斯里兰卡本土汉语教师及学习者情况调查

斯里兰卡是“一带一路”沿线重要国家。近年来,该国对汉语学习的需求不断增强,但具体情况还缺乏系统有效的调查。本文对该国汉语教学各层次、各类别的本土师资和学习者作了较为切实的调查和分析,并提出个人的思考和建议,供学界和有关方面参考。

试论地理环境对古代壮族社会发展的影响

地理环境对社会发展起着重要的作用,尤其是在人类利用自然条件技术和手段相对有限的古代。壮族生存的地理环境并不优越,自然条件相对恶劣,特别是在瘴气广泛分布的古代,在缺乏有效防治手段的情况下,对瘴气的认识更是成为对壮族地区的地域和族群歧视。地理环境对壮族古代社会发展产生了重要的影响,集中表现在经济、政治制度以及文化等方面。     

南京市公立医院医务人员薪酬水平及满意度研究

通过对965名公立医院医务人员进行自填式问卷调查,探讨南京市公立医院薪酬水平及其满意度情况,为南京市公立医院薪酬制度改革提供科学依据。结果显示,医务人员年均工资为（8.86±4.48）万元,存在岗位差异和医院等级差异;员工期望年均总工资为现有年均工资的2倍左右,社会平均工资的2倍或3倍;薪酬水平总体满意度得分为（3.06±0.89）分,处于一般水平,3个维度满意度按得分高低排序依次为：内部公平性、个人公平性和外部公平性;多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、婚姻状况、职称、岗位类别和医院等级对薪酬水平满意度的影响有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。公立医院薪酬制度改革应努力提高薪酬水平,合理拉开不同岗位间工资差距,并注重发挥非经济性报酬的作用,以期有效促进公立医院健康、持续发展。     

N市老年人家庭医生签约服务知晓与利用情况调查分析

采用自制问卷,对N市2017年4月新签约居民进行电话调查,以有效应答样本中9 362例老年人为研究对象,分析N市主城区与非主城区老年人对家庭医生签约服务的知晓与利用情况差异。结果显示,在控制其他人口学因素不变的情况下,非主城区老年人签约知晓率是主城区的1.467倍,服务内容了解率是主城区的1.717倍,人均服务利用项目比主城区多0.630项,差异均有统计学意义。主城区与非主城区老年人对家庭医生签约服务的知晓与利用情况存在差异,如何发挥好家庭医生服务的作用应在实践中进一步探索。     

社工与志愿服务在医院结直肠癌术后抑郁患者中的应用初探

为探讨社工与志愿服务在医院结直肠癌术后抑郁患者中的应用效果。由经过心理咨询师培训的社工和志愿者应用抑郁量表（SDS）测评结直肠癌术后抑郁患者的抑郁程度。随机将抑郁患者分为两组,观察组采用社工与志愿服务干预的模式,对照组采用常规护理模式。一个月后测评患者抑郁分值、造口相关知识掌握情况、更换造口袋操作的合格率。一个月后,观察组患者的SDS得分低于对照组（P＜0.05）,造口相关知识掌握程度与更换造口操作的合格率均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究指出社工与志愿服务介入结直肠癌术后患者的康复过程,有利于减轻患者的抑郁情绪,提高患者主动参与自我造口护理意识,有效促进患者的造口适应性与康复。     

Monitoring Nonlinear Profiles with Random Effects by Nonparametric Regression

The monitoring of process/product profiles is presently a growing and promising area of research in statistical process control. This study is aimed at developing monitoring schemes for nonlinear profiles with random effects. We utilize the technique of principal components analysis to analyze the covariance structure of the profiles and propose monitoring schemes based on principal component (PC) scores. The number of the PC scores used in constructing control charts is crucial to the detecting power. In the Phase I analysis of historical data, due to the dependency of the PC-scores, we adopt the usual Hotelling T ² chart to check the stability. For Phase II monitoring, we study individual PC-score control charts, a combined chart scheme that combines all the PC-score charts, and a T ² chart. Although an individual PC-score chart may be perfect for monitoring a particular mode of variation, a chart that can detect general shifts, such as the T ² chart and the combined chart scheme, is more feasible in practice. The performances of the schemes under study are evaluated in terms of the average run length.     

The Ruin Probability of a Discrete-Time Risk Model with a One-Sided Linear Claim Process

In this article, the ruin probability is examined in a discrete time risk model with a constant interest rate, in which the dependent claims are assumed to have a one-sided linear structure. An explicit asymptotic formula is obtained for the ruin probability. Generalized Lundberg inequalities for the ruin probability are derived by martingale and inductive approaches.     

A Study of Some Different Concepts of Symmetry on the Real Line

Recently, different concepts of symmetry on R ⁺ such as R-symmetry, log-symmetry, and double symmetry are studied. Analogous concepts and their properties of these symmetries on R will be studied in this work. Based on skewing representation and previous studies, characterizations of double symmetry on R will be given. Among others, some interesting examples of the so-called I-symmetry, that is the analogue of log-symmetry on R, will also be presented.
