农业机械化专业液压传动课程教学改革探讨

液压传动是农业机械化专业重要的专业基础课。农业机械广泛采用先进的液压技术,对农业机械化专业学生的专业素质提出了更高的要求。为此,对农业机械化专业的液压传动课程的教学提出了多媒体和板书教学相结合、加强实验实践教学、改革考试方式和提高教师综合素质的改革思路,为农业机械化专业人才的培养提供基础保障。     

Transaction‐Specific Investments,Relational Norms,and ERP Customer Satisfaction: A Mediation Analysis*

Integrating the perspectives of transaction cost economics, the resource‐based view, and resource dependency theory, this study analyzes the institutional settings of enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations in China. Specifically, it examines how bilateral transaction‐specific investments (TSIs) and relational governance mechanisms influence customer satisfaction with ERP implementations. The model is empirically tested using data from on‐site interviews with 208 ERP customers in China. The results demonstrate that the effects of vendors’ and customers’ TSIs on customer satisfaction are facilitated by multiple‐stage micromediational chains. The influence of TSIs on customer satisfaction is mediated by relational norms, and the impact of relational norms on customer satisfaction is bridged by perceived service quality and customer trust. Furthermore, the influence of vendors’ TSIs is stronger than the influence of customers’ TSIs. The findings contribute to business research and practice by providing valuable insights into how ERP vendors and customers should strategize TSIs to enhance relationship performance.     

内蒙古高校乒乓球师资队伍与课程运行现状的调查与分析

本文主要运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等多种研究方法,旨在了解目前内蒙古高校乒乓球运动教学、师资及场地设施等方面的实际情况、内蒙古高校乒乓球师资队伍情况、内蒙古高校乒乓球教学现状等,以及影响内蒙古高校乒乓球运动开展的原因等多方面进行调查分析.结果表明:内蒙古高校乒乓球教师年龄、学历结构基本合理,以研究生为主;教师从教时间相对较短、岗前培训少、业务水平还有待提高;乒乓球课程设置相对不合理,开课时间不能满足学生学习需要;影响高校乒乓球运动开展的因素有:领导重视程度不足、场地器材匮乏、师资力量薄弱、相关赛事活动的资金不足.通过对以上情况调查了解并分析内蒙古高校乒乓球师资队伍及课程运行中存在的问题,根据实际情况提出相应建议,为内蒙古高校乒乓球运动的有效开展提供可实施的借鉴依据与建议.     

论我国家事纠纷人民调解的新机制——以澳大利亚"家庭关系中心"之家事纠纷调解为视角

目前,我国人民调解制度在家事纠纷调解方面的不足包括:立法不完善;专门机构缺失;专业人员缺位以及调解机制不健全等.澳大利亚"家庭关系中心"之家事纠纷调解的经验值得借鉴.建议我国增补专门的立法、设立专门的"家事纠纷调解中心",实现调解人员专业化、职业化,并规定对所有婚姻家庭案件除婚姻无效案件等不能调解外,人民法院均应指定当事人须到"家事纠纷调解中心"进行咨询、调解.应确认人民调解协议的法律效力,且建立多机构联合调解家事纠纷的社会调解网络,构建家事纠纷的人民调解新机制,以及时、妥善地解决家事纠纷,减少诉讼,促进我国平安家庭与和谐社会的构建.     

从"形而上学现代性"到"后形而上学现代性"——自由观的哲学反省与范式转换

"自由"是现代性的核心问题之一."个人自由"与"普遍自由"的矛盾是现代性的一个基本矛盾.现代性逻辑所蕴含的形而上学思维方式在解决这一矛盾问题上存在根本缺陷,要克服这一缺陷,就必须超越"形而上学的现代性",在"后形而上学现代性"的视域中寻求"个人自由"与"普遍自由"矛盾的重新理解和解决.

赖世璜在占领、割据地区:委任官佐,卖官鬻爵,为了敛财白肥,不但在割据地区征收苛捐杂税,还强迫人民种鸦片烟;绑架爱国华侨,勒索办学善款;在适中镇屠城.     

基于Bayes概率边界域的粗集分类方法及其在高频数据中的应用

 作为一种近似处理的工具,粗集主要用于不确定情况下的决策分析,并且不需要任何事先的数据假定。但当前的主流粗集分类方法仍然需要先经过离散化的步骤,这就损失了数值型变量提供的高质量信息。本文对隶属函数重新加以概率定义,并提出了一种基于Bayes概率边界域的粗集分类技术,比较好的解决了当前粗集方法所面临的数值型属性分类的不适应、分类规则不完备等一系列问题。     

Heteroscedastic Regression Models and Applications to Off-line Quality Control

We discuss in the present paper the analysis of heteroscedastic regression models and their applications to off-line quality control problems. It is well known that the method of pseudo-likelihood is usually preferred to full maximum likelihood since estimators of the parameters in the regression function obtained are more robust to misspecification of the variance function. Despite its popularity, however, existing theoretical results are difficult to apply and are of limited use in many applications. Using more recent results in estimating equations, we obtain an efficient algorithm for computing the pseudo-likelihood estimator with desirable convergence properties and also derive simple, explicit and easy to apply asymptotic results. These results are used to look in detail at variance minimization in off-line quality control, yielding techniques of inferences for the optimized design parameter. In application of some existing approaches to off-line quality control, such as the dual response methodology, rigorous statistical inference techniques are scarce and difficult to obtain. An example of off-line quality control is presented to discuss the practical aspects involved in the application of the results obtained and to address issues such as data transformation, model building and the optimization of design parameters. The analysis shows very encouraging results, and is seen to be able to unveil some important information not found in previous analyses.
