中国1997-2014年卫生人力政策进程系统评价

目的：系统回顾总结1997-2014年间中国卫生人力政策进程。方法：根据世界卫生组织提出的卫生人力监测快速评估指南,纳入与卫生人力发展相关的政策文件与报告,按照规划与建设、教育培训、财政投入、资质与考核等4个维度对卫生人力政策102206进程进行系统评价。结果：我国卫生人力发展政策框架体系已经形成;卫生人力规划与建设、教育培训、财政投入、资质与考核等四个方面的政策在不断深化;基层卫生人力培训及扶持政策相对滞后。结论：我国卫生人力政策数量不断增加,覆盖范围及目标不断扩大。卫生人力政策导向正逐步从提升数量规模向质量及配置公平转变。     

LBL+PBL+CBL模式在护理学基础理论与实验教学中的应用

目的：院探讨LBL+PBL+CBL模式在护理学基础理论与实验教学中的作用。方法院将120名护生随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用LBL+PBL+CBL教学,对照组采用传统教学法。对两组护生的理论及实验技能进行考核,通过自行设计的问卷调查评价教学效果。结果院试验组理论与实验技能成绩优于对照组(P<0.01),试验组护生对LBL+PBL+CBL模式的各项教学效果评价较好。结论院在护理学基础理论与实验教学中应用LBL+PBL+CBL模式能发挥不同教学方法优势,将理论与实验有机结合,有效提高教学效果和护生的综合能力。     

Managing Institutional Evolution to Increase the Likelihood of Success: Examples of Guidance from Chinese History

This research investigates the impact of interpersonal trust and leadership style on workplace isolation. It examines the moderating role of self-efficacy on the relationship of interpersonal trust, leadership style and workplace isolation. The study used media richness theory to explain the usefulness of communication media in virtual workplace. Purposive sampling technique is used to select respondents and collect data from five pharmaceutical companies operating in Pakistan. Total two hundred and twenty seven useable questionnaires were coded for final analysis after ignoring incomplete questionnaires. The repose rate is 87 % and hierarchical moderated regression is used to analyze the moderating impact of self-efficacy on hypothesize relations. Result shows that interpersonal trust and transformational leadership style have significant impact to reduce isolation perceptions of sales personnel. Results also provide evidence that interpersonal trust and leadership styles have stronger negative impact on workplace isolation when self-efficacy of salespersons is high. The study proposes development of interpersonal trust on organizational employees and use of transformational leadership in order to reduce work isolation behavior among employees particularly in the virtual work environment. The managerial implications and future directions are also discussed.     

Fertility in China: An uncertain future

As one of the world’s two population ‘billionaires’, the future of China’s population is truly of global significance. With its very low fertility and a rapidly ageing population, it might appear that the country’s famous (or notorious) family planning restrictions are somewhat anachronistic. Here, we explore the process of reform seen over the past three decades and, most recently, in late 2013. We suggest that the popular notion that the family planning restrictions are acting as a pressure valve suppressing a pent-up demand for childbearing, particularly in rural China, is likely to be inaccurate. We also suggest that further reform of the restrictions will not solve the problems of population ageing or many of the other issues widely associated with the restrictions. We conclude that the prospects for further reform are wide-ranging, but likely to be beset by many challenges.     

论抗战初期梁实秋的自我调整

从上个世纪20年代后期开始,梁实秋便多次与左翼文人发生论争,特别是在人性与阶级性的问题上。抗日战争的全面爆发对中国现代文人的心态影响巨大,梁实秋便对自己战前所秉持的人性论作出重要的调整,特别是在"与抗战无关"的争论中,他部分地承认了文艺的阶级性,并赞成文艺以"全民"为表现的对象,与左派的文艺观念逐渐接近。实际上,抗战时期梁实秋等人与左派之间的对立与其说是在政治立场上,不如说主要是在文学功用观上。抗战初期梁实秋的自我调整无论原因何在,都对深入认识梁实秋具有重要的意义,同时也是认识那个时代的重要参考。     

下不为例:也谈夏志清的《中国现代小说史》

夏志清的《中国现代小说史》我读得较早。二十年前我到香港中文大学念书,修习都在新亚书院诚明馆,那间饶宗颐先生几乎不去的敦煌研究室,里面堆了好几包这书的中译本,是香港友联出版社1979年所出,我的导师用作教材。前一阵广西师大出版社出了新的大陆版,约我谈一谈这本书,我比照了香港版和大陆版,还借来了此书英文版的第二版,扉页上题为许倬云先生赠给浙江大学图书馆的藏书。这本书对我们八十年代以来中国大陆的文学     

外商银行与近代中国财政--以清末民初关盐税款的移存为中心

作为近代中国财政收入的主要来源,关盐税款是历届中央政府对外举债的重要担保品。清末民初,值中央政权更替、政局动荡之际,在外国列强暗中支持下,海关外籍总税务司和国际银行团先后以保障各国债权人权益及偿债基金稳固为由,通过一些渠道或手段攫取了觊觎已久的中国关盐税款的存储保管权,关盐税款相继移存在华各家外商银行。随着巨额的关盐税款源源不断流入,外商银行逐步成为近代中国财政体制中不可或缺的重要因素,其在近代中国金融市场的地位亦得到了巩固和提高。     

降低行政成本创建节约型政府

本文分析了我国政府行政成本过高的现状和原因,提出要创建节约型政府,控制行政成本必须施行绩效预算,推进精兵简政、规范公务消费,约束行政支出、建立绩效考评制度。     

产业集群理论与实践对胶东半岛制造业基地建设的启示

马歇尔、保罗·克鲁格曼、波特等人从规模报酬递增、＂钻石＂要素等角度分析了产业的区域空间聚集现象,新制度经济学的理论则从组织制度的角度分析了产业集群的优势。已有产业集群的理论和实践表明发展产业集群对区域经济发展及地区经济竞争力的提升有重大的意义,也表明企业家人才、技术创新、外资的引入以及与外来文化的接触、大型国有企业或集体企业的分拆等多种因素都可引致产业集群的产生。要促进产业集群的形成与发展,就要培育这些形成产业集群的因素或条件,这对处于起步阶段的山东半岛区域经济发展有着特别重要的意义。
