以职业性为导向的全日制专业学位研究生培养模式研究

全日制专业学位研究生培养是对学术学位研究生培养的一种互补,更是职业性导向的强烈需求。当前,师资队伍、课程体系、培养目标、教学方法、教学内容等方面存在突出问题,阻碍了专业学位教育的健康发展。全日制专业学位研究生的培养,要以职业性为导向,明确专业学位教育定位,打造高质量的师资、创新教学内容与教学手段,构建模块化教学体系,并进行职业资格认证,以此保障专业学位研究生的质量与良性发展。     

The Association of Alternative Financial Services Usage and Financial Access: Evidence from the National Financial Capability Study

This study examined the association of financial access and alternative financial services (AFS) using a nationally representative sample from the 2012 National Financial Capability Study (N = 25,509). Structural equation modeling was used to examine the relationship between financial access and AFS usage. Ordinary least squares regression was used to estimate the relationship between banked status and the overall AFS usage as a latent variable while controlling for sociodemographic variables, financial education, financial knowledge, and home ownership. Results suggested that being unbanked was positively associated with AFS usage after controlling for other covariates. Financial education and knowledge, age, gender, marital status, education, household income, and homeownership were significantly associated with AFS usage. These findings have implications for public policy and programs that work with the unbanked.

日本国策文学在海外的蔓延和变异——以沦陷期日文杂志《上海文学》为中心

在日本占领上海时期诞生的日文杂志《上海文学》,从根本上来说,是日本国策文学的产物,是战时日本所谓对海外“文化工作”的一部分,它的主旋律是对“大东亚战争”的鼓吹。但与日本国内的国策文学不同的是,它的上海地域色彩,以及有部分中国文人的参与。内山完造是这一文学杂志的核心之一,因而在所谓的主旋律之外,其作品表现出了各种异色甚至多元的倾向。共发行六期的《上海文学》,是研究这一时期日本海外国策文学、沦陷期的上海日文文坛及变异的中日文学关系的重要日文文献。本文的工作主要聚焦这份湮没已久的日文杂志的梳理,在揭出其文献价值的同时,依据原始文献,对其中表现出来的日本海外国策文学的底色和异色进行评析,以此来探讨这一时期海外日本文人对于这场战争和中日关系的认知。     

对高校劳动争议问题的思考

长三角地区能源效率及其影响因素分析

当前我国生产领域中的能源效率远低于发达国家,而长江三角洲是我国主要能耗地区,提高长三角地区的能源效率具有重要的现实意义。选取了长三角内部三省市14年的面板数据,利用能源强度评价长三角地区能源利用现状,通过实证分析长三角内部各省市的能源效率影响因素,结果发现产业结构和市场化程度对能源效率具有正面影响,外向化程度对能源结构具有负面影响。     

信息化视阈下海外学生党建工作的现状与创新模式研究 ——以南京邮电大学海外教育学院为例

随着我国各种形式的中外合作办学项目的数量和规模不断扩大,海外学生党员的比例也越来越大。规范化、科学化地做好海外学生党员和入党积极分子的教育和管理工作已是当前和今后高校基层党建工作的重要内容。通过规范海外学生党组织建设,以"网络党建"为平台,开拓海外学生党建工作新模式,从而增强海外学生的向心力和凝聚力。     

ON EQUILIBRIUM PLAYER ORDERING IN DYNAMIC TEAM CONTESTS

We study equilibrium player ordering in a dynamic all-pay contest between two teams. The contest lasts two periods, and each team consists of two players who perform in different periods on behalf of their teams. The team with the higher aggregate output wins the prize, which is a public good to its players. Each team has one stronger player and one weaker player, and the two teams can differ in their values of the prize. The teams maximize their winning odds by strategically assigning their players to different periods. We find that when the intrateam heterogeneity in player ability is not excessive, the teams would allocate their stronger players to the late positions as the “anchormen.” When both the intrateam ability gap and interteam heterogeneity in teams' values become excessively large, the team with high value always places its stronger player in the early position, who will place a large bid to preempt late competition. 随着中俄关系的发展,在俄罗斯出现了为数不少的中国劳动移民.中国劳动移民对俄罗斯经济安全的影响一直是俄罗斯社会关注的焦点.本文通过对中国劳动移民的人数、行业分布、汇款、经济贡献等方面的分析指出,中国劳动移民对俄罗斯的经济安全没有构成威胁,他们对俄罗斯经济安全的正面效益远大于负面影响.
