迁:中国人稳定性的传统社会心理

中国古代文明是农业文明 ,特看重土地、家族和邻里关系 ,从而形成了安土重迁的传统社会心理。所以 ,人们迁徙重聚族、重怀故土 ,经商也重族谊和乡谊。这种安土重迁的传统促进了社会稳定和农业经济的发展 ,却制约了资本积累和商品经济的发展。在当今改革开放的时代 ,对商品经济的发展也产生了重大影响     

Berufliche Werte, Formen der Kooperation und Arbeitszufriedenheit

Presented are the concepts of organizational collaboration, values and work satisfaction. Operationalization of three dimensions of company collaboration, occupational values, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and work satisfaction is examined on the basis of an empirical study with employees. This study showed that there was a positive correlation between the value factors and the organizational citizenship behavior, with the values ?cooperativeness“ and ?environment“ correlating positively with the OCD factors ?initiative“ and ?helpfulness“ and with the work satisfaction. Whereas the values ?leadership“ and ?progress“ correlate only with ?initiative“. For the collaboration only the factor ?empathy“ is value-based.     

Honesty in intra-organizational reporting

In this experimental study we analyze the trade-off between the subjects’ preference for wealth on the one hand and their preference for honesty on the other hand. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of communication medium on reporting behavior. We want to know whether situational cues, such as the communication method—digital (via computer) vs. hard-copy (via paper and pencil) matter, while considering deception. Furthermore, we are interested in the relationship between the social value orientation (SVO) and the reporting behavior. While the experimental evidence shows that participants in both treatments have a preference for truthful reporting and they avoid major lies, there are also remarkable differences between the treatments which we attribute to the reporting medium: computer treatment CT versus paper-and-pencil treatment PPT. Agents are willing to report more honestly via a hard-copy medium than via a digital medium. It seems like participants perceive the digital report more confidential and anonymous than the hard-copy report, and that is why they tend to misrepresent in the CT rather than in the PPT. Further, we found that the SVO influences reporting behavior.     

Monitoring correlated processes with binomial marginals

Few approaches for monitoring autocorrelated attribute data have been proposed in the literature. If the marginal process distribution is binomial, then the binomial AR(1) model as a realistic and well-interpretable process model may be adequate. Based on known and newly derived statistical properties of this model, we shall develop approaches to monitor a binomial AR(1) process, and investigate their performance in a simulation study. A case study demonstrates the applicability of the binomial AR(1) model and of the proposed control charts to problems from statistical process control.
