当代“印穆”对话探究

在反恐战争背景下,为缓解印度教徒与穆斯林日益紧张的关系,促进南亚地区稳定和安全,印、穆之间的宗教和文明对话成为一种必然选择。本文通过分析客观存在的历史和现实因素,试图探讨印穆对话的可能性,以及其面临的主要阻滞因素,指出印、穆双方都应该吸取历史教训,更新思想,通过政治、教育、宗教等改革积极推动印穆对话的顺利进行。     

Empirical likelihood for density-weighted average derivatives

In this paper, we investigate empirical likelihood (EL) inference for density-weighted average derivatives in nonparametric multiple regression models. A simply adjusted empirical log-likelihood ratio for the vector of density-weighted average derivatives is defined and its limiting distribution is shown to be a standard Chi-square distribution. To increase the accuracy and coverage probability of confidence regions, an EL inference procedure for the rescaled parameter vector is proposed by using a linear instrumental variables regression. The new method shares the same properties of the regular EL method with i.i.d. samples. For example, estimation of limiting variances and covariances is not needed. A Monte Carlo simulation study is presented to compare the new method with the normal approximation method and an existing EL method.

提出一种榫卯连接方钢管组装框架结构。对两个方向的平面框架模型进行受力性能试验。介绍试验概况，给出框架模型的竖向荷载与挠度和水平荷载与水平侧移曲线，这些曲线介于刚节点框架和铰节点框架之间，属于半刚性节点框架的范畴。     

A single-featured EWMA-X control chart for detecting shifts in process mean and standard deviation

The combined EWMA-X chart is a commonly used tool for monitoring both large and small process shifts. However, this chart requires calculating and monitoring two statistics along with two sets of control limits. Thus, this study develops a single-featured EWMA-X (called SFEWMA-X) control chart which has the ability to simultaneously monitor both large and small process shifts using only one set of statistic and control limits. The proposed SFEWMA-X chart is further extended to monitoring the shifts in process standard deviation. A set of simulated data are used to demonstrate the proposed chart's superior performance in terms of average run length compared with that of the traditional charts. The experimental examples also show that the SFEWMA-X chart is neater and easier to visually interpret than the original EWMA-X chart.

Optimal non-diagonal-type estimators in linear regression under the prediction error sum of squares criterion

This article considers the notion of the non-diagonal-type estimator (NDTE) under the prediction error sum of squares (PRESS) criterion. First, the optimal NDTE in the PRESS sense is derived theoretically and applied to the cosmetics sales data. Second, we make a further study to extend the NDTE to the general case of the covariance matrix of the model and then give a Bayesian explanation for this extension. Third, two remarks concerned with some potential shortcomings of the NDTE are presented and an alternative solution is provided and illustrated by means of simulations.

专利保护期滥用解析——以跨国公司在中国专利战问题为视角

在日益激烈的高科技竞争背景下,专利权滥用的认定演变为不断更新的全球问题.WTO-TRIPS协议对专利滥用并没有明确认定范围,不同国家的做法不尽相同,而我国的相关立法尚属空白.只有从专利保护期滥用争议在全球范围、国内内外资企业范围、历史范围和我国市场整体利益范围上的主要特点,以及滥用认定中懈怠原则的基本法理层面上,透视滥用专利战的产生与存在现象,我们才可以对全球专利战产生相对客观理性的认识态度.面对全球化的专利战,应当有序提高专利注册标准、合理借鉴西方懈怠制度.通过有组织的强化专利法及其滥用认定规范,才能对专利权人利益予以合法保护,进而维护我国在技术市场开放及技术进出口方面的整体利益.     

Uniform asymptotics for ruin probability of a two-dimensional dependent renewal risk model

ABSTRACT

In this paper we consider the tail behavior of a two-dimensional dependent renewal risk model with two dependent classes of insurance business, in which the claim sizes are governed by a common renewal counting process, and their inter-arrival times are dependent, identically distributed. For the case that the claim size distribution belongs to the intersection of long-tailed distribution class and dominant variation class, we obtain an asymptotic formula, which holds uniformly for all time in an infinite interval. Moreover, we point out that the formula still holds uniformly for all time in an infinite interval for widely dependent random variables (r.v.s) under some conditions.
