激光半主动导引头长焦距光学系统的设计

在分析光电位敏探测器组件主要性能的基础上,采用CODV设计了激光半主动导引头的光学系统,设计波长为434 nm、580 nm和656 nm,通光口径D为30～40 mm,CCD点阵为0.1 mm,光学系统的设计结构简单,重量轻,满足设计要求,可用于其他光学系统设计的参考.

零碎的抑或总体的： 杜威和罗尔斯社会治理理论比较研究

作为美国实用主义和自由主义政治哲学的代表,杜威和罗尔斯共同关注社会基本制度的设计。受康德和黑格尔影响,杜威对统一性的追求渗透到其哲学思想的各个方面,民主社会成为其构思理想社会的最终成果。通过隐藏与导师斯退士的师生关系,罗尔斯有意抹去其思想的黑格尔因素,但他对正义原则的构想,对良序社会的安排,对万民法的追求,呼应着杜威当年的相似努力。杜威把民主融入传统社会,罗尔斯则抛弃了传统社会,使正义社会具有全新的起源。在社会改革的路径选择上,杜威沿着洛克-休谟-斯密的英美温和启蒙思想路线,选择了零碎的渐进改良路径;罗尔斯沿着霍布斯-卢梭-康德-马克思的欧洲大陆启蒙思想路线,选择了根本解决的激进变革路径。这些可给中国社会治理和政治改革带来深远启示。     

Child Sexual Abuse Attributions Among Undergraduate Psychology Students in Singapore

ABSTRACT

Experimental vignettes were used to investigate attributions relating to child sexual abuse with a focus on the degree of blame allocated to the family and to society, factors thought to be particularly relevant in a collectivist society. One hundred and sixty-two undergraduates in Singapore evaluated media reports describing a case of child sexual abuse. A 2 x 2 x 2 between-subjects design manipulated victim sex, perpetrator sex, and victim–perpetrator relationship. Participants rated the vignettes on degree of blame and prevention potential and rated the abusiveness of the case. Individualism and collectivism attitudes of the participants were also measured. While the highest blame ratings were attributed to perpetrators, significantly more blame was attributed to the family and to society than to the victim. The demonstration of the present attributions of blame to family and to society is a timely finding given recent recommendations to broaden approaches to child abuse prevention by moving away from a reliance on school based child protection programs, which leave the onus on the child to prevent and report abuse, toward a public health approach, which is particularly inclusive of parent and community education approaches . Allocation of some blame to victims, in spite of their status as children, while not a unique finding in victimology research, emphasizes the challenges still to be faced in encouraging the reporting of child sexual abuse.

情景模拟教学在高职助产专业外科手消毒实训课中的应用

目的 探讨情景模拟教学在高职助产专业外科手消毒实训课中的应用效果.方法 选取本校2019级高职助产专业(1)班学生42人作为试验组,2019级高职助产专业(2)班学生39人作为对照组,对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用情景模拟教学方法.通过理论知识与实践操作考核对两种教学方法的效果进行评价.结果 理论考试试验组(91.67±2.80)分高于对照组(83.13±4.55)分,实践技能考试试验组(88.95±2.94)分高于对照组(76.44±4.53)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),外科手消毒实训课中试验组在提升分析解决问题能力、提升实践能力、提升团队协作能力、提升沟通能力、提升应对突发事件能力、提升理论理解能力方面均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 情景模拟教学方法在高职助产专业外科手消毒实训课中不仅提升了学生的综合能力和素质,更普遍易被学生接受.

Decisions to Outsource Information Systems Functions: Testing a Strategy-Theoretic Discrepancy Model

In recent years, the decision to outsource information systems (IS) functions has become a viable strategic alternative in managing the increasingly complex IS functions. In this study, the IS outsourcing phenomenon is conceptualized as a strategic decision in the organization. Drawing on resource-based theories, resource dependence theories, and other theories of strategic management, a discrepancy model of this decision is developed. Relationships between a number of strategy-theoretic factors and the IS outsourcing decision are hypothesized. These factors include IS resource performance discrepancies manifested in the form of gaps in information quality, IS support quality, IS cost effectiveness and financial performance, as well as the strategic orientation of the firm. Results of the study indicate that, while cost consideration and the firm's financial performance are not associated with the IS outsourcing decision, difficulties in providing good information outputs and IS support services are associated with the decision. Overall, the findings suggest that the current trend toward outsourcing represents a continuing evolution of the IS function as it attempts to fulfill its traditional mission of providing high quality information resource to the firm. When the performance of the delivered resource begins to slip in the current environment of rising expectation and technological complexity, outsourcing may become a strategic response of necessity. The paper concludes with a discussion of the implications of the results for practicing managers and suggestions for future research.     

欧洲人权法院对国际投资仲裁裁决承认与执行的司法审查

一直以来,由于国际投资仲裁一裁终局,东道国法院对裁决享有最终监督权,出于东道国利益的考虑,许多仲裁无法得到承认和执行,投资者的合法权益无法得到有效保护。但近年来,欧洲人权法院基于《欧洲人权公约》第6条第1款以及第一议定书第1条的规定,对缔约国法院不予承认和执行仲裁裁决的判决进行再审查,开始改变这一现象。虽然其管辖该类案件具有一定的局限性,但预示着更有效、更具执行力的国际仲裁体制正在形成,这也对如何保护我国投资者的权益提供了有益借鉴。
