高校军事理论精品课程建设的理性审视

军事理论精品课程建设是大学生思想政治教育课程建设中的一项重要工程.当前从全国军事理论精品课程建设的理论与实践层面来看还存在一些不足,对军事理论精品课程建设应采取积极的态度和有效的方式去构建具有中国社会主义特色的军事教学模式,实现军事理论教学精品化和专业化.     

A Banzhaf share function for cooperative games in coalition structure

A cooperative game with transferable utility–or simply a TU-game– describes a situation in which players can obtain certain payoffs by cooperation. A value function for these games assigns to every TU-game a distribution of payoffs over the players. Well-known solutions for TU-games are the Shapley and the Banzhaf value. An alternative type of solution is the concept of share function, which assigns to every player in a TU-game its share in the worth of the grand coalition. In this paper we consider TU-games in which the players are organized into a coalition structure being a finite partition of the set of players. The Shapley value has been generalized by Owen to TU-games in coalition structure. We redefine this value function as a share function and show that this solution satisfies the multiplication property that the share of a player in some coalition is equal to the product of the Shapley share of the coalition in a game between the coalitions and the Shapley share of the player in a game between the players within the coalition. Analogously we introduce a Banzhaf coalition structure share function. Application of these share functions to simple majority games show some appealing properties.     

中国和印度开展国际石油市场合作的博弈分析

中国和印度在经济发展中都遇到了能源紧缺特剐是石油紧缺的问题，在寻求海外石油供应时，两国必然要在国际石油市场接触，但中国和印度面对的主要竞争对手不是对方而是发达国家。因此，对于这两个国家来说在参与国际竞争时，合作是必要的。而合作本身就是一个博弈的过程，通过对两国在国际石油市场合作的博弈分析可以看出，无论两国合作能否赢得竞争，两国收益最大化的选择还是合作。     

Asian Americans and campaign finance in municipal elections

This paper explores the political significance of Asian American campaign finance activity in municipal elections. We examined both the donation patterns of Asian contributors and the fundraising coalitions assembled by Asian candidates. From the contributor perspective, we found that Asians contributed in roughly proportional levels to their population as a whole, and were willing to contribute not only to coethnics but also to Asian candidates of other ethnicities and to non-Asians. As for Asian candidates, we found that they relied heavily on Asian contributors for campaign funds, especially coethnics. Asian candidates’ ability to draw on ethnic networks for campaign funds is an important political resource that enhances their ability to mount competitive campaigns. However, the value of these networks is limited by candidates’ inability or unwillingness to form panethnic fundraising coalitions.

基于ANSYS CFX的安全阀开启过程的数值模拟

以A42Y型弹簧式安全阀为研究对象,利用ANSYS CFX软件对安全阀开启过程进行数值模拟,得到了安全阀从 开始开启到稳定排放阶段介质对阀瓣作用力随时间的变化曲线,以及特定时刻的压力场分布。并且根据安全阀稳定排 放时的介质作用力计算得到流道等效半径,对安全阀开启过程动态特性研究以及安全阀在线校验中流道有效面积计算 提供了一定的指导和依据。     

内部性与政府规制的交易成本分析

在交易过程中当有限理性和机会主义与交易环境因素相互作用时,市场失灵就可能发生,由此引发内部性问题。与外部性不同的是,内部性产生于交易内部的参与各方而不涉及外部第三方。交易成本既是内部性产生的直接原因也是消解内部性的关键考量因素,其高低程度决定了市场、法律和政府规制这三种解决途径的适用范围。现实中,市场和法律途径的不完善为政府规制提供了广阔的空间,然而,规制行为本身也具有交易成本。因此,在处理内部性问题时,如何降低双重交易成本且不损害效率是政府规制的基本逻辑所在。

The generalized two-sided power distribution

The generalized standard two-sided power (GTSP) distribution was mentioned only in passing by Kotz and van Dorp Beyond Beta, Other Continuous Families of Distributions with Bounded Support and Applications, World Scientific Press, Singapore, 2004. In this paper, we shall further investigate this three-parameter distribution by presenting some novel properties and use its more general form to contrast the chronology of developments of various authors on the two-parameter TSP distribution since its initial introduction. GTSP distributions allow for J-shaped forms of its pdf, whereas TSP distributions are limited to U-shaped and unimodal forms. Hence, GTSP distributions possess the same three distributional shapes as the classical beta distributions. A novel method and algorithm for the indirect elicitation of the two-power parameters of the GTSP distribution is developed. We present a Project Evaluation Review Technique example that utilizes this algorithm and demonstrates the benefit of separate powers for the two branches of activity GTSP distributions for project completion time uncertainty estimation.

所谓历史主动,是指中国共产党基于自觉的使命意识,以高度的主体能动性把握历史规律,在准确判断、分析主要矛盾,明确认知、理解时代课题,积极应对、化解风险挑战,主动利用、创造历史机遇中顺应历史大势,引领时代大潮,从而更好推进自身使命的承担与实现。中国共产党之所以重视、强调历史主动,归根结底是由于中国共产党是典型的马克思主义使命型政党。使命承担的价值主动、问题导向的意识主动、把握规律的理论主动、谋篇布局的规划主动、贯彻落实的实践主动这五个环节构成一个逐步递进、环环相扣的有机整体,使中国共产党的历史主动得以全方面地立体地呈现。
