研究生宿舍园区实施思想政治教育的调查分析——以西南交通大学为例

对在研究生宿舍园区开展思想政治教育的可行性进行调查,结果显示,有83.9％的研究生居住在研究生宿舍园区,有80％的研究生在宿舍居留时间超过8小时,这说明在研究生宿舍园区开展思想政治教育是可行的.在思想政治教育内容上,除兼顾传统的思想政治教育,注重人生观、世界观、价值观引导外,应充分考虑时代特点,注重社会主义核心价值观教育、创新意识和团队意识教育、求职技能教育、心理健康教育等内容.教育形式可采用会议宣讲、时政讲座、科技论坛、读书活动、体育比赛、文艺活动、环境美化等,以提高研究生思想政治教育的科学性、实效性和针对性,充分发挥思想政治教育的育人功能.     

近红外光谱法非破坏分析生理盐水

本文将近红外光谱法与偏最小二乘法(PLS)结合,对生理盐水中的NaCL浓度进行快速分析,建立了最佳数学校正模型。讨论了光谱的预处理方法和主成分数对PLS定量预测生理盐水中NaCL浓度的影响,并对预测集样品含量进行预测,结果令人满意。     

基于OBE理念的高校毕业要求达成度评估研究

成果导向教育作为一种先进的教育理念,在美国等一些国家已有了多年的理论与实践探索,至今已形成了一套比较完整的理论体系和实施模式,而且已证明是高等工程教育改革的正确方向。如何基于这一理念,合理设计教学中达成度的评价评估方法,需要在教学与改革过程中进一步深入研究。以成果导向教育理念为基础,以毕业要求达成度评价体系和计算方法为研究目标,通过理解毕业要求、考核形式和课程之间的关系,探讨了基于成果导向教育理念的毕业要求达成度计算的评价原理,研究了三者两两之间的量化关系与毕业要求达成度的计算方法。并在上海理工大学教学评估中应用了OBE理念与毕业要求达成度计算方法,证明了该研究在实际应用过程中具有合理性和有效性。     

对普通高等学校体育课成绩评定研究的综述

运用文献法、头脑风暴法、专家访谈法等多种科研方法,对搜索到的200余篇文献进行了归纳整理,分析与总结,对目前我国高等学校体育课成绩评定的研究进行了综述,并提出了重建与<教学指导纲要>相适应的体育课评分模式和采用多种评价方式相结合的综合评价模式的建议.以期使得实践与理论研究能够更紧密结合,紧随学校体育改革的步伐,通过对学生体育成绩更合理的评价而真正做到"健康第一,以人为本".     

Unpacking the Biographical Antecedents of the Emergence of Social Enterprises: A Narrative Perspective

Despite the burgeoning research on social enterprise (SE), there is a dearth of research that investigates the biographical factors that influence the emergence of SEs in the form of hybrid organizations on a large scale. Drawing on the emerging narrative perspective of SE, we examine the biographical narratives of 317 self-identified social entrepreneurs who were selected as fellows by two of the world’s largest SE support organizations: Ashoka and the Schwab Foundation. We employ Gioia’s methodology and principal component analysis to derive and subsequently classify the biographical antecedents of SE emergence. This study makes a novel contribution to the SE-as-hybrid-organization literature by revealing eight biographical antecedents of SE emergence, four of which can be categorized into social skills, and four others can be categorized into economic skills, which constitute SE’s social position. We also develop a typology of SE based on different combinations of individuals’ social skills and social position. Finally, we discuss the implications of this study for the SE-as-hybrid-organization literature, highlight its limitations, and present possible avenues for future research.     

Monitoring prespecified changes in linear profiles using control charts with supplementary runs rules

In profile monitoring, some methods have been developed to detect the unspecified changes in the profiles. However, detecting changes away from the “normal” profile toward one of several prespecified “bad” profiles is one possible and challenging purpose. In this article, control charts with supplementary runs rules are developed to detect the prespecified changes in linear profiles. A control chart is first developed based on the Student's t-statistic in t test, and two runs rules are then supplemented to this chart, respectively. Simulation studies show that the proposed control schemes are effective and stable. Moreover, the control schemes are better than the existing alternative charts when the number of observations per sample profile is large. Finally, two illustrative examples indicate that our proposed schemes are effective and easy to be implemented.     

金融知识和社会网络对民族地区减贫的影响研究

本文利用中国家庭追踪调查（CFPS）数据,研究了金融知识对民族地区贫困主体稳健脱贫的作用。使用工具变量控制了金融知识可能存在的内生性问题,并考虑了民族地区社会网络的特性对金融知识减贫效应的影响,发现金融知识对民族地区贫困减缓具有显著促进作用。但民族地区贫困主体的基本金融知识还较为匮乏,实施金融教育项目改善金融知识,是民族地区现有帮扶措施的有效补充。此外,社会网络也能够通过同伴效应对民族地区金融知识的行为转化产生影响,但要规避社会网络较高维系成本带来的负面影响。     

论王若虚对白居易的接受及其得失

王若虚之推赏白居易,一方面固然缘于他对白诗的喜好,另一方面则具有鲜明的现实针对性,既是对宋人过度贬抑白诗的一种反拨,也是对当世诗坛求靡夸多、务奇争险风气的一种针砭,而其救治的药方,便是向白诗的"哀乐之真发乎情性"、"坦白平易,直以写自然之趣"回归.王诗对白诗的效法,有失有得.而从接受史的角度看,其理论与创作均具启示意义.     

日本汉诗对王维诗之空寂、幽玄美的受容——兼谈“汉诗日本化”的形成过程

对王维诗之空寂、幽玄风格加以受容,是日本文学民族性在具有一定发展程度的日本汉诗中的初步体现.而受容方式的发展本身则从一个侧面反映了日本汉诗的演进历程,即如何从对被受容者的简单模仿逐渐上升到对其神韵的领悟与摄取.随着受容方式的演变,日本文学的民族性在汉诗这一外来形式下逐渐得到更自如、更完满的体现,最终达到"日本的汉诗"之境界.     

Parameter Estimation for Bivariate Shock Models with Singular Distribution for Censored Data with Concomitant Order Statistics

When two‐component parallel systems are tested, the data consist of Type‐II censored data X_(i), i= 1, n, from one component, and their concomitants Y _[i] randomly censored at X_(r), the stopping time of the experiment. Marshall & Olkin's (1967) bivariate exponential distribution is used to illustrate statistical inference procedures developed for this data type. Although this data type is motivated practically, the likelihood is complicated, and maximum likelihood estimation is difficult, especially in the case where the parameter space is a non‐open set. An iterative algorithm is proposed for finding maximum likelihood estimates. This article derives several properties of the maximum likelihood estimator (MLE) including existence, uniqueness, strong consistency and asymptotic distribution. It also develops an alternative estimation method with closed‐form expressions based on marginal distributions, and derives its asymptotic properties. Compared with variances of the MLEs in the finite and large sample situations, the alternative estimator performs very well, especially when the correlation between X and Y is small.
