楚辞研究在台湾（1947-2009）

据不完全统计,自1947年迄2009年台湾出版过楚辞著作之学者有七十多位,出版的楚辞专著有126本,撰写的硕士、博士论文有56篇。台湾师范大学是台湾楚辞研究的重镇,研究楚辞的学者最多,培养的楚辞硕士、博士最多,成绩最为可观。台湾楚辞研究呈现多元的局面,对楚辞的各个领域都有学者从事研究。台湾有影响的代表性的楚辞学者有苏雪林、台静农、缪天华、何锜章、史墨卿、彭毅、傅锡壬、陈怡良、高秋凤、廖栋梁等,这些不同年龄层的学者或师生相承、或彼此取资,共同促成台湾楚辞研究的薪火相传。以楚辞为主之学术研讨会,相对于大陆,则明显太少,这与台湾国学研究的多元化有关。总体来看,台湾的楚辞研究并没有像大陆由于政治局势的干扰而显现极大的落差,六十多年来始终受到重视。     

WOMEN AND TARIFFS: TESTING THE GENDER GAP HYPOTHESIS IN A DOWNS-MAYER POLITICAL-ECONOMY MODEL

This paper tests a variant of the standard endogenous tariff model under direct democracy (the Downs-Mayer model) with a gender gap. Specifically, we argue that, if there is a division of economic activity between men and women, and political preferences are affected by one's relationship to the economy, there will be a gender gap in political activity. We test this hypothesis with respect to the effect of political enfranchisement of women on the level of the U.S. tariff. The empirical results strongly support the hypothesis (JEL F4, D7, N4)     

One-sided sign-type non-parametric procedures for comparing treatments with a control in a randomized complete block design

SUMMARY Non-parametric procedures are presented for comparing several treatments with a control when the data are collected in a randomized complete block design with no interaction. The procedures are generalizations of some well-known sign-type tests, and include both overall tests and multiple comparisons procedures. A numerical example is used to motivate the problem and illustrate the proposed methods. Some concluding remarks are offered.     

社区长期护理服务资源整合逻辑与实现条件 ——以上海市为例

社区长期护理服务资源整合有助于解决长期护理服务资源不足以及服务内容碎片化的问题.基于Valentijn等的资源整合理论并以上海市为例,从宏观、中观、微观层面以及跨层面的维度,研究了社区嵌入式长期护理模式资源整合的路径及其面临的困境.研究表明,实现社区长期护理服务全面与充分的整合需要多元供给主体间真实的合作机制、动态高效的个案管理、全面的环境支持以及共同的远期期望四个主要条件.为此,应从构建筹资机制、统一管理机构、增强社区信任、加大产业扶持等七个方面促进社区长期护理服务资源的全面充分整合.
