对建国后毛泽东文化观的思考

建国后,毛泽东文化观的形成分为两个时期,即1957年反右斗争之前和之后。之前体现为文化改造观,之后体现为文化创造观。由于多种原因,他在晚年的文化观中出现了一些错误观点,但他的正确的文化观不仅在历史上发挥着重要的作用,在当代也具有重要指导意义。

时变视角下中美农产品期货波动溢出效应实证

由于金融市场间价格波动溢出效应具有时变性和动态性的特点,采用双变量BEKK模型研究了国内外农产品期货市场间时变波动溢出关系,得出结论：农产品期货的波动均显著地受到自身前期波动的影响,波动具有聚集性和持久性;美国玉米期货与中国玉米期货不存在波动溢出效应,但是美国大豆期货与中国大豆期货、美国豆粕期货与中国豆粕期货之间均存在双向的波动溢出效应。因此,中国大豆期货和豆粕期货在世界农产品期货市场上具有一定的权力,即定价权。     

Improving variance function estimation in semiparametric longitudinal data analysis

We propose an efficient and robust method for variance function estimation in semiparametric longitudinal data analysis. The method utilizes a local log‐linear approximation for the variance function and adopts a generalized estimating equation approach to account for within subject correlations. We show theoretically and empirically that our method outperforms estimators using working independence that ignores the correlations. 玉器是殷商文化的重要组成部分,玉石仪仗用具在其中占有显著地位。玉石质的仪仗用具借助玉石贯通天地的灵性,被赋予神威,具有象征意义。殷商王朝和周边方国的玉石仪仗用具,既显示出各自的时代和地区特色,也在一定程度上反映出殷商王朝与周边地区的文化交流。     

Extension of the pool-adjacent-violators algorithm

The pool-adjacent-violators algorithm (PAVA) is an efficient algorithm which converges in a finite number of steps. However, it has been applicable so far only in isotonic regression with the simple order. This report extends its applicability to other quadratic programming problems, including certain one-sided multivariate testing problems and concave regression problems.     

The complementarity of internal integration and product modularity: An empirical study of their interaction effect on competitive capabilities

Modular product design and internal integration are commonly adopted by manufacturers to improve operational performance. A number of studies argue that the adoption of product modularity significantly alters organization design, which affects the impact of internal integration on competitive capabilities. This paper thus aims to empirically explore the individual effects as well as interaction effects of product modularity and internal integration on competitive capabilities. The competitive capabilities studied in this paper include product innovativeness, low price, product quality, delivery, flexibility and customer services. After analysing the data from 251 Hong Kong manufacturers through moderated multiple regression analysis, the study found that better internal integration can significantly improve product innovativeness, product quality, delivery, flexibility and customer services, while a high level of product modularity enhances product innovativeness, flexibility and customer services. More importantly, the study shows that internal integration and product modularity can interact to improve product innovativeness and product quality. These results enhance our understanding of the interaction of product design and organizational coordination.     

出生性别比综合治理:有所为,有所不为

从1980年我国出生性别比越过正常值域至今,党和各级政府制订了种种措施进行综合治理,但取得的成效甚微。这一时期我国治理工作的特点有:重视禁止性法律法规的制定,但与之相配套的规章制度比较缺乏;重视目标任务的提出,但落实目标的措施比较缺乏;部门性、专项性规章制度较多,综合性规章制度比较缺乏。今后一段时期内综合治理工作,可以按照避实就虚、避难就易的原则,在大力发展社会经济、建立健全社会养老制度、相关法律法规的制定与完善、加大对两非行为的打击力度等方面有所作为;而在人口生育政策的调整、传统文化的改变等方面有所不为。     

广东农村妇女妇女病检查影响因素及对策

妇女病不但危害育龄妇女的生殖健康，影响生命质量，还对家庭和谐幸福及社会整体健康水平带来负面影响。在农村妇女中开展妇科疾病定期检查是政府作为关注和保障民生、使广大妇女广泛而长久受惠的一项重要战略举措。因此，广东现行农村妇科病普查是否科学、合理，如何才能提高广大农村妇女妇科病的普查率，是政府十分关注的议题。     

重点突破:中国媒体国际传播的战略选择

国际传播能力建设怎样才能取得实际效果?国家和媒体的投入怎样才能实现效益最大化?数据对比发现,中国媒体在经济实力、人力资源数量和结构等方面与西方大型传媒集团存在较大差距,无法与之全面抗衡,宜实施重点突破战略。所谓重点突破战略,就是要对传播内容、传播渠道、传播对象等进行精心选择,将有限的资源优先用于能最有效地影响国际舆论的方面,最大限度地提升国际传播的效率和效果。在深入调研的基础上,本文对中国媒体国际传播的突破重点和突破方法分别提出了若干建议。
