向塞林格致敬——塞林格与苏童少年小说比较

本文通过比较指出苏童因受到塞林格用少年视角,展现少年人的青春期困惑、独特心态的影响,以少年视角介入生命初状态,书写了生命初状态进入成熟现实那一瞬间的困惑、无奈、甚至是幻灭,共同揭示了人类文明相比纯洁的初状态被异化的悲哀。塞林格的少年视角有力的影响了苏童的同类写作,也在深得塞林格写作视角的精髓后,提升了苏童小说的人性关怀和生命景观呈现的力度。     

基于QR分解的MIMO—OFDM信号检测算法

本文研究了MIMO—OFDM系统基于QR分解的几种信号检测方法，分析了各种算法的优缺点．并提出了基于MMSE—SQR的改进球形算法，此算法结合了排序的SQR分解、MMSE准则和改进的sD检测算法，充分利用了它们的优点，在低运算复杂度的前提下，达到较优的性能．     

伊斯兰世界女权主义及妇女运动

伊斯兰女权学说与妇女运动的产生,是伊斯兰世界现代社会发展的产物。以民族主义为依托,是早期伊斯兰女权思想产生与妇女运动发展的基本特点。在现代发展过程中,民族国家的建立,伊斯兰复兴运动的发展,以及现代家庭法的改革,皆影响到伊斯兰世界女权运动的发展态势,出现了世俗女权主义、伊斯兰女权主义与穆斯林女权主义的划分,这些不同的妇女组织分别以世俗的、宗教的或者民族的话语,从各自角度表达穆斯林妇女的权利要求,推动了伊斯兰世界穆斯林女性权利意识的发展。     

Semiparametric inference on partially linear single-index model

ABSTRACT

We consider semiparametric inference on the partially linearsingle-index model (PLSIM). The generalized likelihood ratio (GLR) test is proposed to examine whether or not a family of new semiparametric models fits adequately our given data in the PLSIM. A new GLR statistic is established to deal with the testing of the index parameter α₀ in the PLSIM. The newly proposed statistic is shown to asymptotically follow a χ²-distribution with the scale constant and the degrees of freedom being independent of the nuisance parameters or function. Some finite sample simulations and a real example are used to illustrate our proposed methodology.     

Penalized inverse probability weighted estimators for weighted rank regression with missing covariates

Abstract

In this article, we study the variable selection and estimation for linear regression models with missing covariates. The proposed estimation method is almost as efficient as the popular least-squares-based estimation method for normal random errors and empirically shown to be much more efficient and robust with respect to heavy tailed errors or outliers in the responses and covariates. To achieve sparsity, a variable selection procedure based on SCAD is proposed to conduct estimation and variable selection simultaneously. The procedure is shown to possess the oracle property. To deal with the covariates missing, we consider the inverse probability weighted estimators for the linear model when the selection probability is known or unknown. It is shown that the estimator by using estimated selection probability has a smaller asymptotic variance than that with true selection probability, thus is more efficient. Therefore, the important Horvitz-Thompson property is verified for penalized rank estimator with the covariates missing in the linear model. Some numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the performance of the estimators.     

Generalized varying-coefficient single-index model

In this paper, the generalized varying-coefficient single-index model is discussed based on penalized likelihood. All the unknown functions are fitted by penalized spline. The estimates of the unknown parameters and the unknown coefficient functions are obtained and the estimation approach is rapid and computationally stable. Under some mild conditions, the consistency and the asymptotic normality of these resulting estimators are given. Two simulation studies are carried out to illustrate the performance of the estimates. An application of the model to the Hong Kong environmental data further demonstrates the potential of the proposed modelling procedures.

Optimal asset allocation for participating contracts with mortality risk under minimum guarantee

Abstract

We investigate an optimal investment problem of participating insurance contracts with mortality risk under minimum guarantee. The insurer aims to maximize the expected utility of the terminal payoff. Due to its piecewise payoff structure, this optimization problem is a non-concave utility maximization problem. We adopt a concavification technique and a Lagrange dual method to solve the problem and derive the representations of the optimal wealth process and trading strategies. We also carry out some numerical analysis to show how the portfolio insurance constraint impacts the optimal terminal wealth.

明嘉靖间,众多抗倭幕府成为文人云集的中心,世宗对青词的异常热衷又使得大臣们纷纷延纳幕客代笔,从而掀起一股空前的游幕之风。这些游幕文人以布衣居多,其入幕的经济考虑要远大于政治动机,并具有更为自主和频繁的流动性。他们在幕中创作了大量的青词和以抗倭为主题的诗歌作品,前者促使骈文出现了短暂复兴的态势,后者则成为明代战争诗的重要组成部分。
