显性教育与隐性教育并举增强“基础”课教学实效性

提高"思想道德修养与法律基础"课教学实效性是全社会、高校和"基础"课教师共同关心的重要问题。将显性教育与隐性教育并举,是一条行之有效的途径。显性教育要确立"以学生为本"的理念,拓展教学内容给予学生足够的现实关怀,丰富教学方式以提升学生的精神境界,改进考核方式以培养学生的自我教育能力。开展隐性教育要注重发挥教师自身的人格力量,以个性影响个性;虚功实做,在细节上关爱学生;充分利用现代新媒体,以正能量陶铸学生。     

莎士比亚作品中所体现的同性取向倾向探究——以《威尼斯商人》与十四行诗为例

莎士比亚作为文艺复兴时期杰出的戏剧家和诗人,在欧洲文学史上占有重要的地位,由于莎士比亚的文学地位,使得学术界多以一种崇拜的眼光去解读其作品,而其作品中一些细微之处流露的情绪却很少被人们发觉。男同性恋文学的书写在莎士比亚的作品中对这一命题的表现的十分隐晦,通常欲言又止,但我们还是可以在其作品中发现一些蛛丝马迹。本文旨在通过分析其作品《威尼斯商人》与《莎士比亚十四行诗》来对其作品中所体现的同性化创作倾向与其同性取向倾向进行一些探究。     

制约县域经济发展的因素分析与对策建议

以县级行政区划为单位的县域经济是我国国民经济的基础,是建设小康社会的主战场。我国目前县域经济发展缓慢,已成为宏观经济可持续发展的瓶颈。虽然制约县域经济发展的障碍因素较多,本文仅从经济体制、行政体制、财政体制、金融体制、相关政策制度等方面进行分析,提出改革和完善体制、推行"一主三化"发展战略和制订各县域特色经济总体规划的对策建议。     

Maximum Likelihood Estimation of Input Demand Models with Fixed Costs of Adjustment

Traditional models of input demand rely upon convex and symmetric adjustment costs. However, the fortune of this highly restrictive approach is due more to analytical convenience than to empirical relevance. In this note we examine the model under more realistic hypothesis of fixed costs, show that it can be cast in the form of a Double Censored Random Effect Tobit Model, derive its likelihood function, and finally evaluate the performance of the ML estimators through a Monte Carlo experiment. The performances, although strongly dependent on the degree of censoring, appear to be promising.

我国科技人力资源配置效率评价研究

从投入和产出的角度,构建了我国科技人力资源配置效率评价指标体系;运用数据包络分析（DEA）研究方法,对我国30个地区的2011年科技人力资源配置效率进行了测评,从横向进行了对比分析.结果显示：只有6个地区配置有效,仅占全国总量的20％左右,整体配置效率不甚理想.同时通过松弛变量分析,对DEA无效地区给出了指标调整方向和具体的调整量.     

A Quality Risk Management Model Approach for Cell Therapy Manufacturing

International regulatory authorities view risk management as an essential production need for the development of innovative, somatic cell‐based therapies in regenerative medicine. The available risk management guidelines, however, provide little guidance on specific risk analysis approaches and procedures applicable in clinical cell therapy manufacturing. This raises a number of problems. Cell manufacturing is a poorly automated process, prone to operator‐introduced variations, and affected by heterogeneity of the processed organs/tissues and lot‐dependent variability of reagent (e.g., collagenase) efficiency. In this study, the principal challenges faced in a cell‐based product manufacturing context (i.e., high dependence on human intervention and absence of reference standards for acceptable risk levels) are identified and addressed, and a risk management model approach applicable to manufacturing of cells for clinical use is described for the first time. The use of the heuristic and pseudo‐quantitative failure mode and effect analysis/failure mode and critical effect analysis risk analysis technique associated with direct estimation of severity, occurrence, and detection is, in this specific context, as effective as, but more efficient than, the analytic hierarchy process. Moreover, a severity/occurrence matrix and Pareto analysis can be successfully adopted to identify priority failure modes on which to act to mitigate risks. The application of this approach to clinical cell therapy manufacturing in regenerative medicine is also discussed.     

住宅特征价格分析——以广州为例

以广州二手交易的596个高层楼盘、3703个交易样本为研究基础，采用特征价格法测度了影响广州市住宅价格的主要因素，它们分别是与商业中心的距离、与山江公园的距离、与地铁的距离、噪音、户型间隔、装修档次、朝向、楼层、楼龄、阳台数量10项因素，并给出了影响因素的隐含价值。     

A weighted polynomial regression method for local fitting of spatial data

Typically, parametric approaches to spatial problems require restrictive assumptions. On the other hand, in a wide variety of practical situations nonparametric bivariate smoothing techniques has been shown to be successfully employable for estimating small or large scale regularity factors, or even the signal content of spatial data taken as a whole.We propose a weighted local polynomial regression smoother suitable for fitting of spatial data. To account for spatial variability, we both insert a spatial contiguity index in the standard formulation, and construct a spatial-adaptive bandwidth selection rule. Our bandwidth selector depends on the Gearys local indicator of spatial association. As illustrative example, we provide a brief Monte Carlo study case on equally spaced data, the performances of our smoother and the standard polynomial regression procedure are compared.This note, though it is the result of a close collaboration, was specifically elaborated as follows: paragraphs 1 and 2 by T.
