2005年4月7日,辽宁中部城市群(沈阳经济区)各市市委书记、市长联席会议的现场,来自沈阳、鞍山、抚顺、本溪、营口、辽阳、铁岭的七城市市长先后两次把手紧紧握在一起举向空中。这一重复的动作所展示的力量和兴奋,正是他们签署“辽宁中部城市群(沈阳经济区)合作协议”后内心激动的体现。辽宁中部城市群(沈阳经济区)是指以沈阳为中心,在150公里半径范围内的鞍山、抚顺、本溪、营口、辽阳、铁岭七座城市。七城市聚集了全省50%以上的人口,64%的经济总量,是国内大中城市最密集的地区之一。这次签订的协议内容涵盖的范围极为广泛,包括交通运输、产…

广佛都市区交通网络发展及其多指标可达性演变分析

本文以1982、1995、2008、2020年为时间断面,回顾并展望了广佛都市区交通网络扩展情况,利用GIS手段,从最短空间距离可达性、最短时间距离可达性、吸引机会指数三个方面,研究广佛市区交通网络发展。结果表明:研究区内交通基础设施建设总体优良;最短空间距离的可达性格局由沿珠江北岸的带状分布,演变为以广州中心城区为核心的圈层结构;最短时间距离的可达性格局表现为以广州中心城区为低值中心向外围不规则圈层状增高,且呈交通主干道指向性;都市区内的最短旅行时间和最短旅行距离显著缩短,但三个时段的变化幅度逐渐减小;可达性的均衡性经历了低级相对均衡——不均衡——高级相对均衡的过程;吸引机会指数由单极集中转变为三大组团式发展,番禺区西部成为新热点;地形、路网、人口、经济、政府调控等多重因素共同影响了广佛都市区的可达性的格局演变。

吴刘维的作品充满着浓郁的生活气息,其主人公大都是小人物,虽然生活艰辛,却仍不屈不挠,有着令人钦佩的生存智慧,面对生活中无法避免的困境和挫折,他们保持着积极向上的乐观心态,踏踏实实过好每一天,于苦难中彰显温情。如果说生活的曲折和残酷使吴刘维作品带上强烈的现实主义特色的话,那么,曲折和残酷之外的美好和温暖则使其作品打上了深刻的浪漫主义烙印,他试图用复调叙事的艺术手法使"生存的智慧"和"苦难的温情"两大主题得到完美交融和高度统一。

Testing for sphericity in a two-way error components panel data model

This article is concerned with sphericity test for the two-way error components panel data model. It is found that the John statistic and the bias-corrected LM statistic recently developed by Baltagi et al. (2011 Baltagi, B. H., Feng, Q., Kao, C. (2011). Testing for sphericity in a fixed effects panel data model. Econometrics Journal 14:25–47.[Crossref], [Web of Science ®] , [Google Scholar])Baltagi et al. (2012 Baltagi, B. H., Feng, Q., Kao, C. (2012). A Lagrange multiplier test for cross-sectional dependence in a fixed effects panel data model. Journal of Econometrics 170:164–177.[Crossref], [Web of Science ®] , [Google Scholar], which are based on the within residuals, are not helpful under the present circumstances even though they are in the one-way fixed effects model. However, we prove that when the within residuals are properly transformed, the resulting residuals can serve to construct useful statistics that are similar to those of Baltagi et al. Pragmatic competence,autistic language use and the basic properties of human language

The unique linguistic profile of autistic people urges linguists to address the divergences in human language, its acquisition and use among major linguistic perspectives. Fitting with the dual roles of language (thought and communication), this paper adopts an internal pragmatic competence (IPC) and a (similar) pragmatic competence for external communication (PCEC) to elucidate how autistic linguistic profile discloses the divergences between nativism and constructionism on language use and acquisition (ultimately language proper). IPC justifies why autistic people resort not to mind-reading but to self-sufficient mental interactions among organism-internal submodules or nearly intact grammatical subsystems when abstractly processing linguistic and communicative needs, contra constructionists' assumption of sole intersubjective language use. PCEC, required for facilitating the authentic intersubjective language use, explains how the dysfunction of modular interactions and their interactions with outside contexts leads to autistics' sociopragmatic impairment and the double empathy gap. In this way, the divergences, along with the possible reconciliation between the two perspectives, can be expounded.
