论聚居环境规划设计中的“曲”与“直”

以人类聚居环境建设为背景,通过对规划设计中"曲""直"不同层面的对比,分析由于观念问题所导致的认识上的偏差。从价值观念角度出发,探讨以"曲"为象征规划设计的深层内涵,提出其在人类聚居环境建设中的充分性和必要性。     

新民居建设中土地整理利用现状调查分析

土地整理和利用是新民居建设中的重要工作点,对新民居建设以及社会主义新农村建设的深入推进具有重要影响。通过对河北省廊坊市新民居建设中土地整理利用工作开展调查,分析当前现状及存在问题,探讨如何合理规划利用土地,切实推进新民居建设。     

新时代深化改革的风险与应对

全面深化改革是推动当今之世社会发展的巨大动力。但改革的全面深化也出现各种深层次的矛盾,加剧了各种风险的产生。横向风险、纵向风险、操作风险、外来风险交融共生,贯穿于改革全过程和各领域。有效应对改革风险,既要有敢做敢当、积极主动的态度,更要注重科学管理。应不断强化风险意识,增强风险识别能力;科学分析风险存在机制,准确评估风险承受能力;加快立法进程,依法管理风险;注重各机构协调运作,加强统筹管理。唯有如此,才能真正做到破浪前行,勇立潮头,为世界各国防范和化解改革风险提供有益借鉴。     

Examining educational inequalities in two national systems: a comparison of the North African second generation in France and the Mexican second generation in the United States

This paper aims to compare the educational outcomes of children of immigrants in France and in the United States to highlight the ethnic educational inequalities in both countries. The comparison focuses on children from two groups: North Africans in France and Mexicans in the United States. By using two longitudinal datasets, the French Educational Panel Survey and Add Health, we examine aspirations, expectations, and secondary attainment in the two contexts. We explore in particular the role of parental education on attainment. Immigrant families have high educational aspirations in both contexts. North-African families express higher aspirations than native French with similar background, while there are no significant differences between second-generation Mexicans and the majority group net of parental education. Second-generation children are disadvantaged in school in both countries; they are more likely to drop out and less likely to graduate from high school, but most of the disadvantage is related to their social background. Net of social background, the Mexican second generation does not differ from the majority group while the North African second generation is more likely to get the French high school diploma than their peers of French origins, in line with their high aspirations. However, North Africans are more likely to receive the technological baccalauréat than the general baccalauréat.     

大学生社会主义荣辱观教育的实现路径探究

荣辱观教育属于道德教育的范畴,是当前大学生素质教育的基础和思想道德教育的前提.因此,要确保大学生社会主义荣辱观教育取得实效,就必须遵循道德形成和思想道德教育的基本规律,即必须坚持道德接受的"知"、"情"、"意"、"信"、"行"五要素的有机统一.从强化认知、提升情感、坚定信念、磨炼意志、注重养成等环节入手,使大学生真正实现明荣知耻、好荣恶耻、趋荣避耻、扬荣抑耻、践荣弃耻的统一.     

建立和完善大学生社会主义荣辱观教育的环境育人机制

社会主义荣辱观教育是当前大学生素质教育的基础和思想道德教育的重要内容,是一项具有复杂性、艰巨性、长期性的系统工程,更是一项牵动国民教育全局、关系到社会整体发展进程的系统的基础工程,需要调动和协调方方面面的力量, 发动社会各界齐抓共管,形成强大的教育合力.因此,建立和完善学校、家庭、社会"三位一体"的环境育人机制则成为大学生荣辱观教育长效机制实现的重要保证.     

Personal Values as Mitigating Factors in the Link Between Income and Life Satisfaction: Evidence from the European Social Survey

Using data from the first two rounds of the European Social Survey, we examine the link between income, reference income and life satisfaction across Western Europe. We find that whilst there is a strong positive relationship between income and life satisfaction, reference or comparison income exerts a strong negative influence. Interestingly, our results confirm the importance of personal values and beliefs not only as predictors of subjective well-being, but also as mitigating factors in the relationship between income, reference income and life satisfaction. While our findings provide additional empirical support for the relative utility hypothesis, they are also consistent with Rojas’ (J Econ Psychol 28:1–14, 2007) Conceptual-Referent-Theory (CRT), which is based on the premise that the salience of income and comparison income depends on one’s intrinsic values and personal beliefs.

Parameter estimation of the censored δ-shock model on uniform interval

The censored δ-shock model is a special kind of shock model and it has very important research values in the reliability theory. In this paper, we discuss the parameter estimation of the censored δ-shock model when the inter-arrival times between two successive shocks follows uniform distribution on [a, b]. With the maximum likelihood estimation, we obtain the parameter estimator and expectation of estimator and lifetime of the model. By numerical simulation, we get the empirical result on the estimator of δ and the relationship between δ and other parameters.     

中国住房保障政策实施效果评估——基于1997—2010年的数据

住房保障政策是当前中国最重要的经济和社会政策之一,但社会各界对住房保障政策实施效果缺乏统一认识,存在较大争议。本文基于1997—2010年国家宏观数据,在控制国民财富和城市化等因素的基础上,评估了住房保障政策的实施效果,重点分析了长期住房保障政策和2008年短期政府强力干预政策冲击的影响。结果发现,长期住房保障政策显著平抑了房价,但并没有抑制住房购买量,增强了民众购买价廉物美住房的可能,总体上增进了国民福利;2008年政府强力干预政策冲击与长期住房保障政策联手显著抑制了房价上涨,对住房销售量也有负向作用。在研究结论基础上,本文解释了研究结论与现实存在差异的原因,并提出了协调长短期住房保障政策、保障住房政策实施效果等建议。     

南京市浦口区家庭医生签约服务调查

定性与定量研究相结合,对南京市浦口区家庭医生团队成员共287人进行问卷调查,对31位关键知情人进行深入访谈。了解南京市浦口区家庭医生团队成员的基本构成、服务能力、收入情况,并对家庭医生签约服务履责的认知情况进行分析,以期为政府部门制定基层卫生人力规划及全面推进家庭医生签约服务提供建议与对策。结果显示,浦口区各社区卫生服务中心都积极建立了家庭医生团队,但仍存在家庭医生服务能力不足、签约服务人员专业多样性不足、待遇不高等问题;家庭医生中绝大多数人对家庭医生签约服务内容了解,支持团队签约方式;专业技术水平有限、工作量增加是家庭医生履行签约服务中遇到的主要困难。开展多渠道专业培训提高家庭医生服务能力;以专业、均衡、多样“标配”家庭医生团队;提高家庭医生收入;建立团队成员分工协调机制等措施可以完善浦口区家庭医生团队建设,增强家庭医生履责信心和推进家庭医生签约服务的进一步开展。
