A股上市公司股权激励实施效果实证分析

为了考察A股上市公司股权激励实施效果,本文采用假设检验等方法对股权激励实施前后上市公司基本面进行对比检验发现:股权激励实施有助于上市公司盈利能力和业绩增速提高,也有助于上市公司进行成本控制,但是可能带来费用增加。同时本文通过事件研究和组合投资等方法对股权激励实施过程中不同公告对股价短期影响和股权激励实施后相对行业长期超额收益进行实证测算发现:股权激励董事会预案对股价的冲击最为显著,股东大会、实施公告和行权公告等依次减弱;股权激励实施之后1-24个月中公司相对所在二级行业具有显著超额收益。     

就业匹配：界定、测量、影响因素与绩效

就业匹配有三种界定方法，分别是横向和纵向、表面和实际及短期和长期匹配。就业匹配的测量方法包括自评估法、岗位分析法和统计测量法，三种方法各有利弊，综合使用在各类研究中。就业匹配的影响因素主要从个人人口统计特征、雇主倾向和岗位特征、教育体系以及劳动力市场状况四个角度进行梳理。对就业不匹配与工资、工作满意度、员工流动率及在职培训参与率等因素之间关系的考察发现，就业不匹配对劳动力市场产生了负面影响。     

速流全汤的临床应用

速流全汤用于２００ 例妊娠３３ｄ ～５６ｄ 无药流反指征的健康妇女（ 随机分两组） ，进行前瞻性研究。 Ａ 组除服息隐、米索外，加服速流全汤剂。 Ｂ 组仅服息隐加米索。结果显示， Ａ 组出血量减少，出血天数减少（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．００５） ，总体疗效提高且无明显副反应，说明此药剂配伍使用值得临床推广

UNIT ROOT TESTING IN THE PRESENCE OF HEAVY‐TAILED GARCH ERRORS

We derive the asymptotic distributions of the Dickey–Fuller (DF) and augmented DF (ADF) tests for unit root processes with Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedastic (GARCH) errors under fairly mild conditions. We show that the asymptotic distributions of the DF tests and ADF t‐type test are the same as those obtained in the independent and identically distributed Gaussian cases, regardless of whether the fourth moment of the underlying GARCH process is finite or not. Our results go beyond earlier ones by showing that the fourth moment condition on the scaled conditional errors is totally unnecessary. Some Monte Carlo simulations are provided to illustrate the finite‐sample‐size properties of the tests.     

LOWER BOUNDS TO THE POPULATION SIZE WHEN CAPTURE PROBABILITIES VARY OVER INDIVIDUALS

The problem of estimating population sizes has a wide range of applications. Although the size is non-identifiable when a population is heterogeneous, it is often useful to estimate the lower bounds and to construct lower confidence limits. A sequence of lower bounds, including the well-known Chao lower bound, is proposed. The bounds have closed-form expressions and are estimated by the method of moments or by maximum likelihood. Real examples from epidemiology, wildlife management and ecology are investigated. Simulation studies are used to assess the proposed estimators.
