生态危机的根源与应对策略

探究生态危机的根源,对于正确制定应对生态危机的策略具有重要意义。当今学术界一般认为,生态危机根源于资本主义制度。但是中国的生态危机却不能归咎于资本主义制度。通过对生态危机原因的分析可以明白,西方的生态危机根源于人与自然对立的主客二分的思维模式,只要这种思维模式存在,生态危机必然会发生。而中国的生态危机,则根源于采用了西方工业化的发展模式。应对生态危机的挑战,必须抛弃西方的工业化发展模式,必须抛弃西方人与自然对立的思维模式。中国传统文化中"天人合一"的思维模式有利于实现人与自然的和谐共生,对于应对生态危机可以发挥重大作用,对于中国的生态文明建设有重要的借鉴意义。     

与能源消耗等指标发生偏离的GDP是否可信

本文选取了1995-2014年全国30个省市数据,综合使用了向量自回归模型、参数面板模型、非参数面板模型和面板门限模型对GDP增速与电力消费增速、第二产业增速、第三产业增速、财政收入增速、货物流转增速、能源消费增速和固定资产投资增速等物理性指标间的关系进行了建模.实证研究发现,GDP增速、电力消费增速、第三产业增速、能源消费增速之间存在作用机制,但是这种影响模式并非一成不变,在不同时间段内,其模式发生改变,同时,这一影响模式也随着人均GDP的变化而发生阶段性改变.在经济新常态下,不能因为经济转型中的GDP数据与物理指数之间发生偏离,而简单否定GDP的准确性.     

A Systems Approach to Social Entrepreneurship

Currently, disabilities organizations are increasingly being challenged by the requirement for individualized service, expectations to show personal outcomes, and the need to base their services on evidence-based practices. Social entrepreneurship (SE) is being put forward as an innovative approach for dealing with these challenges. This article presents a systems approach to SE based on a program logic model. This model identifies the input factors (a strong social vision, exploiting opportunities, maximizing resources), throughput strategies (entrepreneurial orientation, critical thinking skills, networking, capacity building), and outcome components (improving people’s lives, community-building, improving society) of SE at the micro, meso, and macro level. Also, the importance of planning for contextual changes as a social entrepreneur is discussed. The article concludes with presenting three inspiring practices regarding SE in the field of disabilities organizations.     

A socio-ecological perspective of urban green networks: the Stockholm case

Landscape fragmentation threatens habitats, biodiversity and other ecosystem services. In tackling this threat, the dynamic processes of social-ecological systems should be recognised and understood. Although network analysis based on graph theory has been recognised as an efficient way of spatially understanding landscape or habitat connectivity, only few studies have offered specific approaches or suggestions for integrating detailed social-ecological values into geographical distributions. As a contribution to bridging this gap, this paper introduces a social-ecological network model for the issue of landscape or habitat fragmentation applied to the case of Stockholm, Sweden. Graph theory was used in combination with sociotope and biotope maps for simple visualisation of network situations in two-dimensional maps. The European crested tit (Lophophanes cristatus), European common toad (Bufo bufo) and human beings were selected as indicator species, based on a landscape ecology analysis in Stockholm Municipality in 2009. Slope, land use and human disturbance maps were assessed in order to decide cost values of travelling from node to node. Lease-cost-path accumulation was used to create ideal reference maps of green networks. Three separate maps were then developed for suggesting efficient routes for three indicators in city scale that mainly connect from the Royal National City Park to the other parts of the city. The model in Hjorthagen neighbourhood to highlight two practical paths that link this fragmented community to its neighbouring park areas. Findings make it possible to address two scales of network improvement strategies, namely first for the city-scale green network that connects geographical habitats (nodes) and the regional green wedges of the city, and the second that of neighbourhood links between habitats in detailed layers of green networks. Strategic improvement potentials are presented based on ideal reference maps of green networks correspondingly.

论中国文人小说的“整—性”

由于诗、词、曲、赋等各体文字的普遍使用,"非整一性"成为长期以来西方学者对中国小说文体最主要的批评。一般所谓"中国小说"或"白话小说",按其性质本应分为三类:一是"话本",本质上是说唱艺术的文字遗存;二是"世代累积型"小说,亦本为说唱艺术,但大多经历了明清书商或文人程度不一的编改;三是明清文人独立创作的"文人小说"。故唯第三类才是真正意义的小说,西方学者的批评仅对应第三类才真正有效。诗、词、曲、赋等各体文字作为口头说唱艺术时本各有其用,在"文人小说"中此类文字在不同作品中,其文本"整一性"也各自不同。也就是说,如果我们将现存所谓"小说"还原至其所产生的历史语境,我们可能得到完全相反的结论。

社会的快速发展需要高素质的人才,而高素质的人才必须德才兼备、全面发展。就理工科院校的学生而言,掌握科学技术固然重要,但更重要的是正当、正确地运用所学知识造福人类、服务社会,而不是相反。在理工科专业教学中渗透伦理精神,有助于学生在学习专业知识的同时培养强烈的社会责任感和伦理道德意识,也是加强理工科大学生人文素质教育的有效途径。

基于理性提前偿付的住房抵押贷款证券定价研究

在分析MBS定价的影响因素以及比较结构化模型与简化形式模型定价方法的基础上,考虑模型的稳健性和可操作性,本文利用简化方法中的Schwartz和Torous定价模型,以建元2007-1RMBS作为研究对象,模拟出BDT利率模型下的利率期限结构,再结合提前还款模型中的PSA法确定贷款现金流,进而确定期权调整价差OAS,构建了适用于我国的MBS定价模型。
