RDS的接收技术

讨论了广播多工（ＲＤＳ）的接收技术，给出了接收机的基本结构，它包括载波层、调制层、基带层的硬件结构，以及信号层（或数据层）的软件实现，并以自己的方法建立了样机模型。整个系统和ＥＢＶ的ＲＤＳ规范同我国刚制定的ＲＤＳ规范一致。

本文研究线性抛物型时滞微分方程组 φU_i/φt+sun from j=1 to m(P_(ij)(x,t)U_i(x,t-τ(t)))=a_i(t)△U_i+sun from j=1 to m_1(a_(ij)(t)△U_i(x,t-σ_j)),i=1,2…,m (1)解的振动性,其中(x,t)∈Ω×(0,∞),ΩR~n是具有逐片光滑的边界的有界区域,U_1=U_1(x,t),△U_1=sun from j=1 to n(φ~2Ui(x,t)/φx_j~2),获得了方程组(1)的所有解振动的充分条件,同时给出了应用这些充分条件的例子。     

关于微机应用于教学实习的探讨

本文指出了学生在微机教学实习中出现的若干问题，探讨了解决这些问题的方法。     

权力、责任与大国认同--兼论中国应对国际社会责任的应有态度

常识中的大国地位似乎仅仅与一个国家的权力特别是与其军事权势相关,即使是综合国力论也没有超脱这种以自助能力为基础的大国认知模式,但是国际社会大国地位的获得实质上是一个大国认同的过程,它不仅考察大国的自助能力,而且考察与其能力相称的义务和责任,因此构成了"权力+责任"的大国认知模式。本文通过对责任、权力与大国三个基本概念及其相互关系的剖析揭示了国际社会中权力与责任的对应关系,同时指出,权力与责任共同构成了大国认同的前提。中国基于自身国力的上升而逐步扩展国际责任的战略取向,推动了国际社会对中国大国地位的认同,也展示了中国应对国际责任的应有态度。     

监企分开：监狱煤矿改革的方向

目前,在市场经济条件下,监狱煤矿普遍存在着管理体制不适应、经营机制不适应、产品结构不适应和劳动力素质不适应的问题。要走出困境,迎接市场经济的挑战,必须走改革之路———首要的是打破"监企合一"的管理体制,实行"监企分开",建立现代企业制度。     

《老人与海》中的对话性探讨

代表海明威叙事艺术最高成就的《老人与海》呈现出现代小说的一个重要特性——对话性。老人在与大自然的搏斗和与孩子的相处中形成了一种对话关系,即一种“赞成与反对,肯定和补充,问和答的关系”。而小说本身也由于叙事的简约与内涵的丰富给读者留下了一座值得挖掘的冰山。从读者接受的角度看,作者、作品与读者的关系也具有了明显的对话性。     

Colleges respond to student binge drinking: reducing student demand or limiting access

Administrators at 68% of 4-year colleges nationwide (N = 747) responded to a survey concerning the types of programs and policies they used in response to students' heavy drinking. Most schools conducted targeted alcohol education and invested in institutional prevention efforts; half conducted social norms campaigns; a sizeable minority restricted alcohol on campus. Schools that focused on demand reduction were less likely to ban alcohol use. One in 3 schools received funding for these programs from governmental agencies, and 1 in 5 from the alcohol industry. Such schools were more likely to conduct targeted alcohol education and social norms programs and were less likely to restrict alcohol use on campus or at college events. Colleges may want to reconsider prevention initiatives that focus exclusively on demand or supply. They may also want to examine the extent to which funding is the driving force shaping the direction of their alcohol initiatives.     

A General Model of Some Inverse Combinatorial Optimization Problems and Its Solution Method Under l ∞ Norm

This paper proposes an optimization model and shows that most inverse combinatorial optimization problems so far discussed can be fit into this model as special cases. We propose a Newton-type algorithm for this model under l norm. This algorithm can solve the model in strongly polynomial time if the subproblem involved is solvable in strongly polynomial time for any fixed value of the parameter appearing in the subproblem, and it is shown that most particular inverse optimization problems encountered are this kind. Therefore, through this paper we show that a large group of inverse optimization problems can be handled in a uniform way and solved in strongly polynomial time.
